Hi! A question about changing the tariff. I had $600 in my airtable account. And 27 collaborators have access to the database. I decided to switch to the Plus tariff, paid $ 300. I looked at the tariff options and realized that I needed a Pro tariff. The Pro tariff costs $600 for me, but I paid $300 half an hour ago and I want to pay another $300 to switch to Pro. How do I pay $300 to the Pro tariff, not $600?

I’d like to use Airtable to create a weekly view that shows hours of the day so I can assign different tasks for an employee during their work day. Sort of like a daily planner, with blocks of the day assigned to different tasks… any way to do that?

I have two tabs. In one tab there is a list of peoples names, contributions, and the date of the contribution they have made In the second tab are the list of contacts(the peoples names from above) with the sum of the contributions they have made in tab 1 I want to be able to run a filter (or something simple) where on the second tab. I can put in a date range and based on that date range it will show the sum of the contributions only within that range (right now it goes from the beginning of time to the present) I want to be able to change the date range easily and often. How can I accomplish this.

I am trying to create a booking tool for oral examination. I managed to create a form where the student can select a hour of his/her choice (in a list) and when submitted, that time slot is no longer available for other students. So far so good. But I noticed that students can add+ multiple slots; I would like this to be limited to 1. How can I fix this? Additionally is there a way that students can only submit the form once?

Our organization has several different bases for the different functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, product etc). Each of these bases has linked tables for projects and tasks. I am looking to create a master base with tables that merge all of the tasks, and all of the projects from the other bases. I can see how to sync tables separately from other bases but I’d like to be able to merge them into a single table. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to have a Google like search bar for my Base? My use case: I will show a blank invoice with item field (users can add a new row for extra field) and then the user type something then the search bar suggests the relevant records

Hey everyone - sorry if this has been answered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I just started using the Gantt table, been an Airtable user for few months now and love it more and more each day. The Gantt table is really messing with my head, though. I’d love to use it but the way it displays dates is super confusing. To my brain, the date range looks like it falls on a day after what I’ve actually set. For example - if I have a milestone set for October 20th, It’s diamond is showing on October 21st. Is there a way to change this? It is super frustrating and hard to look at, and is holding me back from using the Gantt (where it could be super useful). Thanks for the help!

I am attempting to create a Form to standardize intake parameters for a receiving team. I would like to know which user is responsible for submitting each record. Currently i am unable to find a way utilizing the Form view to have the user ID auto populated when that user accesses the form. Is this something that is possible. The only work around we have found for this is to create unique prefill URLs for each user, which is not ideal and still allows the user to manually modify that info.

I’m trying to create a form to collect information after a sports event. I need the following fields included ‘Competitor Number’, ‘Penalty’, ‘Penalty Location’. I created a second table with the fields but when I brought them into the form they are ‘Read-only and won’t be displayed on the form.’ Does anyone know how to get the fields to be displayed on the form so the event officials can complete this section with multiple responses, ie more than 1 competitor penalised? Hi everyone, I know it’s probably a silly question but here I go. Table 1 ‘Classes’ has ‘Class name’ in col1 and ‘Enrolled Students’ in Col2. (All the enrolled students are listed into 1 cell and automatically populated from the Students table where we indicate which class they’re enrolled in). | ACTING CLASS | [Liam] [Fred] [Emily] [Ann] | So far so good. How do I create a new table for each class where the first column (or second column, doesn’t matter) displays automatically the names of the students enrolled on that class such as: |Col 1| Liam Fred Emily Ann Thanks guys.

Hi there . I have two related tables : Companies and Contacts . Lets say for example : Company A have Contact 1 and Contact 2 Company B have Contact 3 and Contact 4 Company C have Contact 5 and Contact 5 I want help to make a button with script on the Companies table that when I click it (on Company B for example) , it will go to a view of the Contacts table and automatically filter the contacts to show only contacts 3 and 4 . Hi Airtable community, I have a table which has rows of products one of the columns is a field type attachment which contains an image of this product. I am looking for a Airtable native solution using either Views, Pre-fill forms, Page designer etc… to allow users only to have the option to replace the image of the product. Look forward to what can be done without using third party apps.

I’m trying to send an invite, I’m the owner and every time I try to invite someone I get …“Failed to send invite Non-owners are not permitted to invite users.” We have the enterprise version and this just started recently. Other owners in our group have tried and get the same error message.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to create a Field where I can mark tasks as either “Complete”, “In progress”, or “Not started” based on the Percent Complete I have manually entered in another field. I’m using this formula, and it’s working for everything except Complete: IF({Progress} = 100, “Complete”, IF({Progress} = 0,“Not started”, “In process”)) I’m also including a screenshot.
