Our team has fallen deep into the airtable ocean! We love them and so do our clients...That said, we now have so many bases, tables, interfaces, etc. that it's getting difficult to remember where things are or who created what.I'm hoping that something already exists that will easily allow me to take and catalog all the various workspaces, bases, etc. easily without needing me to go into each one to create a new table(s) that have this information in it.If no extension or tool exists, perhaps someone could share a table structure they already use to maintain order in their chaos? I need to set up something quickly!

I am the owner on a team account. I have 2 creators and 7 editors. The 7 editors are not on the entire workspace, but rather on the bases I want them to have access to. I have one base I'd like to create, but I don't want my other two creators to have access to it (sensitive budget information). But I can't find a way to do that without taking away their creator status and I want them to keep that- they've been instrumental in building bases and will continue to do that.

We are now transitioning from Slack to Microsoft Teams and would like to know if the same functionality is supported in Teams. I am having trouble understanding the WORKDAY_DIFF and DATETIME_DIFF. Primarily I need it to return hours and minutes within 5 working days. Not just whole days with the WORKDAY_DIFF and not just total hours and minutes including weekends with DATETIME_DIFF. Example: Start a project at 4:25 pm Friday and finish at 9:40 am Monday, I would like my Turn Around column to say 2 hours and 15 minutes (2:15). I do not need it to round up to the nearest whole hour. I would appreciate any help you can give.

I need the dollar amounts on our automated emails to be automatically rounded to the nearest cent. The automated email is pulling these figures from fields in airtable that have formulas associated already, and they are set to round to the nearest cent/hundredth, however when they come through on the automated email suddenly they include an extra place value "thousandth," and do not provide thousands comma markers or dollar signs. I do not know how to combine a ROUND formula on top of the formulas that are already on the fields. Can someone help? 

I have a board for projects and one for tasks. Team members are pretty good about entering their project due dates on the project board, but we need to have due dates on the tasks as well. Id like the task due date to default to the project due date, with the ability for override. Ive created a lookup field on my tasks board to find the project due date (default date), but often the tasks need to be done before the project is due so i would like it if the field could be manually overwritten. I was thinking if i created another column in my task table with a formula that allowed team members to overwrite the lookup field this could work. It would say something like {lookup date} OR manual overrride.Is there a way to create something like this?

The automation looks for records in the Task Templates table under the Podcast View and duplicates those records in the Tasks table.The automation is creating extra records in the task table and I can't figure out why. There is no pattern to the extra records created. I've tested and tested and it's not the same duplicate records each time the automation runs. The extra records created in the task table break the date dependencies."Start Date", "Deadline",

In our base, there are about 10 people from 4 different departments. They are all editors, and we're on the business tier. We've started to build quite a lot of interfaces, and it's starting to get a little crowded. I wonder if it's possible to only have certain people able to see and access certain interfaces?The documentation alludes to the possibility of sharing the interface. However, I can't get it to work, as anyone seems to be able to see and access all the build and published interfaces with or without sharing. Is it possible to restrict access to certain interfaces if they are base collaborators? if so how do I do it?

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?My left side axis (first y-axis) uses a formula percent field. But I want the second y-axis (Y-axis (right)) to just be standard numbers in order to show the COUNT. The percents showing up don't make sense there. Is there a way for me to fix something I'm doing?   

Help! I'm trying to get an estimated calorie count using workout time, weight, and intensity. My workout time field is a lookup field formatted as duration. The weight is 160, the duration is 39:00 and it is moderate intensity. Our organization is currently on the team plan and as owner of the team plan, I want to grant owner permissions to another user but it seems this is not available on the team plan.  Is that correct?  If so, why not?  Please consider improving user management on the team plan.  It is not very user friendly and limiting.  

I have a field that sometimes has a mentor's name in it, and other times (usually) is empty.I am showing that field in a timeline - which is fine when there's a name, but otherwise it shows up as "(empty)" which is annoyingI want to create a formula field that shows the value when there is a value (a name), but shows something innocuous - like an asterisk - when it's empty.I feel like this is an IF statement - but the value of the field is different all the time - Joe Schmoe, Jane Doe, etc.IF({Mentor (from Link to Forms)}, "", "*") is what I'm trying now, but it's giving me a blank where I want the name. I am trying to get this to change the retention stage to month 2 when then 1st day in the field is one month ago?I have done this and whenever I am testing and changing the 1st day in the field to over a mo nth ago it does not even register the trigger on the automation history? Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?

I have an Airtable base with two tables: “PT” (where students submit a form to reserve a date) and “Available time on Math Classes” (which lists all possible date/time slots as text in the format “M/D/YYYY h:mm A” as a linked record). In PT, after a student picks the first date, I use a formula to calculate three more weekly dates. Then I add a filter to find each date in “Available time on Math Classes” and hide them, so whenever the students are willing to book a date and time the other students can't book the same date/time.Despite having matching text formats (and manual searches confirming these slots exist), the Find records step in the automation always returns “No records found.” I need help pinpointing why the automation won’t recognize an exact text match and ensuring these additional dates are properly found and marked as booked. Or I need a way tha

Another problem with the Android interface!When someone sends a comment on an interface and adds an "@" to notify a user, the user receives an email with a hyperlink labeled "view comment."When you click on the link on a computer or an iPhone, it opens the app and navigates to the correct record within the interface.However, when I try clicking on this link on an Android device, it redirects me to the base instead. My client only has access to the interface, not the base.Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Ok, This community has become my safe space and I appreciate all your help!Essentially, I have a list of content and I have multiple clients linked (with their emails) to each line item so a certain email can be sent to certain people on a scheduled date. My challenge? My automation keeps sending one email to ALL parties, thereby sharing email addresses. I need an email to go to each address. In the below pics you will see I have a 'repeat for each in List of records) and this is preceded by find records where Issue Date is today. The right records turn up, and the email works, but to my mind it is not actively 'repeating for each'.I feel I could drill down to the Client tab for that info, but I don't think I'm going about it the right way. Relevant Fields:Table 1 - Content - Send date, Lookup For Client (multiple records), Email (from Client)Table 2 - Clients - Customer ID, Email TIA,Chelsea

Hi, is there a way to colour the background of cells, or better whole columns? What I’m trying to do is categorize the columns into different sections in a large table. I guess it is not possible since the filter and sort features colour the background of the according columns. Is there some other way to categorize the columns? Many thanks in advance!

I would love the ability to add a color background to the cells in a particular column. This would greatly help in making the column standout. Is this possible? If not please add this functionality. It’s very easy in Excel. Thanks

I am creating a scenario in MAKE to add a new record to my student database once a student is marked as enrolled in my admission database. Everything works well, but I am facing one issue. I am able to use the HTTP Module and “Upload to Google Drive” Module to add the student photo correctly to the student database. However, I have two other file fields in the admission database that need to be synced, and they contain multiple files. How can I ensure all those files are added without missing any to the student’s database?

We currently use the Kanban interface to track our sales bidding pipeline. When a deal is ready to advance between some stages of the sales pipeline, I'd like to require the salesperson to enter data in key fields before they can move the deal. As an example: To move the deal from "Open Bid" to "Won" they need to enter a start date and a contract value for the project. Is there a way to prevent the user from moving the deal to "Won" if they have not entered data in the "Project Start Date" or "Project Value" fields? I'm happy to use a third-party tool if needed, but so far, my impression is that the only available tools are extensions for data validation when using forms. None of these seemed to work in the Kanban Interface.ChatGPT suggested writing a script that at least notifies the user that they haven't entered the data, but it wouldn't prevent the user from moving the deal. Hi there- I have a list of around 200 e-mails that I would like to search for in my table, so the “filter” function is not going to work here. Is there a simple workaround that will allow me to create a grid view of just these 200 e-mails, from a list of thousands? Thanks!
