We are experimenting with using AirTable to create a marketing editorial calendar, but are stuck because of the inability to see enough information on a per-record basis in the calendar view. Is there a way to expand the record size to show 2 lines? Or have it display a custom field rather than the ID field for the record?

Hi all, I recently started some using Formnano forms to update records in my table, but found this morning that the entire Formnano site seems to be down, with form links not working and I can’t find a way to contact them. (Getting a proxy/firewall error message on all) Does anyone know anything about this or how to get in touch with Formnano?

Hi everybody! So I’ve created a simple donor database. The first tab lists monetary donations. The second one details individual donors. I want to set up a simple form for my employees to enter contributions but since the “individual donor” field in the the “monetary donation” tab links to the second “individual donor” tab, it doesn’t let my employees enter new donors in the form (they can only select from existing donors). Maybe it’s something simple I’m missing but can anybody help me set it up so new donors can also be entered through the “monetary donations” form? Thanks in advance! Bethany

Am working on putting together a base for better tracking of inventory bought/sold on Amazon and other channels. Would like to be able to use a barcode field which when an item is scanned, it goes out and searches Amazon and comes back with the item’s title in another field and in another field it enters the item’s current ranking. Also, anyone familiar with using Airtable integrated with Woocommerce? Looking to have several niche websites for products sold in-house or dropshipped, and best ways to keep track of it all besides spreadsheets.

Hi everyone, Goal: I want to match Companies to matching Talents based on different criteria (multiple). What I did so far Set up a base with two tables. Table 1: Companies, containing Fields “Name”; “NecEducation” (necessary level of education); “Rel.postal.codes” (all postal codes within a 40 mile radius as proximity of talents to company is key in my example) Table 2: Talents, containing Fields “Name”; “Education” (same choices as in field “NecEducation”) and “PostalCode” (just one value, referring to the postal code the talent lives in). Now I would like for there to be a field next to each company, displaying links to each Talent that matches the necessary education and who´s postal code is within the “Rel.postal.codes” of the company. I created a form in Airtable to collect shirt sizes from our team for an upcoming order. I can’t find an option for putting the static image of the jacket within the form so people can see it when they are deciding the size they would like to order. Is it possible to have a form with a static image embedded into one of the questions? Thanks!

Hi Guys I have this base which is very close to what I need to do: Ingredient Tracking Base I just have one last step and I have no clue. I need to get the number of batches made of a SKU, times this number by the amount of ingredient in the SKU, then take this number away from the amount in stock for that ingredient. For example, one muse case may have 100 documents (each containing 10 pages each), with the entire set containing 1,000 individual pages. Typically the images of text are photographed and then provided to the user in jpeg, tiff, or pdf format. Do you think Airtable can be used for advanced planning & scheduling for a manufacturing company? More specifically, there are several machines and work stations with manual labour wheareas some workflow steps are necessary and some are not depending on the sales order. I want to calculate the optimal order when the material has to be placed at a certain machine or work station to manufacture the product. It is a relatively low volume, but high variety production. We use Microsoft SQL Server/Navision which is the basis for our production data. There are scanners at each work station to track where the object to be produced is. Based on this, could Airtable be used to calculate the optimal order as described above and display when which object should be placed at a certain machine or work station? The calculation should consider the delivery deadline, capacity usage, production time and other factors.

Hi ! With Zapier or Airtable Automations, I can trigger a certain mail to be sent when a record is added in a view or met a condition. However with Sendgrid Block, that seems impossible, I’ve been testing different things for hours ! Any idea? Many thanks

I want to calculate a deadline that is 30 days prior an App Release date for daily content. But I also want a deadline that is 60 days after the App Release for project types that are not daily. The 1st step of my goal works correctly with this formula… DATEADD({App Release (from Master List)}, -30, ‘days’) Here is an IF statement attempt to include the 60 day delay for all other content that does not work. I’m the owner of my workspace, i’ve put permissions on “editors and up”, so i don’t understand how to fix the issue

I am trying to build an external web app through either Pory or Softr, but my API key seems to have stopped working (I keep getting an invalid key error). Does any one know how to fix this? I’d hate to delete my current API key (I currently have some forms live on my site through Mini Extensions and it would break that connection (although it would be relatively easy to re-do…just not sure deleting/re-generating would really solve this problem - there’s no reason it should have stopped working in the first place). Hi All, Simple one but I’m a but stuck… so it’s ask questions time. As per above I’m trying to convert the simple 24 hr formatted column into JUST a h:mmA format. My formula is: DATETIME_PARSE({Confirmed Time - 24 Hr}, “h:mmA”) How do I stop it showing the date portion (11/19/2020) in my result? EDIT: Here are my full fields. Ultimately I’d love to create a single output that combines ‘Confirmed Meeting …’ with ‘Confirmed Time - h:mmA’ (eg November 19, 2020 at 2:00pm) that can be used in as a simple trigger in a Send Email automation on Airtable… I’m just getting my head and logic brain around Airtable though.

Hi Guys I need a hand. I’m building an ingredient inventory tracker (here) and I need to calculate the total amount each of each ingredient used every time the recipe is logged. I’ve got the other half of the tracker working fine, adding in ingredients every time an order is logged. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

This is the formula i am using to manually override my default date entry IF({Date Override Entry} = BLANK(),{Default Mixed Date}, {Date Override Entry}) i attached a screen shot that shows the result that i am getting. So I have a directory of creatives who have multiple creative passions. I used multiple select in order to help organize their creative interests like this: But when I go to view in groups, the groups that show up don’t filter by the individual option but by the groups of options that each cell has. Don’t know if that makes sense so I hope this picture helps Is there a way to group by individual options? Or another view I can use? This airtable is being embedded in Wordpress so my members could just search, but if there is an option would love to know. Thank you!

I’m looking to use the gallery view that I have for recipes for a foodblog on a page in my blog. But to format to hyperlink to the PageDesigner App perhaps so users could print the recipe or scroll through them. How can I best do this? I feel Airtable is amazing but this one tweak would make it awesome! If there is a template that can be used to hyperlink to my blog tha would be great to know about.
