Hi, Is there a way to BCC people when I send a record via a base? I need to hide other people’s emails for data protection.

Is it possible to connect a department email to Airtable? While I know it is possible to Connect Accounts like Outlook Email to Airtable, it currently only connects your primary mailbox. I have several departmental mailboxes which are accessible via my Office365 account, but only my primary inbox is listed as an option to choose from when I want to send/receive mail from it in automations. Am I missing something, or is this not possible currently?

Hi. I’d like AirTable to watch my finances for me. I’d like it to give me my bank account balances and my credit card balances due and available credit. I want it to log into those services to get the data — I don’t want a manual data entry step for the financial info. Can this be done in AirTable?

I have an email calendar in Airtable and we have to review our creative with leadership. I know I can use the gallery view but it would be easier to have the creative in the same view as a calendar.

Hi all, I have created a base of products and I would like to share it to my contractors to submit quantities of products they want. I found there is a share option that can share my base to “commenters” but it seems like they will have to sign up to see the base. Is there anyway to share the base to someone to “comment” on some fields without signing up?

Hello. I am trying to be self taught in Airtable and it’s working so far. I created a form in Airtable and then used MiniExtension App to Request signatures on each document. That worked great, but now how do I export those forms with the signatures to give my legal team and my client the fully executed agreement copy? Additionally, is there a way to imbed my signature on every form that goes out in advance before the client signs it?

I am generating barcodes and I need to use more than 7 characters. However, when I add more than 7 my iphone is no longer able to read the barcode. I’m able to type in barcodes that are longer manually, but I can’t scan them.

Hi All, I have quite a alot of views going on in one base, Is their a way that they can be better organised. Eg is their a way to have sub headings that contain multiple views? or put into folders that contain multiple view? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys I’m trying to build by own CRM/Sales Forecast (akin to Pipedrive) and trying to work out if Airtable is the best solution. I’m currently managing the process in an Excel template with a few other steps tagged on (manual and time-consuming). Essentially this is what happens; Sales opportunity identified with relevant % of winning Opportunity is split across various cost centers based on the team involved, also split over months depending on the duration of the work. I need to split the forecast revenue among all these cost centers and report either individually or as a whole on a month-by-month basis. I’m trying to get my head around how this might work in Airtable. Has anyone done anything similar before? Thanks!

Perhaps this will sound off, but I want to know how to turn off the pro trial immediately. Right now, I was able to turn it off in two weeks. I.e. I turned it off, by going to the free plan. But, it will remain active for the 2 weeks. Yay more features right? But that’s not what I’m looking at. I’m evaluating this for 2 potential reasons. 1. Will it work for companies/jobs I have in the future? 2. will this work for indie groups I’m with, who can only afford free? I cannot figure out #2 on this app, if it won’t let me know how close I am to the boundaries of free, if its saying I can put in 50,000 records. #2 is also the larger reason that I am looking at this now.

Hi! I’m working on a project that requires that responses from Qualtrics Surveys get logged in airtable. I keep encountering this mysterious error when I try to create a record via POST. Any advice or direction you might be able to share would be greatly appreciated! I’ve been trying to solve this for almost three days now. Is there any way to generate a URL that will link to a specific record, ideally within a specific view? If not, PLEASE. Our use case is the delegation of a given job. The record is the job ticket, and we need to quickly relay just that job. Via Slack, and a million other ways once integrated with Zapier. Yes, this begs for a proper single-record view; the slippery-slope toward real print/PDF layouts. But let’s start at the URL level. THANK YOU!

Hello, i’d like to add X month to a given date. Example 12/31/2019 + 1 month = 12/31/2020 =EDATE(date,months) How can i do this with Airtable. I got stuck, because there is no EDATE function like in Excel. Thank you for your help Emin

My Creator account got bumped into the Pro plan trial period by accident, and now is stuck in the Free plan, which removed a bunch of functionality. How can I get back to the Creator status? I’ve tried contacting support through the Help function, but just have an automated reply. I’m really disappointed that something so serious could happen so easily to a user.

So I have a table with a multiselect field that contains about 1000 different values that were used as general metadata tags for video content (topics, people, companies, events, etc). I want to somehow be able to use this multiselect field across different tables but have the ability for users to add new tags/values and have these new tags available on all tables. There’s probably a better way to do this, but I thought I could somehow convert these multiselect options into individual records on a new table… then somehow be able to turn it back into a multiselect type field? I was able to copy the multiselect field with its options into a new black table (just copied and pasted all values and then deleted it), but I don’t know how to convert them into records The ultimate goal is to then have this synced multiselect field available in a form, but somehow give the user the ability to add new tags from within the form… somehow… might require a link in the form to a “add

Hi, I have published a Template of a base that I have created - and assume that over time with community suggestions I am going to have some updates. Is there a way for people to update their own bases that are made from my template, when i update the template without starting again from scratch with their data or having to copy/paste it in?
