The reason of the separation of the variant table is because each product has unique variants names (some of the products are single products without variants)im trying to create a form to add a new order and facing a problem when its comes to add a new a specific product/variant.should I select product and then variant and then quantity? I'm creating an online portal to display my tables to users. The online portal I'm using doesn't display linked records on the table so I've had to find a workaround by adding additional fields to display the text from the linked records. I want to be able to create/update linked records field and have it automatically create/update the single select field (which display properly in my portal and has color options). Hi friends, I created an interface that shows projects and within each project its tasks.But - it shows me this arrow (Chevron) even when there are no tasks under the same project and it's just confusing.How do I cancel it?This means that if there are no tasks in Level 2 then he will not see this arrow.I would appreciate your help.thanks!

What is wrong with my formula that it is producing "#ERROR!" instead of an empty cell when {Most Recent Completed Event Date} is blank? DATETIME_FORMAT(IF({Most Recent Completed Event Date}, DATEADD({Most Recent Completed Event Date}, 9, 'month'), ""), 'M/D/YYYY') It is working perfectly for the ones that have a date in that field (e.g., if "Most Recent Completed Event Date" is 5/13/2023, it gives me 2/13/2024). If "Most Recent Completed Event" is empty, I want the formula to leave the cell empty, hence why I put the empty quotes as the alternative option. But instead, it gives me "#ERROR!" I tried looking up similar questions but I'm stumped. Thank you!  

I am trying to sync AirTable data to HubSpot. However, I do not understand the "Last Modified Time" field requirement by HubSpot. I created a Last modified time field in my AirTable base, but it still isn't working. Have anyone experienced these issues?

A chosen project has several activities, which are created for each distinct activity day.Activities of the same project share many infos (partner, location, vehicule used ...) but they always differ in terms of date (start date & end date (ie : 12/7/24 2pm & 12/7/24 6pm)Sometimes we have to create 10+ activities for a project, and using the duplicate record function seems suboptimal because we can only do it one by one.So I'd like to know if using automation, extension..., it is possible to create all activities of a project in one click, if you create an activity template and input all the start & end date (where ? idk)Thank you for your

So I am working on automating some workflows to help my team out when they report on projects. I figured one less step they can do is to only update their project stage. There are certain tasks that get automated when moved to a specific stage and I would like to automate the previous Stage's tasks to be marked as completed when they move to the next. I am getting this invalid inputs error and I don't know how to resolve this.  I attached a picture but when using a specific record, this project has two associated tasks with it and I would like it only mark the previous stage's task (Assessment) as completed but it looks like its picking up both.

Each SR has its own project schedule, in some cases more than one schedule, depending on the KRs and deliverables.For reporting and tracking purposes, we plan to:Track project deliverables and milestones within the SR schedules and using a calendar view.Maintain a roadmap view for Leadership.Generate a report with custom PMO metrics.Use a form that, when completed, populates a weekly status report sent to all stakeholders across all SRs.My question is: In this scenario, should each SR project schedule be its own base that feeds into a single Calendar, Roadmap, PMO Metric Report, etc.?Thank you in advance, and I apologize for the basic nature of my question. 

Hi allMy base allows users to create both single item and multi items inquiries (There is a parent table for supplier/customer details) and child table (for line item details) and another table for products.If the user is inquiring against a specific product (from products table) then I seem to only be able to create one record within either the child (inquiry items) table or the parent (customer/supplier) tableI want to automatically create a parent record to this child record for these instances. Otherwise let me know if there are other workarounds?Thank you!

I have set up a Calendar view for events with Start and End times from my database. The calendar view sometimes shows subsequent/non-overlapping events as overlapping on the calendar. For example, all of the events in the screenshot immediately succeed the previous event. Some are shown as non-overlapping, while others are shown as overlapping events in the UI. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix so that they do not appear as overlapping in the UI?

Hey! I have 3 checkbox fields that indicate the completion of a task. I want to show completion of the tasks using the newly released progress bar on the Percent tab, but without having to manually type in the thirds (1/3, 2/3, 3/3). If I use a formula to sum up the checks as a third, then use another formula to make it into a percent, I still won't be able to get the bar since the formula field does not come with that feature. How do I get that % into the percent field without having to create an automation? Is that the only way, or is there an easier/simpler way to go about this?Thanks in advance 🙂   

Hi,I'm trying to figure out if there is a script or formula to allow for when cells are updated in a column of a Google Sheet to update a corresponding column in Airtable. Here's the scenario I have:I have a Google Sheet that is organized by client project and it tracks the number of project hours used. I'd love for when the corresponding client project's client hours are updated in that Google Sheet that it is updated in the corresponding client record field in Airtable. I see a lot of stuff for updating a Sheet based upon an Airtable trigger, but not the other way. And I know that there is a Google Sheets API to add a row, but that's not what I need either as no new rows are created, it's just a field being updated.Hopefully this makes sense. Would really love any guidance on this that someone may have.Thank you!Julie 

I'm using the Airtable node in n8n to search records, and I noticed that the Limit field doesn't allow me to set a value higher than 100. Previously, I could set it to 600 without any issues. Has there been a change in the Airtable integration or any updates to the node that enforce this new limit? If so, is there a workaround to retrieve more than 100 records in a single query? Any guidance would be appreciated! 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to generate a url in Airtable that would both prefill fields AND autosubmit the form. I would like to be able to send a client a link (generated from an Airtable formula) via e-mail, that once clicked, would submit an Airtable form automatically with prefilled information. In other words, clicking the link would take them directly to the form submission confirmation page. All they have to do is click the link (or button in the e-mail) and their form is automatically submitted. I know that this is now possible using Stacker.app, but I was hoping for a similar solution simply using e-mail. In Stacker.app they add "&autosave=1 at the end of the url, but this doesn’t seem to work for me outside of that app. I’m guessing that this can probably be done using a e-mail button or link with a Zapier webhook, but I was hoping to avoid that if possible. If there is something similar to the “&autosave=1” feature, that would be ideal.

Hello, So I have an automation to trigger when a checkbox is checked (in screenshot). It works when I test it, but it's not working on it's own. Meaning, when I add a new record and then at the end I check the checkbox, it doesn't add a new record to the programs calendar. I'm not sure what the issue is. I'm tracking book publications and each of the titles in my database will have several dates for different formats - Hardback, paperback, ebook and Audio...I'm trying to create a formula that will automatically select the earliest of these dates so that I can use that to trigger something else.I've searched other questions and found this:MIN(VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT({Date Field #1},'YYYYMMDD')),VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT({Date Field #2},'YYYYMMDD')),VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT({Date Field #3},'YYYYMMDD')),VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT({Date Field #4},'YYYYMMDD')) )I feel like this is partway there but because some books don’t have all formats some of these fields will be blank for some titles and where that’s the case I just get an error message. Wondering if it is possible to run the auto-number column, but conditional on another column. We are setting up a purchase order tracking log, and I would like things to autonumber based on the field for who is doing the ordering. So if Steve goes in to create 3 separate orders, he picks “Steve” from the single-select dropdown field “Ordered By” and then he gets a sequence of auto-numbers. For his 3 orders, he would get 1, 2, and 3 (I would have the key column by a formula that creates a unique ID based on “Ordered By” and the Autonumber, so it would probably be “Steve001”, Steve002", “Steve003”, etc etc). If Dave then goes in and enters an order for himself, what we would like is for the auto-numbering to restart for the new single-select entry “Dave” so that Dave’s first entry would get an autonumber “1” again, and the key field would be “Dave001”. If steve then goes to do another entry, he would get “Steve004”. So far, I am not seeing how to do this (or if it can be

Hi all, I would like to know if there is a way to increase the time slot unit vertically in the calendar view. The reason is that it seems that for events with durations smaller than 30 minutes, the events don’t fit any more one above the other and they are showed with a horizontal offset and a slight vertical overlap (see this screenshot). This is not great as it suggests visually that there is an overlap of events, which is not the case. Is there a solution to this problem? In advance, thanks for your help!

Hi all,I'm trying to setup an automation that updates a record when an events is scheduled that matches users in the database to confirm that they scheduled and when. I can do this with Zapier but I'm trying to do it directly in Airtable.The main problem is that I need to use Attendees to Find a Record where e-mail contains "guest email" but this field is grayed out and says "No valid nested options".Any ideas / suggestions?

So I'm running into an error that I can't seem to fix. Whenever I try to set a condition based on a linked record or a formula field, I get that an unknown error has occurred.My first table, products, have a linked field to a record inside the main product master where the product's vendor is linked.
