So my goal is to automate image enhancing via form submission.When my table receives the form submission, most of the time, it will receive multiple images ("rawFiles").Once it receives the data, it will send a webhook to Make.com where it all goes through the automation.My issue is "rawFiles" only receives data as a string and not as an array. Hi - the iframe code that is generated when you want to share a view makes it look like the background can be changed, but it is always grey regardless of what I do with the iframe code. Has anyone been able to change the background color? I am trying to fix a formula for hours, but I can't find the error. For some reason, the last argument in an OR Formula is ignored.The base has 2 tables (Table 1 and Table 2)Table 1 has one record with the following values:Field 1 (single line text) = AField 2 (single line text) = BField 3 (single line text) = C Table 2 also has one record with a multi-select field. The values areField 1 = C, D, E, F My OR formula should check if any of the 3 values from the record (Table 1) is included in the multi-select field (array) of the record in Table 2.  OR( FIND(Field 1 (Table 1), Field 1 (Table 2)), FIND(Field 2 (Table 1), Field 1 (Table 2)), FIND(Field 3 (Table 1), Field 1 (Table 2)) )  When I add "C" to Field 2 (Table 1), then it's correctly counted.If I add C in Field 3 (Table 1) I don't get an error, and the formula just goes through. It just ignores the last argument, "FIND(Field 3 (Table 1), Field 1 (Table 2))". Does anyone have an idea

I have an Airtable automation that uses the AI module to summarize text fields for each record in a view. A repeating group iterates through that list. In Make, those newly updated records are processed through a Word template to output a report. I'd like to figure out a way to trigger them with one button press.There are three ways I'm aware of for triggering Make, but I can't figure out how to make any of them to work.Webhook doesn't work (I think) because I need it to happen sequentially, with the Airtable automation running first.Record update: my original plan was to update the status of a report record that Make was watching after the Airtable automation looped through the whole list, but it doesn't look like you can add another action after a repeating group. So I also tried a script within the group that would count the loop iterations and compare to the list length, and at the end of the last iteration, would update the record. Hi guys, I built a CRM on Airtable. Each contact's details sidesheet features a 'LinkedIn Links' block. This block contains a 'Chat' button that redirects to the LinkedIn's conversation with the person. I'm trying to set the conditional visibility of that button: have it shown only when the `LinkedIn Chat URL` on my base is not empty.Problem: I can't find the field among the displayed fields. And yet:1. the page is linked to the right table, 'Contacts'2. the 'Contacts' table does have the `LinkedIn Chat URL` field (formula type)3. filters can display formula-type fields. E.g. the field `Full Name` in my case. Any idea of what's causing this and of how to fix it? Thanks!

I know this issue has been discussed before, but there doesn’t seem to have ever been a solution discovered, so I’m bringing it up again in case anyone’s found an answer in the last 1.5 years. The problem: occasionally/often, when an attachment is uploaded to Airtable via a Make.com automation, Airtable will immediately delete the file after upload. In the record history, it will say that the user who created the record also deleted it, but that’s not the case. Here’s a Loom video illustrating. Important notes: I’m using the Share Link Google Drive module to get the share link. The automation itself doesn’t seem to be the issue. Airtable will occasionally keep the attachments, but less often than it seems to delete them. The files being uploaded are all “accepted” file formats, like jpg, pdf, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Everyone,I am trying to create a forecasting table that will tell me how many months of cover I have based on current stock on hand. In the image you can see the fields Sock Holdings and Outbounds Forecast. What I need is to create a field where I can see for example March 2024, how many future months I have in cover based on current SOH and the figures in the outbound forecasts.Thanks! 

I want to create a chart that shows record counts of a table over time.  In our case, we have a table of clients and want to show how the total number of clients has changed over time.  I have a "Created time" column and I can use the COUNT formula to get the current number of clients, but I'm not sure how to get that COUNT over time.Any ideas?

We have been using the free version of Airtable for awhile and wanted to upgrade our account to paid to allow for more boards. The creator of the account is no longer with our organization and we don't have access to that email address. So when we "request an upgrade" it goes nowhere and we are stuck.I have emailed support numerous times, emailed Sales numerous times and I am not getting any response. If Airtable only responds to accounts that pay - how can customers who don't pay right now upgrade? We are in an endless loop of having no answers.

I want to change the name of a selection in a single-select field. When I went to do that, the warning of all that will be affected came up: 2 syncs, 12 interfaces, etc. My question is, will this mean I need to go make changes to all of these or will it automatically happen? I'm hesitant to try it w/out knowing the consequences as it affects a great number of things, including automations that a developer set up for us. 

Hi community,I have a formula to combine emails from multiple columns, that generally contain multiple linked records (but not always).  This REGEX formula works really well for the first 3 columns, but is failing on the final.  Any help on what I'm doing incorrectly would be greatly appreciated!Goal: string together a list of email addresses from multiple columns, with a "comma" between them, but if a column is black, don't add ",". Current Formula is: REGEX_REPLACE(CONCATENATE(IF({Moderator Email}, {Moderator Email} & ", "), IF({ADM Primary Email}, {ADM Primary Email} & ", "), IF({Other Panelists Email (Primary)}, {Other Panelists Email (Primary)} & ", "), IF({Other Panelists Alternate Email}, {Other Panelists Alternate Email}) ), ", $", "" ) For some reason, the last {Other Panelists Alternate Email}. is not comma separated.  The result merges all 3 user emails into one long strain...... 

Is it possible to automatically submit a form? I’m creating a series of links that have the form input prefilled. Each can take me to the form with the info I want ready and waiting (which is terrific). At that point I have to click Submit. I’m using this for class attendance, so it’s a quick rundown of 25 entries at a time. It would be ideal to load the prefilled URL and have that submit automatically. Is that possible? TIA, Nathan

I have a requirement to embed the airtable form in our website and redirect to a url when the form is submitted. However, when clicked on submit button the redirect url is blocked by pop-up blocker(enabled by default on websites). I used the sandbox attributes but still no luck. Am able to open the form in a new tab but that’s not my requirement. I would like to embed the form in my current page. Is there a workaround available?

I am working on a form that has conditions. For example, if a person is filling out the form and they have 3 options1. Enhancement Request2. Update3. General SupportIf the person clicks the 'enhancement request' I'd like for that person to be redirected to anothe rform for a different airtable that asks all the questions about enhancements. Thank you for any help!

I have created a redirect page for the user to be sent to once the form is submitted. Browsers seem to be detecting this as a pop up and just sending them back to a new form. Is there a way around this?

Depending on the data inputting into the form, I want to redirect to a specific link. I have three links, depending on the form data I want to be redirected to one of those links. window.location.href = URL and location.href = URL do not work.

Email fields in forms don’t seem to be validated very strongly. My form keeps accepting entries like “name. lastname@host.com” (notice the space). How do I prevent the form from accepting badly formatted emails like this?

Scenario: I run a youth program with about 85 teenagers enrolled. Throughout the year we offer trips, excursions, courses, events, competitions, etc. In preparation for each event, I need to know how many kids intent to participate so I can plan for meals, resources, transportation, etc. Currently I am doing this via Google Forms. I create one form for each event, and ask the kids to fill it in if they want to participate. But that means that every single time they have to enter their first name, last name, email address, phone number, etc. Which is crazy, since I have all that info already. But by doing it this way, the Google Form fills out a Google Sheet, which becomes my roster of attendees for planning, attendance, contact roster, etc. Two days ago a friend introduced me

Apologies if the question sounds weird. Basically, what I am trying to create is a form that records user and their IT asset.What I would like to have is that when I select their ID (the AD Login option) on the form, if they have an existing asset, it should automatically be shown on the "Old Asset Tag" option. If they don't have an existing asset, it will not show up. Is it possible to actually do so with Airtable? Or do I need something else?(In case you are wondering why don't I just split the form into one for new records and one for update, it's because I need to show the "history" of the user and their IT asset. With this way of recording, I can see the "history" of what IT asset the user previously has or not.)

I am trying to calculate the number of months between today's date and the "Test Date" field. When I use the DATETIME_DIFF formula it does not calculate it correctly for all values.  In the Test copy column I have this formula:DATETIME_DIFF({Test Date}, TODAY(), "months")It calculates some of the values correctly but then other ones wrong and I am uncertain how else to do this calculation in Airtable. What I need is that if todays date is Nov 7, 2024 then any dates in Nov 2024 would give a value of 0, any dates in October 2024 would show -1 but you can see the dates on October 16 and October 30 show a value of 0. You can see this issue also on the last row of the screen shot where the date of Jan 2, 2024 should be 2 but gives a value of 1.
