We are using airtable to manage our content with around 10 accounts. Now, our accounts are PRO (Comprehensive collaboration) level with 50000 records per base. We want to upgrade to ENTERPRISE (Maximum business value) with 100.000 records per base. I want to know how the cost will change per user / month. (Currently, we are paying $ 20 / month per user)

Hi all, Is anyone else experiencing quite significant issues with the new Airtable App update? We’re heavily reliant on using the app as a company & the update is throwing up a lot of issues. Couple of issues we’ve encountered so far… Opening a linked record will not present any data, just a blank record. To get around this, we’re having to create a new record and then it will allow you to open the linked record. Frustrating! Linked records are hit and miss with even opening. Having to close the app down and re-open and it will work. Cannot edit records. Again, having to close the app down and re-open to get any joy. We would love the ability to transition back to the old version! I really hope I’m not the only one struggling with this. Cheers

I am trying to sync information that needs to stay intact but it seems that it is being converted to a number somewhere in the process of getting appended to Google sheets. The actual field in AirTable is "Single Line Text" and the corresponding column in Google Sheet was set to "Plain Text". As an example, I have a field with value "030" in AirTable with an automation to create a row with that value. But once it gets sent over, the leading zero is truncated and becomes "30" instead in Google Sheets. I thought about appending some magic symbol such as "030@" and then removing the "@" symbol, but then that creates another issue because you would still need to go into the sheet manually and drag the formula to the newly created row. I checked the automation run log and it seems like "030" is getting sent to Google Sheets, so somewhere in between where it is getting sent to Google Sheets, the leading zero is getting truncated. Hello, similar to prefill a form with custom information (https://support.airtable.com/docs/prefilling-a-form), is  there a way to prefill a gallery view? Background:customerID is added to gallery linklogged in customer clicks on the gallery link on our websitenow he browses the gallery to see what he wantseach item has a button to trigger an automation/script,were the customerID is neededUsing a form will not help due to the missing images & information added to each gallery item.Maybe somebody has an idea how to solve it?best Dimitrios

I use airtable forms to capture customer data, I have the form embedded on my website, but it suddenly stopped working. I get this error whenever I try to use the form. Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi I am trying to create a form in Airtable so it fills out the fields and creates an invoice. I thought this would be really simple but I am stuck adding multiple products and multiple quantities. Basically, I have a table called ‘Prices’ this has all the products, product codes, prices, colours and sizes, I then have another table called ‘Invoices’, in this table we have the fields called, product, qty, size and location. From the '‘Invoices’ table, we lookup the product code from ‘Prices’ and display it in the product field, we then add our qty, size and location (This is taken from another table called ‘Location’ and it can be multiple selections). Finally it calculate the cost of the cost of the product, add the cost of the locations and gives me a total figure. So far this appears to work and I don’t see it being an issue creating an invoice as it’s all on 1 row. What I am can’t workout is… How do I add more products with multiple quan

I've currently listed records with "Date", "Start" (date, time, timezone), "End" (date, time, timezone).How do I make sure the formula only lists the extra working hours? I have a use case where I am entering data from an outside source. These records will later change on this outside source and I would like to be able to update the AirTable record based on these changes.The problem that I am running into is that you seem to need the AirTable record ID to do this - which I won't have. I am wondering if it is possible to do any of the following:Create a record with my own recId - so that I can then update it later using this IDEnter a value on another field - line myId - and then use this field later to update the recordSet the AirTable ID based off of something else - so that I can recalculate it laterI know that the create query returns the recId and I could potentially update my original database with this ID and use it, but I would like to avoid this if possible. I've developed an AT base for managing orders in my small business. What makes it stand out is how I use Calendar view to create a very elastic and robust calendaring solution that has no competitor. I've done lots of demos for folks in my industry and they want a copy of my base just for the calendar. Doing what I've accomplished is not intuitive in AT -- I asked so many questions in the community forums and never got anywhere. It was only through hours exploring the various features that I finally built a digital version of my analog calendaring solution.It seems like the best way to share/sell my base to my colleagues is to duplicate it to a blank version (essentially a template) that I could share and they could then duplicate into their own AT accounts. Am I correct? If I go that route, I'm assuming that I'm going to have extra fees on the AT side beyond my current annual subscription. I have a database where I manage the personal time off (PTO) for a large team.  Each record has the employee's Name, Start Date, and End Date (as well as manager's approval, notes, etc).  These PTO requests can rage from a single day (where start and end date would be the same) to multiple weeks.  I need to produce a report for our payroll department of all of the records that fall within a certain pre-defined pay period which runs Sunday - Saturday for each week. Greetings,Maybe somebody is facing something similar starting today? When trying to submit a form the following error appears (below).  There were no changes to the Base. Also, the same started to happen to an older (4-5 months old) version of the same base. To add more, one of our automations started to act up - We have an automation which fills in 2 "single-select" fields, where the second field is a limited view depending on the first field. This error comes in "invalid item in array cell: foreign record is invalid: row is not visible in column view restriction". Both of these issues appeared out of nowhere. We do have only 1 GB and 10,000 records left in the plan (also tried to making some more to see if that help - it doesn't), but it doesn't seem like it can be an issue. "Cannot process form submissionOh no! I have read this great post but I have a further question about sync....there is a precise synchronization time following the "Source Base" update?My process is this:- When the event occurs I send a webhook via Make- The webhook triggers an automation inside the Source Base on Airtable (this automation looks up the last created record and updates a field by setting a checked field)The problem is the time between this update on the "Source Base" and the synchronization on the "Sync Base"I realized that up to 9 minutes pass and for this I had to insert 2 "Sleep" modules set to 300 seconds (screenshot attached) each on Make before looking for the new (synchronized) record on the "Sync Base".Can you confirm that the process described is correct? We are in the process of transitioning some of our different bases to use synced tables coming from a sort of ‘Single Source of Truth’ base. Now, some of these tables that we would like to make synced to the base have numerous linked records, lookups, rollups, as well as scripts and automations that impact them. From what I have discovered so far, there is no way to sync an already existing table containing the same information to our new source base. Is this correct? Essentially, to properly transition to the synced table, I will need to recreate all of the items that are not synced? I want to make sure this is the case before I jump into transitioning some of these bases, only to find out there was an easier workaround all along. Thanks for all the help!

Hello all, Looking to modify this script to see if it can recognize multiple template types linked to a parent record and run/create the necessary tasks in the child table. For instance, if I have a checklist and want to generate tasks based on Variable A and Variable B, I'd like to make sure tasks are included for both variables. It seems right now, the script is only set to recognize the tasks from Variable A and ignores Variable B. 

Hi there, I have a Projects table and a Tasks table, as laid out in the Project Management demos from AirTable. When a Project is completed, we check the “Complete” checkbox and that moves it from the Upcoming Projects view to the Past Projects view (which are simply the same tables, but with a filter based on the Complete checkbox). However, when a project is completed, I’d like for all the linked tasks in the Tasks table to be deleted. Not moved to another place, but actually deleted. Is there a way to automate this? Nickie

Dear airtable community,I want to send out a form where someone can fill in some information. But I really want an option where a table could be filled in. Currently, if you make a form from the existing spreadsheet, you need to fill in the form 4 times to fill in all the questions. Therefore I want to integrate a table, where someone could fill in the table (in this example consisting of 4 locations with questions) and only have to submit the form once.It would be really helpful if anyone knows a solution 🙂
