Not looking for a seperate columen.

Column C combines 2 fields (Column A&B) that contain email addresses. When I select Column C as the main email recipients in Sendgrid app, it sends separate emails to each individual in column C. However, if I select column C to cc: my emails, it correctly sends a single email to all recipients. I would like ONE email to be sent to all the people in column C in the “To” field in sendgrip. Can anyone explain why this is happening and help me find a solution? Thanks!

I used to be able to filter my columns, but now the sort and filter buttons have disappeared and I’m not sure how to get them back. TIA for the help!

once i made the mistake of clickin gthe ’ alphabetize, theres no way to go back to what the original sorting order. ?

Hi, I work at a career-focused high school. We encourage students to participate in work-based learning activities like job tours, mentorship, internships, certifications, etc. I’d like to for each student to have a private profile as a form they can edit throughout HS to track their accomplishments. I could probably do this with Google Forms Sheets but I was wondering if there was an advantage to using Airtable? Thanks!

I am using grouping in several of my views and I was looking at the “guide to grouped records” page from Airtable and saw that I should be able to hide no grouped records - so records that are empty in the field I’m grouping by. I went to do that, and I do not have that icon on my grouping dropdown. I saw that if I changed the field I’m sorting by to something else, it appears. The fields I’m trying to sort by are “calculated fields” and I only want to see the records in these views if those values have been calculated, otherwise I don’t want to see them. Hi all, I’m trying to figure out a way where we can manage comments or mentioned. For example, currently, when someone mentions me in a topic/entry in a comment. I only see it on the activity tab on the home page. Is there another place to see all mentions? Can I build a dashboard or a table to manage that?

Hello all! Thank you all so much in advance for your help. I am brand new to Airtable. I am incredibly excited to use it as I see so much opportunity here but I’ve found it overwhelming and intimidating to get started. One of the first things I am trying to do is track my startup investors, specifically how many have invested in different rounds and what their total investment is. To simplify it, the first column would be Investor Name, second row would be Investment Rounds, and third column would be Total Investments. Lets say I’ve had 5 rounds of raising capital. If John Doe invested in $100K in Round #1, $150K in Round #3, and $200K in Round #5, I’d want those 3 to be listed under Investment Round and on Total Investments to add up his total investment of $450K. Can someone please help me do this? I have created it with their name and I have a 2n

I currently have a membership database in ACCESS and the membership number is the primary key. I want to get this into Airtable and keep the current membership number as the primary field so that it auto increments when a new record is added. I have read the article " How can I change the primary field in my table?", but it does not work. Or is there some other way of ding this? Thanks for your help. Mark

We are a charity that uses Airtable for client management. We collect demographic data of our clients and then link their profile to the dates when we have contact with them. We hold cases for 6 months and review them at the mid-point, i.e. three months. The contact dates automatically link to the client’s record through the linking process (AUTO Contact D in the screenshot). I want to create a field that automatically calculates the review and close dates for each client. I thought a combination of LOOKUP and a FORMULA might achieve this but I’ve not found a way to do it. I would greatly appreciate some guidance.

So, I am using a base to manage travel information for a group of people. I currently have 3 tables - one for Passengers, one for Flight Reservations and one for Flights. What I would like to do is create an Itinerary in the page designer that shows a single passenger with their corresponding flights, as well as the information for those flights. I have been able to create a page with the passenger name, and their flight reservation and flights, but I am stuck not being able to get the flight information on the page. For context: The Passengers table has their personal information, contact info, etc… and is linked to flight reservations through the passenger primary field (their name). The Flights table is then linked to the flight reservations table through the Flight Reservations primary field - on the Flights table, I am able to lookup the passengers on each flight. I am wondering if there is maybe an intermediate table that I need to create to do this

Hi Team, I am using Airtable automation to create a record on a different Table after a Form is submitted. Everything works fine except when I try to use the automation on a multi-select field. In the Action section I’ve chosen a field that is a multi selected. It seems that it only allows me to do a new list instead of taking the values across. When I test the automation I get the following error. Can someone help? Thanks.

I have differnt bases for diffent types of leads, like LA leads in one base, NY leads in one base. I Wanna be able to see all the nation leads in one base so as to eliminate duplicate records or do more research because two leads can be of same company and I want the records at same location to quickly do some research.
