Changing order in First/Last sort OR getting airtable to sort the same as excel does

HelloI imported a excel doc where I prioritize items based on a 1-4 scale for sorting. I also use "Z" to sort items to the bottom that no longer need a priority. After I imported to airtable, its only letting me sort my priority column "First - Last"...
