I have an automation that is sending a Google Doc link via gmail. But when the link sends, an underscore is left out somehow, so the link doesn't work. Any idea why? I support an organization fundraising in a variety of currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, ILS). To simplify the process for the person maintaining the list, I have a single number field for the donation amount and a single linked field to select the appropriate currency (this is opposed to having 5-6 different currency fields on the intake form and needing to choose the correct currency field each time). We found that it was easier and faster to use a linked filed as opposed to a single select for currency.I would like to keep a running total of all the donations' values in both USD and EUR so I can use rollup fields to display overall amounts on a dashboard (i.e. my 100 donations in a variety of currencies are worth a total of USD 10,000 or EUR 9,500).Exchange rates are "static" in that if on the day of the donation, the ILS:USD rate is 4:1, it should stay calculated at that rate forever, even if in a year from now the rate is different. Hello All! I was wondering if anyone could explain in more detail how the sync feature works in relation to payment plans. We recently upgraded one of our workspaces to a team plan, and were looking at ways to have more users as read-only. I wanted to see if the Workspace with the Teams plan could operate as a large data repository, across departments and functions. and then have specific views feed into other workspaces. (i.e. A central place for customer data with a wide variety of customer types, and needs) Then the Teams workspace can handle automations, and large numbers of records, while the free workspaces are synced with a subset of the data. I attempted to sync from the Teams workspace to an unpaid one, and it said that it wouldn't work. But it seems to have synced anyway but may just not be updating. Please let me know if this is a viable option, or would there be an automation to automatically push any changes made to the Sy

Hi, So lets say I want to create an interface or even a table lets say, where I can take records from one table and filter it by a certain date/time frame and get those records. For example. Table 1: Has clients that signed up from different months in different products. Table 2: Takes that data and sorts it into how many clients went to each product. Now I want to be able to just pick dates of my choice to see how many clients for a certain product I got in a certain time period. Thanks

I want individual users to have the ability to view their notes (and not the notes of others) by these different hierarchies (which are category, sub-category, type, and tags).Information is ultimately consolidated into a table called “Sub Categories,” which includes all of the hierarchies.Each note is an individual record and the columns are: id, last modified time, category, subcategory, types, entries (this is the note itself), tags, user, and title. Hi all - I’m trying to run an automation using a 3rd party Webhook. When a new Post is sent live, or updated, in my WordPress site I want to send various bits of info about that Post to AirTable. Everything works fine when I use ‘Create Record’ (so I know the webhook works) but obviously if I update the Post at any point it just adds it as a duplicate. So what I want to do is use Update Record instead (I think?). When a new Post is created, add it to AT, if that post is updated, update the record in AT. However - my understanding from this post Update record action failing (error: received invalid inputs.) - #3 by Brian_Nana-Sinkam, given what @Kamille_Parks says, is that I can’t use a Record ID from my Webhook e.g. Post_GUID. I need to use the AT Record ID. Which I don’t have available it seems.

I'm not sure if I'm looking for a formula or if what I'm wanting is even possible, so this is just a general question about utilizing the progress functionality for percent fields.What I'm hoping to accomplish is a percent field, set to view as progress, that updates based on the progress between two date fields. So for example, if date 1 (0%) is January 1st, 2024 and date 2 (100%) is December 31st, 2024, I'm wanting the percent progress to update as the year progresses to show as it gets closer to date 2.The progress function is great but if it were able to automatically update for tasks that have start/end dates that would make it all the more powerful. Is this possible?

I want to create a field or use a field that will allow me to create "fuzzy dates".  I'm in a business where I want to create records containing a date field.  But, the date field sometimes needs to be flexible.  Sometimes, I know an exact date, like "1 January 2001" or "01/01/01".  But, sometimes all I know is that the event happened in 2001, or that it happened in January 2001, but I don't know the exact date or the exact date doesn't matter and what is important is that I enter for the record that January 2001 is the relevant event measure.  I have used other applications that let me do this quite handily.  So, for the other application, I can enter "??/??/01" to record that the event happened in 2001 and the month and date is either unknown or not relevant.  Or, "01/??/01" would indicate that I know the event happened in January 2001, but I don't know the exact date in January.  It would be quite rare, if not irrelevant, that I might want

Hello - I need to calculate a date, in certain circumstances, that is 75 days out from another date in my table. Hi everybody,On my dashboard in Interfaces, I'd like to customize my bar chart this way (see attachments) :- all the days of the week are displayed on the X-axis and the '0' value is displayed if there are no outreach actions on that day- display a goal line- color-code the bars depending on the value range they fall into (red for 1-3, orange for 4-6, yellow for 7-9, green for 10 and above)- have a sorting option in the 'Order' drop-down menu that automatically sort the week days in a chronological order => no need to put a digit as a prefix in the Week Day nameI didn't manage to get those things. Hi Airtable Community,I have a question regarding building interfaces in Airtable, specifically about building custom click-into-record preset views.When setting up an interface, I can configure it so that clicking into a record displays detailed information in a customizable preset view. However, I’ve noticed that if I set up a different interface with some of the same information, there's no straightforward way to access the preset views from the other interface.For example, let's say I have two interfaces within the same base, both involving organizational data. If I set up a customizable preset view for records in one interface, I can't directly use that same view in the second interface unless I recreate it manually. Hi,I need help creating a formula for scoring a quiz that I am making in Airtable. The questions are a combination of single select and multiple select. There are 100 questions total and each question is worth 1 point if answered correctly. The multi-select questions must be answered exactly right to get 1 point, otherwise they get 0. I am running into a problem with the multiple select questions in the formula. With the way I have it written, it will count 1 point if all three of the correct selections are selected in any order. BUT if one of the incorrect selections are selected in addition to the three correct selections, it is still counting 1 point. How can I tell it that if any one of the incorrect selections are selected that the score should be 0? In this particular example A, B, & C are correct. Hello all, I am new to airtable.I am looking to create a table for a collection management, in each row a new item. In the columns will be item details (image, description, size etc). Those columuns have to be "view only"The idea is to share the list with other people that they can manage their own collection, so there should be  three columns that everyone can individually tick off "in possesion" / dropdown "how many spares" / write in "ordered from".These individal details should not be visible to everybody else, nor me as the creator.From time to time I will have to add a new items/rows to the list.Is it possible to create it in airtable? Hi!Two formula questions - I have (4) different date fields with timestamps and need to identify the latest date across the four fields. When doing a Max value, it does not bring in the timestamp or makes it 12:00a as a standard. I also have (2) date fields that I need to calculate the datediff in hours and leaving the field blank if the second date field is empty instead of the NaN.Please help! Hello! I want to use the AI text generation field to query the LLM. When I use GPT 4.o with the same prompt on ChatGPT it works fine, however when I use the same prompt in Airtable, I get "no information found" as e reply (my prompt asks to provide this answer if there is no information found for the question). So I wonder:Which AI model does Airtable use for users that are not on the Enterprise tier?Why the difference in answers?If Airtable is using GPT, is it using a version that can and will use "Tools" to answer the prompt?Thanks for your help.
