I'm attempting to assign an Award Name to an Award Picked field if an applicant says 'Yes" they want to apply for that award.So, if someone says 'yes' to the First Award, I would like the Award Picked column to read "First Award Name".  Same for Second, Third, etc. (I have 21 awards). If they don't say yes, then it should be 'blank'.I tried the AI formula (which came up with the same thing I tried myself) but the Award Name does not appear, only 'blank'.Any help would be much appreciated!! 

Hello,I have a schedule table with multiple records that are linked as work to be repeated. When a checkbox is set I want each of these records to be recreated using a repeat group automation. When the automation is complete I would like to send a single email with a summary of all the records created. Currently, it appears that Airtable severely lacks this as a native function to add further automation steps after a repeat group.Thanks!

I run a workshop / class business.When a customer books a class I need to manually link the customer to their class looking for the correct class title and date (there are multiple dates to choose from for each class).HOWEVER ... after having airtable for a year now (created for me so I'm still a relatively new user) I have accumulated 100s and 100s of classes and although I can type in the search bar the name of the class to narrow down the number of classes to search through (to find the correct date) there are still far too many and its never in date order either. Annoyingly classes dating back to 2023 will still appear in my search which I would love to omit from my search. Can anyone help? I can't delete the classes from my bases because I need the data. So how do I make it so that when I need to link the class (record) all I see are the dates "from today" or at least just from 2024?It's getting easier and easier to make an

Hi there - I’m looking to set up a formula to determine fiscal year and can’t figure it out. Help appreciated I tried setting up an IF function (i.e., if the date in the “Engagement End Date” column is on or after 7/1/2018, then the fiscal year is 2019, and if the date in the “Engagement End Date” is on or after 7/1/2019, then fiscal year is 2020.) Also - is there a formula in Airtable comparable to IFERROR? I don’t quite think ERROR and ISERROR formulas are what I’m looking for. Thanks! Thanks!

I made a task manager with the new interface designer. Basically a record list from a “tasks table”. It is indeed way more interesting to look at the rows of that table displayed as an interface. Unfortunately, I’m afraid my team will be unable to look at their notifications from that view. If they go back to bases (enabling them to look at notifications again) and open a notification, it will open a regular airtable card, which could be confusing for some people. I wonder if there’s a widget to put notifications in the interface, or maybe just the notifications regarding the table behind that particular interface. So when someone is mentioned in a row and that person opens the notification, it just refreshes the interface with the new row (displayed as an interface). Hi everyone, we would like to create some script into Airtable in order to integrate in Automation processes and send data (or collect) between Airtable and Shopify. Our need is to use Airtable as backend and send data to Shopify based on some conditions (managed by Automation processes into Air) We have some draft code but my question is if someone has experience to create these Scripts and plugin and activate into Automation.

Hi, I have been trying to do this all day with no luck so I'm hoping someone can save me from my oncoming rage 😂. I have a base with 2 tables, one is a Master List and the other is a Sapphire Customer List.In the Sapphire Customer List I have a single select field for "promo?" which is set to yes or no.  In the Master List I have a multiple select field called "Promo team" with product names as the options. If a record is set to "yes" in the "Promo?" field of the Sapphire Customer List I want the "Promo Team" in the Master List to automatically add "Sapphire" to the field. I have linked both records and have a lookup field in the "Master List" showing the "yes" from the Sapphire Customer List.So basically, if a customer agrees to promo a product, I want to be able to see that for each product they've agreed to in the master list multiple select field. I hope that makes sense! Please help me

Hey, sorry if it's a newbie question but I just can't get this to work. I have 2 tables : one with a list of activites, most of them are repeating so the name is the same but date, participants etc changes. The other table groups activites based on their name so I know for example how many people participated in X activity this month.What I want to do is an automation that adds activity X after it is finished to the other table, in the record which lists all activites of this month for example.I just can't figure out what to put in the configuration fields of the update record step of the automation, I always get "received invalid inputs"Thanks !

Hello,I am attempting to use Airtable's Kanban board in Interface Designer to replace Trello. It's been going really well overall, however, I just realized that Airtable is not letting me change the order of cards in each column. Whenever I drag-and-drop cards up-or-down in the column, they just go right back to the exact same place and order that they were in before without any change. Does anybody know how I can update my Kanban Interface so that I can change the order of my cards within each column? This wasn't an issue until my lists of cards required a scroll bar.There's not a clear logic to the order the cards are in, however, it appears they might be displayed in the order that the record was created. If so, it would be surprising to me because Record Creation Date isn't a column I'm keeping track of, so I don't know why Airtable would sort by that.I added a screenshot from the Interface Designer settings showing

Suddenly my api calls have stopped working and getting error code 422 INVALID REQUEST.  Didnt change anything its the same requests that have worked for months and now nothing works

Hello,I'm experiencing a bug with some of my clients using Airtable on Android tablets. They need to update a "long text field," but they can't type in the field, even though it's configured as editable in the interface designer. It works fine on iPhones and Android phones, and everything else in the interface functions correctly, except for the long text field on Android tablets.Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue? 

Hi All,Hopefully, there's more help here haha.My automations have stopped working, I've checked the run count and its around 15k well below the max. During my search for support I found my next invoice has changed from $54 to $257.20!!!!! Now I definitely did not permit this change and I don't know whats changed since my last payment. I've tried getting in contact with Airtable support via the chat but its been 30mins with no response. If you have any potential answers I would be very grateful to hear them.

Super strange but I have an issue with airtable at the moment. Links are not clickable in the URL field sometimes. This is specifically if the table cell size is small.It renders an entire webpage! How do I make this a normal link again so our users can actually CLICK on the thing?

Is it possible to create a base that pulls in different tables from different bases? For example, if there are 4 different workspaces (brand) with it's own unique base, and each base has a tab called "X" - is there a way to create a net new base or interface that pulls in "X" tabs from the different bases so that this base can see all 4 "X" tabs in one place?If yes, if/when any changes are made in "X" tab in the original base, will it update/sync with the net new base or interface? Trying to find a solution in Airtable that can help with increased team access and visibility across teams that work on different brands to minimize duplicative work and increase cross-sharing, thus improve overall efficiency and productivity. 

Hi Community, i have a single select field with the following options. I want to add up the results from different columns in a formula. To do this, I need to extract the score from the rest. For example, only “2” should be extracted from “2 More then 20%” in the formula.What is the best way to do this?   Thanks & bestMirko 

I want to create a form with pictures in every question. From what i can see this is not currently an option in airtable forms. What would be the best, ideally free, way to do this? I need the data to end up in Airtable - I know i can build the form in Google Forms, but I am not super tech savy when it comes to automations>Any advice welcome!

 Every line created in the gmail integration adds a paragraph, so when the email is sent, it created huge lines between paragraphs and adds space in between lines. You can see in the inspect tool screenshot attached, it's added <p> without me doing it in HTML inside the extension, so I can't see a way to turn this off. Has anyone had experience with this? I'd also like to add a signature with a photo, but that seems too much to ask at this point! Is there an extension that allows text rich emails? I've spent 4 hours + searching for a solution to this.Things I have tried- Zapier / Make - same clunky HTML email field, and cant seem to insert responsive personalised fields into the email.- Looked for an airtable extension in Gmail- tried to paste the email copy as long text in another table, but can't get responsive fields and it's clunky. Also cant do signature.

I have a conditional automation. One of the conditions is that the actions only run if Formula = 1. However, airtable returns an error when this condition is included. The field is formatted as a number field. How do I get airtable to evaluate whether formula = 1? And why won't it do so in this set up. It seems fairly straightforward, so i'm surprise this is causing a problem. It's able to evaluate whether a formula = string.

Hello!Is it possible to enable the revision history to show exact dates (instead of "1w ago, 3y ago," etc.?I continue to run into this--where I am trying to find out when a change was made and I get these approximations. Hoping there is a fix for this or maybe it can be requested on future updates.

It doesn’t look like searching in a table searches the comments. Can you help or is this a feature you are adding? Definitely need full text search across everything

I have a form embedded on a wordpress/elementor page, and it is loading extremely slow. On some devices it takes up to 15 seconds to load. This is impacting my conversions.I already reached out to support, but while I wait for them to get back to me, has anyone dealt with this and found a solution?
