Hi everyone, I have a question. I’m trying to connect Airtable and Active Campaign via integromat. What I’m trying to do is if I delete a contact record either on Airtable or Active Campaign I would like this contact to be deleted on both sides. Unfortunately it seems that at the moment the only “watch” of Airtable and Active Campaign are on created and updated contact. How can I achieve this? I hope it s cleare. If i delete a contact from my Airtable base i want that this contatc its deleted also from AC and vice versa … thank you very much for your help!

I am using Integromat to connect with AIrtable. In Airtable I have got Lookup column that is fetching data from the other table. In v2 of Airtable Moules such column was returned as Integromat array so I could easilly pick any element out of it. In v3 lookup column is returned as string [value1,value2] which is useless. It is a breaking change that is making most of my scenarios not upgradable to v3. Is there a chance to fix that to be like in a previous version? Or at least if there is only one value to return value

Hi, all. I have a field (Original PD…which stands for Original Plant Date) and I want to add or subtract the “Adjustment” field to arrive at the calculated “Actual PD”. In the Actual PD field, I used a formula: DateAdd(Original PD, Adjustments, ‘Days’) and I get the resulting “Actual PD” field. The problem is the math is not adding/subtracting right. For example in the first record “BR14A”. I have an Original PD of 12/12/2020, an “Adjustment” of 3…which should give me 12/15/2020. Yet the formula is kicking out 12/16/2020. Any thoughts on jaw to get this right? Thanks for any help. Paul

Non-developer here~ I’ve been making our organization a project management base and just ran myself into an issue that I would love an assist on (I feel like the answer is going to be an obvious one)… We are generating tasks into a Tasks table using Project & Task Templates (P-Temp & T-Temp). To reduce data entry, I have some lookup fields that populate the Assignee for tasks in the T-Temp table, based on the program area that a P-Temp falls under. (e.g. Design Exhibition Card task has P-Temp of Solo Exhibition, which is Program Visual Arts, which is assigned to Jess). Now, I thought I was being efficient when I linked certain T-Temp tasks to multiple P-Temps because we might complete the same task for several different projects, rather than listing the same task multiple times, once for each P-Temp. As a result, in the T-Temp table, the “Design Postcard” task, when linked to multiple different exhibition types, will end up with an Assignee lookup fiel

Hi guys, I love your system. My son has used your system for a couple of years and convinced me to give it a try. I am developing an understanding but have gotten totally hung up on one issue. I have field tables across the top: Employees Codes for Job 2473 (one of many jobs but not all jobs have codes and codes for jobs that have codes are all different) Job numbers Equipment Data I have Grid view tables (Have not done entry forms yet) Master - started developing relationships from the field tables and showing data by lookups, links etc. Field Input - Just the fields that the site people need to see and fill in. Billing - Just the data for invoicing manpower and equipment that comes from the “Field Input” screen. The Search App is exactly what I need except that the search results returned are all of the fields for the whole table. Is it possible to specify which fields to return or to use a view instead of the whole table?

I have a table which is automatically populated from our business website. I want the data that enters that table to be automatically copied into another table as well that has lots of extra columns. The first table won’t be touched as it will be live data, the second table will be edited and be added to. How do I get the info from the first table to also appear in the second table. Hello, I have created a property management base where I have multiple properties and for each property, I have multiple tenants. In the “Tenants” table I have all the information of the tenants (rent, deposit, move-in date etc.). In addition to that, I want to enter monthly rents received by the tenants and also their electricity bills. I have thought enough but not able to figure out a way to do the same. Please help me out with this one.

I have a scenario where i lookup a list of values for an item in a google sheet and want to add them as complementary values in one multiselect field for the item in airtable. in the shown example these are 12 category values coming from gsheet, which should all be added in a multiselect field for the user in airtable. Hi all I’m running a survey through Airtable forms and would like to make sure that the same person (read, device) only takes the survey once to make sure results are reliable. Is there a way to do prevent people from taking the survey more than once from the same device? Thanks Alice

I have a gallery and I added a filter with two condition, so if column one has a specific value or column two has a specific value. That works fine, but now I want to also only show records within the past week that match either of those conditions but it doesn’t seem to let me use a date filter combined with an “OR” condition. It will let me do date AND column one, but after that it only lets me add more “AND” conditions. Is this just not possible? Is there another way to do this?

I have a series of single selects, and I want the “default” blank to be red. Or will I need to have an automation to put a red warning right now the filtering in the calendar is set by the {Videos Status}, however I want the default to RED to stand out but I don’t have a way to set default either in the original field with the single select nor the filter. Any ideas?

When I update a record in a base, obviously the location of that record changes based on the way the view is being sorted. Is there a way to go straight to the new location when the record is updated?

I have a list of classes. They are numbered (primary key) and have an associated class date. There is one class per date. I also have a list of registrants. They link the registrant name to the assigned class number, date and instructor. I can group and view my registrant list by class number and add registrants in this view. But, when I group registrants by class date I find I cannot enter new registrants - date appears to be a calculated field. It would be easier for us to see the “July 6th, 2021” class in a grouped view and add registrants that way. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Hi Community :slightly_smiling_face: I would like to send daily reminder emails to our customers in an HTML format. There will be three variables in the emails: A URL link to their daily tracker (which is unique to each customer). An inspirational quote which changes daily. Set to send at 7PM daily, as per the customer’s time zone. I currently have set this up using Airtable/Zapier/Gmail, but there seems no way to automate the changing of the quote daily, I have to go in and manually change each customer’s every day. In addition, as I want to be able to send this to up to 50 customers, the Automations function on Airtable will not allow this as it is exceeds the limit. Would Integromat be more useful than Zapier in this instance? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Airtable wizards, TL;DR How can I make this “view” ? I am new to airtable and just jumped on building a new directory like site. I was able to make one directory embedded inside my wordpress site as a “card view” type but now I want to have this “slim” one row like view. Can’t find this instructions inside training video section. Anyone ready to give me some hints how can I do this? Should I use “grid” view instead of gallery/card or sth. else? Thank you

As I have orders in my orders table I want to scan the orders by the scanner and update the status to scanned please guide me on how to achieve this.

This is a really simple question, but is there anyway to restore historic data? We had a form in AT that had drop down options. We had people fill out the form. Then, someone on our team changed the options in that drop down and we lost historic data that people had filled out. Is there a way to find their answers or when we changed the drop down options did that data disappear forever?

I tried CSV import app. When I do, the app only uploads to one tab at a time and that does not work, see the video for a problem and please suggest a solutions.

Hello! I have been organizing the content of my company’s information for a few weeks and got to the point where I could set up a customer table from my list. When I choose what information is going to be present, and then group the information, even though the essential groupings are identical, Airtable is breaking the information up. You can see the attached screenshot (with names redacted) for an example. Customer Relationship and Market Sector are the items that I am grouping by and this is what happens: Is there some sort of metadata that could be causing this issue?

Hey guys. Is there a way to add lines (horizontal or vertical) in the Page Designer app/block? What about a way to add custom page sizes in inches instead of just pixels? (I’d like to add support for 11X17 sheets.) If there isn’t support for these, is there a way to submit a feature request to Airtable? Thanks! Landon
