I'm currently in Seoul, South Korea. I'm working with a partner based in NYC. I'm looking to set the timezone of specific fields to EDT as this team needs to automate workflows for the upcoming [tomorrow]'s day's work. I failed to post this last night but at a little after 11p last night (9/5), I was seeing the attached date and time for EDT. It incorrectly reads 9/4/23, 8PM instead of 9/5, approximately 10a. Is there a big or some sort of rigid schedule that the timezone function calculates against? Is it not real time? I need to figure this out ASAP. Please advise. Thank you

Hi--I am looking to create an ecommerce site using Squarespace. I have an airtable base where each record represents a product I want to sell on the website. I was able to create a frame where you can view the airtable base from the website, however, I want each record to be an individual product you can buy on the squaretable website. Any ideas on how to do this?

Hi community,It seems there is no possibility to delete comments made on records by other users.I am the base manager (owner), and would appreciate the possibility to remove comments made by others without asking each person to delete their own comments. Some of them, furthermore, are not on the team anymore (no more access to base).Any way to work around this limitation? Wouldn't it be useful to make base owners able to delete other collaborators' comments?Thanks for your consideration

Hi, I am currently developing the check in and check out for a laundry and I generated their dashboard so they can see the result of their operation per day.As a context for the issue I have the following.Each service order has an entry date and an exit date, as well as an amount that you were able to leave at the time you left your service or pay at the end.The issue I have is that it is not possible for me to do the sum of the inputs with the total of the outputs (total ingresos).The result that should be in this field when I see the information at grid level is added, but when I put the field that has this data, it only gives me the income part.I have already tried to put conditions in the number so that it can bring me all the information but I can't figure out how to do it.Any help is welcome. Heard back from support again today, and it’s not good news.They apologized for being the bearer of bad news, but apparently the decision to only give us three weeks to change to the new plans was a deliberate one.  They made it sound like they had attempted to get the product team to change their mind on this (which makes this feel like a rather disjointed company) but in the end, the product team decided to tell us all to take our multi-source syncs and API calls and shove them right up our asses.Here’s the thing I don’t get: in my case, the biggest issue we have is the lack of multi-source syncing.  Support basically said, “well, just sync multiple tables and use linked records, you fking dummie.”  But like, that obviously doesn’t result in any less syncs running on the backend (or reduced compute costs) so really, the only reason to make us change it all up in two weeks now is, I guess, spite?Airtable really did just tell us all to get fked.  There isn’t a whole

Is it possible to “pin” groups even when they’re empty? I am creating a table and I wanted to group tasks by “Completed” and “In Progress” tasks. However, I’m wondering if it’s possible to keep the “Completed” group visible along with the “In Progress” group even if all the tasks are still in progress. Would that be possible? Thank you!

I am trying to copy a series of tasks that have dependencies on the previous task, our projects have a set workflow and we are planning this workflow Airtable using the gantt view. We want to be able to set up our workflows up for each project from a template with all the dependencies and rough timeframes pre set up but we are running into a problem with how to achieve this. At present when we copy tasks, the dependencies copy also but link to the original tasks in the table, we want to find a way to create a duplicate of the task list and programme with all the dependencies linking to the new set of information, not the original tasks. Can anyone help me find a solution to this? Our workflows have lots of complex relationships and currently we have to set this up from scratch each time linking all the dependencies manually. We are really just looking to have a gantt chart template that we can use as a starting point for our projects. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

Hi, I have invited a read-only user to an Interface. There are many read-only users added to it and ideally they would not know what other users have access to it.If a read-only user navigates to the lower left corner while being on the Interface there's the Share button which can take you to the Manage Access tab and it provides an overview of all users.I have the workspace sharing setting 'Restrict adding new collaborators to this workspace, its bases, and its interfaces' on. 'Restrict Interface Sharing' is also turned on in the Interface settings.I have the 'Team' plan for the Workspace. Is there a way that I prevent read-only users from sharing the Interface and seeing the users?Thanks!

Hi there,I'm working on an overview to determine the workload/capacity of my online marketing team. In Airtable I have 3 different tables:A table with our clients. This consists of multiple columns of data, but for this question only the client name is relevant.A table with all the individual tasks made up as rows. A task consists of a link to the table with the client names, the service we provide (SEO, SEA, Meta, CRO etc.), the amount of hours we have for each task, a link to a different table that contains our individual team members so we can link each row/task of data to a specific person, a multi select column containing each month of the year since some tasks run for 1-3 months while others apply to the entire year, and a multi select column indicating if it's a monthly recurring or a one-time task.  A table with our team members. Hi all, I need to filter the “link to another record” field depending on another field in my table. Example : I have a link to my “article base” in my invoice table : if I have “door” in my “department field”, I want that the link only show me the door article, means the “door view” of my article base. If it’s “tile” in my “department field”, I only want to see the “tile view”. I know I can half make it with the “limit to a view”, but it is not enough. I will have to create as much field as views, and it’s not really practical. Thanks for your feedback

Hello,I have a 'Base A' with a sync table connected to another 'Base B'.Bearing in mind the new upcoming changes to the Airtable plans, do both bases need to be in the same workspace? 'Base A' will be in a Team Plan Workspace, but 'Base B' could remain in the free plan (in another workspace) because its data and features are well-suited for the free plan.It is a very simple question but, honestly, I did not find the answer anywhere in the community.Thank you very much!

Hello,Is it possible at all to make workspace-level, or even better, account-level snapshots?Here's my use case: I have several workspaces in my account, with many table links/syncs between them. These bases power a web app accessible to my clients. I want to make structural changes to the data architecture model between my bases, so I would LOVE it if workspace snapshots were possible, so that I could create a sandbox environment in which to make said changes, and then migrate my app over to this new environment.Thanks !

I’m building a database for a local school.I have two parent tables (Students & Classes). I am trying to add multiple students to individual classes, however I’m having to do this individually per student, is there a way to either copy and paste or bring in multiple students at a time to individual classes?Students full name is is the primary column in student table & uses a concatenation formula and class name is primary in class table also using a formula.Thank you.

Hi there, friends. I've been using Airtable for a while, but in and out as I've only needed it for a few projects at a time. I've planned to use it now to showcase a series of upcoming events on my website. It's essentially a mini-CMS. This seems like a perfectly obvious and convenient use case. My problem is that when the "event" items are displayed in the view on the website, the interface pops up and annoys the viewer with a disruptive message that says "you're not logged in." (Screenshot below)Well, why should they be? It's a public embed on a public website. What am I missing here? I realize that on my free plan, there's some risk that my viewers can modify my cards because I can't lock them. In this case with this audience, that's not a serious risk.I am being a skinflint here as I build out a site and eventually form a non-profit.  If the only solution here right now for this is to pay the team rate, I'll just have to go find another solution. We are developing an Airtable base for our college event planning team. I have linked the calendar to my Outlook calendar, but I can’t figure out how to maintain the color coding for various events. This is important because, for example, we need to track which events require the dean’s attendance. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to add tags to records via bulk import (1,800+ records) and I do not want to override the tags that are in the column now, but add additional tags to that column. Is there a way to do this?
