I feel like I can't articulate this question well enough to search for an answer -- maybe someone here can understand my brain.I want to copy a column of text strings in Airtable, put it in a search box, and have it bring up all the records that contain any of those text strings. Is something like this possible? Basically, I'm working off a synced base that I have additional columns I need to edit. (I can't change the main base in any way -- it's full of "secondary" records that are essentially 8+ copies of the first set of records that I do not want in my base) So every day I'm searching for 50+ strings, one by one, to update those records. Any ideas?

HolaWe are a charity/NFP who has been working on a basic "help our volunteers be able to do their job" system for a while. Tried everything, it looks like one of our key issues can be solved by AirtableWe are aiming to use Airtable as simple terrotory based CRM platform, because it is very straight forward and visual to use. Very impressed so far. our users are not technical and dont need to be fighting screens and awful processes. They just need simple sheet views.(Amongst other things, this is the first thing)We have a lot of contacts and great with Zapier etc. What we want to do is to continue to update items via Zapier as the customers are engaging with us. However wanted to know if a couple of things are possible. - Decent Visual emails out of the platform, as Mailchimp is great on the graphics but not good with much else. - Block list. So if a customer signs up who we have blocked, can we automatically remove them based on email. - Merging records. Record A exists,

Hi All! I’m trying to make a form that is asking individuals to give feedback about consultation sessions they’ve had. One of the questions is which consultant did you meet with. I have a multiple select field with their names right now and then a link to a webpage with the consultants’ profiles but I really want the options to include a name and a picture of the consultant right in the form. I don’t know that this is possible currently but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Tallie

Hi everyone, I use Zapier to run a large amount of automations in my Airtable bases. It looks like nothing is working anymore and the reason I’m thinking is because it is listing Airtable as ‘Deprecated’. The only way I can reconnect the zaps is to literally redo them from scratch with a new connection to Airtable. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Also, does anyone have any guidance on how to batch the updated airtable into my existing zaps? I don’t want to have to redo every single zap as I have dozens and redoing them seems to be fastest way to get something wrong. Help would be appreciated!

Hello everyone,I have embed a form on a weblfow page so that candidates can apply directly through my website.The form has around 30 questions so it is pretty long.Everything works pretty well on desktop but on mobile, the form gets blocked while im scrolling as I feel like the Airtable embed scroll takes over the webflow page general scroll.It is only on mobile and i don't know how to solve that. I changed my embed height so it takes the whole form but i still have an issue with scrolling.Here is my the link to the website : https://www.spacegreen.co/applyIt works well on desktop but if you try on mobile, you can scroll the beginning of the page but as you get through the form, the scrolling gets locked with no way to scroll past upwards on downwards. The only solution to bypass that is to go scroll really fast to the bottom of the page so the embed scroll does not take the priority over the page scroll. In my ‘Properties’ table - I want to add all the details relating to my property including Seller details, Escrow company etc, which I want to link from my Contacts table, but it is causing multiple ‘properties’ columns in my Contacts table when I feel like it should all appear in the one column? TLDR: I'm not able to upgrade to a Business account, and when I go to my workspace, it says it does not belong to my company. I am the sole billable collaborator in that workspace, and I'm listed there as Owner.---I'm a consultant. A year ago, I set up an AirTable Workspace for one of my clients, adding them as a billable collaborator. I paid for their first year of use myself. When the new plan structure came along, I upgraded my own workspace (A) to Business, and the client workspace (B) became Teams level. This morning I wanted to switch from monthly to annual billing. This wasn't an option, so I tried downgrading temporarily to Teams to see if then when I upgraded again, the Annual billing option would be back.But it won't let me upgrade. When I go to my workspace, it says it's external: "This workspace does not belong to your company."Who does it belong to? I've gone through all the new plans and understand that when our plan renews (we are on Annual Pro Starter Pack currently) we will be changed to the Team plan.But I am still uncertain as to the pricing - we currently pay $348 annually for up to 5 seats.  I have read that the discount remains that we were getting on the Pro Plan - but what does that mean actually. We currently have 2 users.Has anyone been moved from Pro Starter Pack - annual to the new team plan annual. Can you tell me what the renewal price was? I’m working on an app to keep records for a children’s club. We try to get their birthdays, but sometimes they don’t know the year they were born. Is there a way to enter only the month and day? Ultimately I want to use the date to calculate the age, but I can have a check box to test if the date isn’t complete. Alternately, maybe I can use the age if we know it to calculate the year. I would like ideas for the best way to handle this. Thank you.

Hi, I am total new for airatable. So sorry in advance if it was asked before. But I was not able to find it. I am trying to figure out if Airtable could be use as kind of an ERP. Basically create orders by our sales and than “do automate stuff around it”. Basically I am starting to create table with Form that they would fill up/use with new order. Now to question. Is it possible to create Unique ID that would have specific set of numbers and logic around it for each order? For example: Every order would have unique number Every order number is exactly 10 lenght First two numbers are fixed (11-----) Third and fourth nubmer are last two digits of year (1122…) Fifth number office number (Karen is from Europe office so it would be fixed “5” but Bob is from America so he would have fixed “6”, etc… last five numbers are always unique number always increased by 1 from 00000 to 00001, 00002, etc… Can this be done in airatable? Hi there! I am looking for a solution how to export my Airtables to Excel (or csv) and change the number format at the same time. Example: I have a column with prices and they’re displayed in the format $1,000.00 but I need them in the format $1.000,00 as I am in Europe where this format is more common. Some photos I upload into a table appear sideways both in the table view and expanded cell view, even though the photos themselves are upright in the upload window. I tried to rotate them 90% so they appear sideways in the upload screen, but then they rotate 180% to still appear sideways in the table facing the other way. Help?

I would like to build a library of follow up emails that are stored in a table that will go out to customers at different times depending on where they are in the sales process.  I would like to personalize the emails and provide some other specific information specific to their account.   I envision it as it being kind of a form letter with variables situation For exampleDear {Customer First Name}We have you scheduled for service on {Service Date} arriving between {Start Time} and {End Time}.We look forward to seeing you{Sales person name}There will be 5-10 different emails so I would like for these to be stored in a table that can be easily changed or added to and can be run through a single automation.   I would appreciate any thoughts on how this could possibly be accomplished.  I"m open to using formulas, automations, scripts..  Thanks in advance!

Hello, probably this topic was discussed here in several ways, but cant find final solution for us. We need to make payment list and as some of the payments are made every month, once click on checkbox, that was that particular row in table payed, it will automatically make copy of the row to next month. Any idea how to do this please? Thank you!

The Problem I'm HavingThe below image will probably tell it best. I have a chart that appears to have duplicate x-asis labeling. Ideally, this data would have a single value per month, but it is duplicating upto 5 times for a given month. What I've DoneI suspect this may be a UI issue because when I scale my Chrome browser to 150x, I get a single x-axis value.This solution doesnt work for me because I have multiple stakeholders who view this data, and explaining to them to fine tune their monitor until theyu get their desired row count just wouldnt work. My QuestionBesides adjusting the zoom ratio of my screen, are there any other solutions you can suggest? Hi, is there a way to make the row height larger than the default using the mobile app? I have my row height set to x-large on Desktop so I can see the pictures that are attached to my rows; is there a way to adjust that setting on the iPhone app?
