Hi there,I've created a base where I track all of the marketing activity for a number of shows, and now wish to track the weekly sales and present them in a line graph, similar to how you would in Excel.At the moment, I have a column in a table called 'Revenue To-Date' where I update the figure. However, this is replacing the data each time rather than tracking it in order to show trends. I'm open to using an app or building out another table but would love a simple way to update this via the interface I have built out.The data itself comes through via an email each day as an Excel spreadsheet, so if there was a way for this to be automated, too, I'd love to learn the best way to configure.Thanks in advance!

Hi allI'm trying to create an interface (dashboard) that uses a report Filter on client ID (eg. so that client A can only see client A data on the dashboard) (https://support.airtable.com/docs/interface-element-filter).I have shared the interface to a test user as readonly, however the test user can simply change the value in the filter on top of the dashboard, then he can see any client's data.What I'm looking for is to grey out the dashboard filter value, so it says client = "client A" for client A, and client = "client B" for client B etc).... I know I can create a different view for each client, however this is a lot of manual work as the number of client increases...Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

I send emails using Airtables automation.   You can see when an email is sent from inside the automation setup.  Is there a way to put a field in a table that lists the last date an email was sent to easily see email history?

EDIT: The issue has now fixed itself. The popup looks back to normal now. In the Interface Designer, when clicking "Share" on a Page, there is no longer an option to share the page publicly. As such, there is also no longer an option to UNSHARE a page that was already made public.What happened here? Hello all, I have a single base to use as my CRM. A tab for Leads and one for Opportunities. They each have their own statuses. Lead status has 8 steps. Opportunity status has 6 steps. What I am trying to achieve A formula counting how many records are at a certain status (i.e Demos) in that month, to output that into an interface. A formula that tracks how many days it takes to go from status 1,2,3 to 4. It may be 1 to 4, or 2 to 4. A formula that counts, in days total time from status 3 (in Leads tab) to status 16 (in Opportunities tab) What i Have so far Following this airtable article, I have the automations to output when a status has been modified and outputs into a column for each step. When attempting to create a formula, I get an error. (

Struggling to figure this out.  Is there a way to filter the results from a Linked Table so that it only shows items that match a term in another field? In this case, for eLearning Access Code, when you press the + to add a code from this linked table, it should only show values that match what is in the Course field of the table.  Is this possible?  

Hi Everyone, I have a base with 3 different tabs. Fist Tab is a Project General where I'm adding new projects. The second Tab is for a specific task (Scanning) and we are creating rows by floors, and it is linked with a specific project. The third tab is for the last task (Modeling), it needs to be tracked by floor as well. I would like to have an automation when a new floor is created in the Scanning tab, create a new record in the modeling tab with the same name, and if it is possible with the same project already linked. Could someone help me with that? Thanks!!!

Hello, I run a small business that produces a variety of hemp-based products in south India. We buy the seeds from the Himalayas and press hemp seed oil which also gives us the flour. With these two raw materials we currently produce up to 14 food and body-care products. These products are distributed locally and throughout India, retail and wholesale, brick and mortar stores and e-commere. I need a system that can help us keep track of all the orders, sales, stores, customers, stock, packaging, etc… For example a delivery is made to a local shop of 3 x oil, 5 x pasta, 8 x soap. I’d like that information to be recorded including the date. An automatic tally would give us the total sales of each outlet for each month. The 3 x oil, 5 x pasta, 8 x soap would also automatically be deducted from our stock total and potentially the packaging stock. So far we haven’t used any system at all, and it’s becoming unmanageable! I’ve understood that once all t

I am trying out Norton Secure VPN. I encountered two problems. Neither of these occurred with my previous VPN (NordVPN). I have a table with a single field that is “single line text.” The table is sorted on that field and “keep sorted” is selected. When I added a new entry, it was not sorted into place, but rather stayed as the final entry in the table. When I tried to input a new entry in a more complex table via a form, a blank entry was added, without all the information that I entered on the form. Has anybody else experienced these problems, possibly with a different VPN? Thanks, Hershel

I am using ArrayUnique(values) as in a rollup field and then referencing this in a make.com scenario to output to a Word document. This works, but the output is a bit unfriendly.Products Acer_Vero B7_B227Q,Acer_Vero B7_B277,Acer_Vero B7_B247Y  I have tried changing the formula in the rollup field to something like ARRAYUNIQUE(values)&" - " but it has no effect.Is there a way to format the output to make it a little more readable - the ideal would be separate lines. EDIT: I have found how to add spaces etc usingARRAYJOIN(ARRAYUNIQUE(values), ', ')but is there any chance of adding a newline character (13) ?

I've tried all sorts of counts and lookups, but can't get the right number. Greetings devs! First post here after doing a bit of googling to no avail… I’m looking for an example of how to upload a zip archive to an attachment field. In the documentation there is mention of attachment objects but no mention of how to create one pro-grammatically. I am trying to write a formula field that will summarize the responses of three separate single select fields (Prototype 1 Cost Status, Prototype 2 Cost Status, and Prototype 3 Costing Status) so my costing team can have an idea of what proportion of the current prototype stage is "Meeting Target" or "Not Meeting Target". Is it clear to anyone if a team of 7 for example, can pool all of their Airtable AI credits together and use them even if it is just one user who is pressing "Generate" each time? I have read all of the documentation + reached out to Support and they have not yet answered this seemingly easy question.My guess would be that you could but want to make sure before we put into production.  

Hi,I have a formula that currently works 90% of the time which finds the number of days between a date range for a given month. The issue is, when the end date, ends in the month I am looking for, example below Oct the formula is correct (row 1, 3 and 4 in the image below). However, when the end date includes BUT does not end in the given month (example: row 2 or 5 in the image below) I get 30 days. I want it to show as 31 days because the date range is inclusive of Oct 2024. Hey guys,I am trying to calculate out hours for our personnel worked on projects each day. We only have the start and end dates of projects, we were not tracking hours individually so this'll be a rough estimate at the end of the day. Here what I'm working with:Project Tracker table: This is the hub for all the project information including the start date and end date for each project. It links to the personnel table through a crew linked field.Personnel table: Contains all the information about a person.What I'm looking for:I need to calculate from a persons allotted 8 hours how many hours were worked on each project for each day. These hours will be split evenly to total 8 hours.
