I am using Integromat to pick up a webhook sent from Airtable. I want to then whitelist the Airtable IP addresses How to know the IP of my airtable account - #2 by Bill.French ← question was asked here, but not answered (a re-open might be a good option so we can re-open questions). To answer some of the questions in that original post: I understand this is not a cure-all security method, it does provide one more layer of protection. Yes, a webhook is my preferred method of sending data from Airtable in this instance as this webhook works across a number of services - so it is not a read Airtable first scenario. Thanks

HiI have some linked tables. The first link is between "People" and "Working Groups". When in the Working Group table I can look up people's names and add them to the field "Members". When in the People table, I can make a link back to Working Groups, and a field called working groups will self populate with all the Working Groups that people are members off. This is all working fine.I have a second link between "People" and "Training". When in the Training table I can look up people's names and add them to the field "Attendees". When in the People table, I can make a link back to Training, but I can't make a field that will self populate with all the training people have received. What am I doing wrong?The only difference in layout between Working Groups and Training, is that training's unique identifier is a date.Any light you could shed would be very helpful.Thanks,Davva

For some reason I cannot select the text within my formulas, meaning I cannot choose which text to copy for pasting later. It is only within the formula editing that I cannot edit the text. I can select text everywhere else:Selected text on here:Can't select text hereOkay to select text here:

While on a product feedback call with proj. management platform ClickUp, I asked if there were any 'Airtable-like features' in development or on their roadmap.I proceeded to explain my love for Airtable as an early adopter, but they continue to make user-hostile changes, refuse to listen to the community, & price increases. "Are you familiar with Airtable?" I asked.  "Yes, only because I've had 3-4 people tell me the same exact thing in the past few months. The team is looking into what it might look like." So to the point of my story. If he's heard it 3-4 times, ClickUp has had DOZENS (or more?) of requests from unhappy Airtable customers. This also means HUNDREDS (or more?) of folks have shared similar sentiments to other productivity SaaS. My true hope is to stick with Airtable, that it goes back to respecting the community, especially after all the layoffs but without changes at the top, I

I accidentally deleted a base and restored it from trash but none of my information is in it. I am getting an error message. Base not found.

I have three forms to fill out with data, and they go in sequence. Is there any way that the answers from all three forms go into one entry. Right now, each form creates a new record.

I first want to say how much I love using Airtable. But am super confused. I thought I was paying for a monthly rate and the charge on my credit card today was over $1000. So in Canadian funds that is over $1300. I can possibly pay that!!! Help!

Hi, all -I'm fairly new to Airtable and use this software to track participants for trainings that we offer. In some instances we have a participant attend more than one of our trainings. I currently have our trainings set up as a multiple choice field but when I group by trainings attended, it's putting these students in a different bucket and I would rather their individual names show up in each of the attended training, not create an additional section - picture for reference of how it currently looks. Hoping this makes sense and any help is greatly appreciated! 

Is there a way to copy a base schema between accounts? So I don’t need the data - but I’d like to copy the schema (all the tables in a base) to another account. Is there an easy way to do this?

  

I have 2 different tables in one base that I want to connect to one Calendar for easy to view access without having to switch to different calendar views constantly. Is this doable? 

In a calendar view, I used to have the ability to click an eye to preview the calendar view AND share externally. Now when I go to the calendar view its not an option which is preventing me from getting a link to share externallyExample of the eye 

I am trying to send a form link to a customer who does not use airtable but when they try to access the link, it brings them to an airtable registration page. Is there a way around this? I want them to be able to fill out the form without having to sign-in or register. Thank you!

I want to provide some self-serve capabilities to customers so they can view and update their customer record in my Airtable, plus ideally also access a Stripe-hosted subscription management portal. I need to allow users to login to view and update various fields in their own record only - preferable magic email style login rather than make them remember yet another username & password. I also want to embed/link to a Stripe-hosted subscription portal from within this more general Airtable Portal, so a subscriber may authenticate with the general portal, then access Stripe subscription portal functionality. I work for a small institute. We'd have only 2 (max 3) editors on AirTable. Do I understand correctly that for Team it'd be 40dollars/month (for two editors) and with Enterprise it'd be 45dollars/month (for unlimited? editors)?What would you recommend (I expect we'd have 3-4 bases, of about 1500 records each)?Thanks!

Hi,I'm getting an 'over-limit' warning and I don't understand what's going on:My base shows 791 lines with records (I'm using the free version, up to 1,000 records). But, in my settings, it says I have 1341 records. I cannot see where these additional records might be.  I have no records hidden that I can figure out or any in trash.I've had the warning for 5 days now.What am I missing?Avital

I have a table in Airtable that contains a lot of data that currently is used for an app i published. Is is possible to create a website and, using the same data, create a page where this data is showed? Ex. My table contains job offers from all over the world, i want these job offers to be displayed automatically on the website (Wix or Wordpress or others) gathering data from the same table. Did someone ever experienced something similar? Thank you very much

Hi, I'm trying to set up a filter to target certain records, but it appears like they are not filtering as they should.So basically I'm trying to exclude records that contain certain words in a field, but they still show up, as you'll see in the attached screenshot.I've played around with "AND", "OR", "contains", "does not contain" but the records always show.Thanks in advance for any help 

Hi Everyone, I want to create multiple forms to gather contacts for different reasons - Subscribers who want our newsletter Those who want to download our resource Those who fill out our profile form All of the forms capture Name, Email and then they have different fields. I want to keep all these contacts in the same table. I was hoping to have one table with 3 different form views. The issue is, I want to track how each contact came in, and I can’t figure out how to tag the submitted responses by the form they submitted. Instead, I have these split across different tables and I manually tag each, then copy/paste new responses into a master list. Am I missing something obvious here? I keep all the tables structured the same so the copy/paste to master is easy.

I am in search of a roadmap to becoming a certified expert on Airtable. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?Would be greatly appreciated. 

I have embedded a “grid view with grouping by date” into a page on my website. When I view it in a browser on my desktop it looks fine. But when I view it in a browser on my Android phone (mobile), the grouping does not show and there is no menu bar at the top of the grid view. Menu Should be: Hidden Fields, Filter, Grouping, Sort, row height, print (this menu does not show on mobile) What am I doing wrong? https://lircal.com/airtable-browse-view

Hello, I'm trying to merge a CSV but the field that I need to map to is not available to select. I can't select the field I need as the merge field. It is not one of the options in the "choose a field" drop down.
