Hello,I am interacting with AirTable Template to learn: https://www.airtable.com/universe/exph2Hba4WdowOR1X/ux-research-insights-database?explore=trueI experience the challenge while grouping by multi-select field. I end up with different combinations of groups containing the same value.For e.g. I do have: "Audio", "Audio + Audio", "Audio + Onboarding" (please see screenshot).I would like to have "Audio" as one group and "Onboarding" as 2nd group. I am fine with the fact that they will contain exact same record.I understand the relations between the tables, however can someone guide me how to build it in a different way, so that I can have "unique" Groups? I still would like to use multi select (not single select).Cheers,Karo 

Hi! I notice that the jotform integration is only one-way. What would be the best solution for having a set up where data from all fields of one AirTable row is triggered to auto-infill a contract for electronic signature? Would anyone have a recommendation for the best integration for this? Also, are AirTable considering adding a signature field at any point soon? That would save the additional workaround. Much appreciated!

Hi, if I have a spreadsheet with a long list of emails, and I need to search those email on my base, is there a way to search/filter all emails at one time or do I need to search 1 by 1? I've tried to filter by emails address and pasting all the address in the "contains" value but it doesn't bring anything up, same with the simple search?Thank you!

Hi everyone, I know that are some problems about printing but I’ve a problem and I can’t resolve. When I print a view (grouped by a field) on A4 it’s splitted in 2 pages orizzontally. The records are not on the same line. I would find a solution without using PageDesigner or other apps. Any ideas?

I have had a form for the last few weeks that worked exactly as expected.  Today the linked fields in the form cannot be clicked to select from the list of linked records.  All the field settings in the underlying table and in the form itself appear correct.  I even tried creating a completely new form and the problem persists.  Here's a link to the live form:https://airtable.com/shr5M59mTF6jXrEUlAny ideas what's happening?EDITED TO ADD: I can add a new record directly into the underlying table with no issues - all fields work exactly as expected! 

Hi,None of the linked fields that show up on any of my forms are working. When I click them, nothing happens. This is happening across all my Bases and also in some Bases in my client's workspaces. Was there an update or something that I missed? Is this a bug? Is anyone else facing this issue? 

Hello :wave: I used this article to create a booking system. I haven’t changed anything apart from adding my availability. In the Time field, I DIDN’T enable the “same timezone” option so people can see their local time. So, for my test, I have made myself available every Saturday at 3pm GMT. My problem is, when I send the form (this one Schedule a live class!) to someone in another time zone, they see 3pm as the available time as well rather than their local equivalent time. How can the form take into account the local timezone of the person completing it? Thank you for your help. Jeremie

Hello -- is there a way to sort the automatically-generated list of collaborators in a User field? We have an interface where collaborators can create a new task and assign a task owner via a User field. The users appear to be in the order they were added to the base. It would be a lot easier for them if the User field could be alphabetized but I'm not seeing that option when editing the field (screenshot attached). What am I missing?Thanks for any help!

Sadly Airtable discontinuing some Airtable extensions they says people not using. Hangouts? Wherby?Clearbit is to clean data about companies, but it is handled through Make and Zapier better so that’s one easy.Namequiz, it’a perhaps less used for what it was built but I use it all the time to learn Spanish. I’m looking to create a column that adds 10 minutes onto another columns ‘datetime’ field. I’m assuming I’d do with this with some sort of a formula? My end goal is to create a ‘zapier trigger’ based on a ‘new record in view’ in airtable. But I don’t want the ‘new record in view’ to display immediately, I want it to wait 10 minutes after the other datetime field has been added (which is the field I’m pulling the datetime from). So, I need to figure out a way to add 10 minutes on that column, I’d LOVE some help!

Alright, so, I'm asking for help because really i've just tried to do the 100th formula and it just doesn't work, so i'm taking my chances by asking for help. 😭See, what i'm looking for is this:I need to have a calendar view to control a car workshop. The idea is that my call center will receive the calls from my clients, and then, in a record, upload the information of the client (regulars such as which work has to be done, which mechanic will do the job, and so, and so) and the idea of this calendar is:To use this view to see if there's any open gap in the workshop, so if there's a gap between 11am and 1pm (for example), and the client in the phone is asking for a job that can be done in whitin that time span that's available, then the girl helping me can offer that space for the client. Howdy,I noticed that since yesterday, when I open a single record and try to "tab" down fields, it takes additional presses of the tab key.I would expect that it would take one tab keypress to go between one field and the nextInstead, I am witnessing it is CONSISTENTLY taking three tab keypresses. I tested this across multiple user accounts, Firefox and Chrome, and multiple AirTable bases. We're trying to help an Airtable user on our team to log in for the first time.He had been invited originally back in Feb. 2020. I'm not sure that he had signed up to get a password—probably not but maybe.When he tries to access his account, he appears to be taken through loops that are dead-ends. When he has clicked on Continue, he got a blank page. So, we deleted his account and created a new one (with the same email address), and sent him a link.When he clicked it, he got an "Email already in use" message. Please help. - I have a report that I am trying to create that will take all my dates request and I can sort by month. Below is my table and I am needing to run a report for the month of march. Like the title says can you add a subscript into text in an automation email.    I have tried the following "CO<sub>2</sub>  but it doesn't work.   I have found that you can add lots of other HTML tags like <b></b> for bold and <p style:"blah blah;"></p> to achieve other formatting outcomes but the <sub></sub> tag doesn't seem to work.Is there a way to do this? 

Hi all, I'm trying to configure a cell to show status "complete" when all conditions are met, and "incomplete" when they're not, using nested IF-statements and an OR statement within that. The formula is not returning anything, i.e. the field stays blank. Any ideas why this could be? I tried both these variations (and also only single conditions to see if it works at all, but the value returned isn't correct - I only got "incomplete", no matter whether the condition was met or not.) Background: {Confirmed? (from Location)} and {Confirmed} are checkbox formats, {Status (from Menus)} is a single value field. I want the return value regardless of whether Status (from Menus) is "Done" or blank. Hi everyone, I have an Airtable base with 17 collaborators. 2 of them are admins that check if everything is good on the base, update records, etc., and the rest of them put each day their working time through airtable forms. These times automatically generate an invoice for each of them at the end of the month with Zapier & Docupilot. The users are all able to edit their personal times during the month so they can adjust the invoice before it’s generated & sent to the client. But they should not be able to see other’s people times. The fact is, in Airtable, as long as you are part of a table (even in read-only), you can see ALL the views and ALL the tables. So I cannot hide the hours of John for everyone except for him with personal views. I partially solved this problem with Stacker, as I configured an interface which is different for every user. John will only see his clients and edit his own hours, and he will never see the clients nor the hours of Alex. It’s pretty good ac

I need help with a date calculation. In a table I have two fields, one with a ‘start date’ and the other one with an ‘end date’. Now I need a third field that gives me all the dates that fall into this timespan including start and end date. For example my start date is May 5th and my end date is May 10th. In the range field I want to have ’ May 5th, May 6th, May 7th, May 8th, May 9th, May 10th’. Going on from there I would need to make a lookup or rollup in an other table to combine all those days from different records belonging to an item. I’m trying to achieve a rental and availability table for our equipment and need people to see at what days something is out of our storage. I wish there was a multiple date select field that would make this so much easier. I’m sure the Airtable veterans have a solution for my problem. Thank you very much for your help!!!

When I copy and paste a date and time value between 1/04/2023 16:00:00 and 2/04/2023 01:00:00 from Excel to the Airtable, it automatically moves it by one hour (i.e. 1/04/2023 16:00:00 becomes 1/04/2023 17:00:00). The values are being pasted correctly for any other value that is not between the mentioned range. The field that I am pasting is to has a 'Date' field type and there is not day light savings scheduled at my location during that time. 

Hey there. I am wanting to make a field auto-fill depending on whether another field is empty or not. E.g. If someone enters a voucher number in the ‘voucher number’ field, the field ‘cost’ is automatically $0. If the voucher number field is left blank, the ‘cost’ is $100. I’ve tried using the IF function and making it blank but it is saying invalid. Thanks!

All the records in the table are gone.Sad, it is true. But before you suggest that someone made them disappear, I notice that at the bottom of the page, the tracker marks the presence (absence) of 235 records.Are these Schroedinger's records, present and absent at the same time?Has anyone experienced the same problem? Do I turn it off and on again?Best+Dario 

When I sign in with my credentials all i get is the "You Need Access" window. I'm an Editor. I have many views. I need help to get signed back on to my active workspace. I've asked access from the Owner. If she grants me access will I lose all the views I've created???When I request to change my password, it pulls up a very simple and old and practice workspace.Please Help me ASAP. Hi, I am currently tracking the number of people who has RSVP for an event. The view is currently set up:The first column is the nominee's name The next column is Student RSVP (single select with the option of Accepted, Declined, Pending). This column is the supervisor's name who nominated the studentThis column is Supervisor RSVP (single select with the option of Accepted, Declined, Pending)Additional Guest (this is a single line for us to enter info e.g., +1 )Dietary requirement (this is a single line)When I filter "Student RSVP is "Accepted", it spits out the records showing students who have accepted the invite but it does cover the case where if the student "Declined" and Supervisor "Accepted". I also tried grouping them by Student RSVP and Supervisor RSVP. But we still need to calculate ourselves manually to confirm how many accepted, including the additional guest.My question to the community is - is there a way I can better set it up so that I can instantly
