I have read all the comments and solutions re: logos in the emails.  I have done<img width="200" height="50" src="https://www.brittcoxgroup.com/site_data/brittcoxgroup/editor_assets/Wide%20Logo%20with%20CB.png">but it still does not work.  Please help. 

I'm creating a script to compare two rollup fields and add the values both share into a third column. The fields roll up linked record fields and return them as just the text in a comma-separated list. Airtable documentation says rollup fields are an array; it looks like this is technically true, but it seems to be an array of a single string. When I log.console the cell value (note, I'm using getCellValue, not getCellValueAsString), I get ["Category 1, Category 2, Category 3"]. I want to get an array of multiple strings: ["Category 1", "Category 2", "Category 3"]. I'm very new to Airtable, so before I try to figure out ways within my script to separate the one string using the commas and all that, I want to make ask:1. Is this single string output the expected behavior, or is my script calling it incorrectly?2. If it's normal, is there way to configure the rollup fields to instead keep them as separate items?

I have a table with two date fields- "date created" and date "completed". I would like to create a formula that calculates the number of dates that passed from the date the record was created to the date it was marked as "completed". What's the right formula for this?

I found a great Airtable template but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get that template into my existing base. I get it that I can sync and then remove the sync, but the reason the template is so cool is because of the multiple tables, views and interfaces.Am I right that I would have to sync each table in the template to my base and then edit to get all of the configurations, like views and interfaces?I also understand that I can make a copy of the template and sync my existing tables to this new base and then delete the old one, but this means that all of the links I've shared out will no longer work, which leads to frustration and less uptake of the toolIf I understand this right, templates are designed only for when you're starting a brand new base and not good for adding to existing bases. Is this correct? I

The AI responses in an automation action have drastically deteriorated. I suspect the reason is Airtable is no longer calling GPT-4. Previously, you could choose between GPT-3 or GPT-4. Now it is a toggle that says "Use AI models that optimize for best results", which I only noticed when investigating some bizarre fields in my base that were populated via AI. 

Dear all, when I prepare the message of a mail to be sent in an automation, some field (eg.: coming from a column with formula (concatenate)) are different from the original.In particulare the character "_" is lost and even "\\" is changed to "\\".Less important: also some emojis are changed. Could you help me to fix the issue?Thank you very much.Best regardsA. Hi, I have two tables in a Database.One table: called "People". It has list of peoples and their Emails.Second table: called "Mailing" Has email from table one.I would like to set an new field in "People" (table 1) that marks "1" if an email is present in both tables. I called this field "Did_I_found_Email" (1 = yes, 0 = No).How do I do this?    

Hi allI have an Orders Table and an Order Line Items table.I have a Date Required field within the Orders Table which is linked to my Order Line Items table.I want to have an Updated ETD (estimated time of departure) field against each line item so it is separate from affecting the overall order ETD (i.e. each line item with one order can have a different ETD).Ideally I want to just show the format as mmm-yy (i.e. July-24)Any ideas on automating this so that the Updated ETD takes the Date Required data but can be editable? Thanks!

Is there anyway to change the “row Height” of the primary row? I have a sheet with a bunch of check boxes, but the rows are very wide due to the names (that can no be helped) It makes the checkbox feature seem pretty useless. Anyone know how to change that or be able to “:wrap text” in the primary row?

Dear all I have 3 tables.1. table is a list of construction sides.2. table is a list of for different services that we offer on those construction sides. Each record has the name of the service and the linked construction side. Here are all services of all construction sides listed3. table has one field where you can link to services from the second table and a 2. field where you can put the time it took to finish the specific service.This 3 Table should be populated through an Interface. Best would be a form. But i dont want the user to see all services of all construction sides in the menu for field 1 but allow him to filter for construction sides.Any Idea how to do this?I would be greatful for help!

I have two numerical values, A and B, that I am using to create a range field. Here is my current formula:CONCATENATE({A}, "-", {B}). So far so good. The tricky part is that not all of the entries have a B value, in which cases the result will look like {A}-. Ideally I would like it to just return the single value from A without the hyphen in this scenario. I have tried using an IF to say IF(BLANK({B})) but here is where I get lost.  Any advice is appreciated! I am very new to formulas... 

I have just started working in airtable and want to make a base for my highschools National honor society to start up a virtual online tutoring service but I am having problems with designing the forms for submission. Currently I have a tutoring sessions table, students table and tutor tables. I want to make a form that allows a student to input their name and email that will go as a record in the student table then link itself to a record in the tutoring sessions table that will have the date and time they want the session that the student will also input in the same form. Is this possible? Also I need some help on designing a way to make it so that existing students don't have to input their name for every form submission and just find it since we already have their names so I can do better tracking on the data. How could I do that as well? 

Hi AllMy apologies if this is too simplistic - I’ve only got six months or so experience with Airtable…I suspect use case doesn’t matter here, since my “issue” is at the record and field level. Here is the scenario:- a form with some fields pre-filled is sent to a Client for additions and updates, is submitted by them, and creates a new record in an UPDATE table, separate from the main, “real” table; Clients often have no regard for “garbage in, garbage out”…- a manual review of the two tables “side-by-side” is performed to make sure data in each field is the type of data expected - both in text and attachment fields- an automation does an “Update Record” on the main table, using the data from the UPDATES table record, hence moving the new data to the Client's existing record in the main tableThe result is that blank fields in the UPDATE table overwrite existing data in the main

Hi,I'm afraid I couldn't find the correct Airtable documentation on this, please point me in the direction if there ready help somewhere.In an automation I have a conditional logic step. In that I have two conditions to be be met. One is a "type" kind of single select field, which translates to "Mini Day" in this case. This works.The other condition tries to look for text in a rollup field. Here is the problem, I can't get it to work and can't figure out how 'contain' works. In the preview field I can see the text I'm looking for, eg "Digi-Gold", but it doesn't work when tested.Here's a screenshot of the view:I also tried other text strings ('perusmaksu' and 'sessio') but nothing I tried works.What are requisites for "contain" to work? How does it work? Can I use use one condition to find several text strings, e.g. "sessio OR gold"?

Yesterday I was all of a sudden able to access interfaces from my ipad. This morning I saw an email confirming the feature. But when I went back in this morning the interfaces were gone. Can someone help here?

Maybe there is someone here who is smarter than AI.My table includes a date field including time field named {Start} and a date field including time field named {End}. I want:1. Formula field = formula that calculates the hours/minutes that fall within the period of Sunday.Example : Max starts his shift at saturday 8 PM and works until Sunday 4 AM. The formula should now calculate 4 hours.2. Formula field = formula that calculates the hours/minutes that fall within the period of holidays. Hi !I'm new to Airtable and I created a base to help me manage some operations for a car rental company that operates in 2 cities.I have 3 tables with the same single select field (City : A or B) The tables are : Cars, drivers and Missions.The Missions table contains several fields including the city (A or B) and linked records fields to the Cars table and to the drivers table.What I want is In the Missions Table, when I select a city (city A) and then I want to choose the car, it only displays in the list the cars that also have the same city (A) in its single select field for the city, and also for the drivers to diplay only the ones in the same city (A).I don't want to create 2 different tables (one for city A and another for city B) and link the records to views in the cars and drivers tables.Is there a straightforward way to do it without changing the structure of the table ?

Hi! I created an Airtable to help plan my wedding. I have a table that's for Guests and in this table I have fields for their first and last name and their title (Mr., Mrs., etc.). I created a field that adds all of these fields to create their formal name on the invitation envelope. Right now the formula reads: Title & " " & {First Name} & " " & {Last Name} & " " & "&" & " " & {Guest Name (from Relationship)}  Here's where the problem comes in, for my single guests it puts the "&" after their name, for example, "Mr. John Smith

Hi there, I'm looking to bulk create a handful of training sessions based off an initial kickoff date. I have a table of training sessions and a template table with an offset from the first session. Most trainings run on a regular basis, but sometimes we need to reschedule. For this reason, I need the result to be a normal, editable field (not a formula I can't touch). I am using automations to create the number of sessions I need. I also have an automation to populate the first training session based on a value on another table that will be entered manually. I can't figure out how to populate the subsequent dates for sessions based off an offset. I tried a DATEADD() formula to sum my duration field (the offset) with the original date, but that didn't work. In plain English, if session 1 is today, session 2 will be next week in the same time and place, session 3 will be 2 weeks from today, etc. Any ideas? I a

Hi all,Is there a way to view a breakdown of automation runs by time period (e.g. billing period) and more importantly by base > automation?I want to bring my run numbers down (so I don' have to upgrade) but it's not easy to see which automations are eating into my quota. I know I can see number of automation runs in total per workspace, for the current cycle, but need more detail than this.Thanks! 

Hi all!I'm using an interface to create and update records and allowed to create a new record. My team has been using it for a while and love it, but suddenly the "submit" button disappeared and they can no longer create a record through this interface. It's showing as "deleted field" but it was never a field (it was the setting to allow for creation of the record) in the table and i didn't delete anything... I'm going crazy- how do i fix this? (see attached picture)

I want to create a cash flow table for a month, where the beginning of the month balance automatically or with the help of a formula gets data from the end-of-month balance of the previous month.Manually entered at the beginning of January "beginning of the month", all the rest is automatic.And so on for all months.I have tried to do this with a formula, but unfortunately with no success.I need your help 🙂
