Problem:Using a "website" type tab in Microsoft Teams to embed an Airtable via URL, gives a nasty cookies popup that won't go away. Solution:Use the URL from the embed-code instead of the normal share URL. 

in a form I have a record selection field. where employees are selected, I want only 1 name to be selected and not 2 or 3. But I don't know how to do it. have under:Minimum and Maximum set the value at Maximum to 1. but doesn't work.

I'm hoping some can provide some advice on which direction I should research on what I'm trying to do.I help run a makerspace, and we don't have employees.  We have members, and some volunteer to be board members, but they cycle out quite frequently, making it difficult to manage any SAS solution that requires us to pay per team member. Plus, our revenue stream only comes from member dues so we don't have deep pockets, also since we're all volunteer and we all have day jobs so we have limited time to dedicate to development.I've been able to do a lot of things so far on my path of learning airtable and fillout, and I think those will be great solutions. Once (and if) we get our nonprofit status accepted by airtable we'll be buying a discounted Team account.Things we track are member applications, member maintenance, assets (equipment tracking), and board meetings. So far, the airtable and fillout automations have been awesome, and I'm looking forward to learning the scripting task

Why does my primary field total display xxx Stories on some dBases and xxx Records on others. OK, dumb question, but I had to ask... and it's not in the AT Glossary of Terms.

I have 3 records:MembersSkillsMember Skills Xref (a linked table that joins members to skillsI have seen the tutorial on how I can edit a member record and add skills to the member using fillout.com, but is there a way to display the skills associated with a member when editing a member record?  In other words, I want to have the parent record and show all the detail records (skills).Thanks.

Is anyone else seeing the Apply button in their filter conditions?  It showed up some time this week but it's not in every table.  This is annoying! Is there a way to turn it off?There:Not there: 

Can we please get an option on Air table that is a fixed monthly rate for either unlimited or a large, allocated amounts of users! I need to scale but paying $54 per user per month when we need 20-50 users is an insane amount of money just to be able to tag the correct person i need to assign something to. Does anyone have a workaround for this so I can delegate tasks to people and actually have them get a notification????

Hello everyone,I have a table in which we record events. Some of these events relate to a media campaign that is also recorded in the same table.I have therefore created a column in which you can link a campaign when creating an event. To do this, I use a view in which only the campaigns are displayed.This works without any problems. However, when I assign an event to a campaign, I would like the assigned events to be displayed in the campaign data record.Does anyone have any idea how I can implement this?Currently, only the selected campaign is displayed in the event record, but not the other way around.I would like to be able to click on the campaign record and see all linked events.Does anyone have any ideas on how I can implement this?Thank you very much and best regardsMirko

Greetings, I have an Airtable field titled: Course Status and to the right of that field is Total Enrollment. In my Excel spreadsheet version, I used a vlookup to return the value of ‘course status’ The formula: =VLOOKUP([@Enrolled],Table30,2,FALSE) Table30 0-2 enrolled = On Standby 3-9 enrolled = Low Enrollment 10-28 = Will Make! Hello, I want to use forms to let people outside my organization link records among my existing tables. I don’t want to let them create new records. Just let them link one field to another. Is there a way to achieve this through forms? I’m having trouble with the primary field being just a string of text. Ideally, someone could select the primary field from a dropdown, and then link whatever they want to to that specific primary field, without creating a new record. Use case example I have a list of companies as my primary field. I want someone to use forms to pick a company and associate it to a topic (currently linked to a Topics table, it basically acts as a multiple select).

Hey everyone,I have a 2 formula fields that generate prefilled form links. The forms are nearly identical and contain a number of linked record fields. I have noted that some of the prefilled linked record fields fail to prefill when opened with different Chrome profiles, or on Safari, on my own computer. Here is the spread of variation:Chrome Profile 1: Everything works as expected across both formsChrome Profile 2: For given records, both form links failed to load (Chrome says the page is unresponsive). I have not determined a common cause across records who's links fail yet. When the form links do load, there are (2) linked record fields that do not prefill.Incognito: All form links load (including those that do not load in Profile 2). 1 form works fully as expected, the other has (1) linked record field that does not prefill.Safari:  An inconsistent mixture of all anomalous behavior referenced above.I understand that this issue is not necessarily to do with Airtable itself, bu

Not all data records are stored in my table A, so some fields are empty. Now I would like to fill the empty fields using a form. is this possible?Approach: I would have to select the data record or data from the primary field so that the data records to be updated can be assigned correctly. so that the missing data is added when submitting the form.

Hello, our team is using AirTable in a Scrum environment. Each sprint we point our stories and calculate our velocity. Currently this is a manual process. Is there a way to automate in in AirTable?

I need to create a form that includes a dynamic table-like structures within a question, where you can input multiple rows of data (objects) and assign a different value (like a dropdown selection) to each row in a grid format, and syncs this data to Airtable with one object per row and each selection per field. Furthermore, I need the system to recognize if an object has been submitted more than once and not add another row, but rather add the 2nd requester name to an existing row. I have a Record Review Interface that is shared publicly. As expected, the record displayed when following the public link is the one at the top of the underlying sort. I'd like to display a different record in the table as the starting point while retaining the sort for the list of records. The URLs appear to follow a predictable pattern, and the initial URL for the public interface is rewritten as a URL with an appended query (after a "?") referencing the displayed record. The query consists of a six-character string which is consistent, "=rec", and the internal record ID.When I construct a URL containing the query for the desired record and attempt to load it, I receive an "Internal error, Try refreshing the page." message. This also occurs if I simply cut and paste the rewritten URL into a browser window after following the base public link. I am using a browser session that is not signed into Airtable to test the URL strings.Any ideas?
