Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with api calls on interfaces?Get / Delete / Add workspace or base collaborators work perfectly fine. But seems like anything to do with interfaces in not found. The below specifically.Even putting the URL directly in my browser gives 404, instead of a permission error. Hi,  I am very new to AirTable but have a lot of relational DB experience years ago, using first dBase, then MS Access.  I am working on a simple project for my golf club that calls out for a RDB solution.  I have started learning AT, but am stuck at a very basic level. Can anyone please advise?  I have read countless posts and watched videos and I somehow feel I am missing something very basic.Here is the problem simplified down to the most basic level.  I have two tables, Members and Rounds Played.  The fields in Members are their unique Member ID first, then lots of Member details, like name, address, phones, etc.  Rounds played has three fields.  The first is the Member ID, then the month, and finally the # of rounds played that month.  From my background this is a pretty easy 1 to many relationship, the tables linked by the Member ID.   In my old world, Member ID would be the primary key for the Members Table, but I

I have an automation that runs based on the trigger, when a record is created.  This automation runs perfectly in all tests.  However, when I run a process that creates 5-10 records within 2 minutes, the automation does not run for all records.   This clearly tells me that the Airtable infrastructure cannot handle even the smallest volume.  This is deeply concerning.  I would not expect an automation to run into volume issues until the volume was over 1000 a minute.Has anyone else seen this similar poor performance from Airtable interfaces?

Hi all,I have an Airtable built that collects info for upcoming events. I've created a filtered view, that only includes Confirmed events. I want to add the ability for staff to sign-up to work at these events, so I've created a form view. I want the first question of the form to be a single select, where the staff person selects which one of these events they want to work. Is this possible? So for example, I'd like "Event 1", "Event 2", etc. to be the options staff select in the form. Then in the grid view, we'll have a new column for staff that have signed up to work each event. Hopefully that makes sense.

I am trying to generate a formula where:1. If date in field x is greater than 1953, then 1 is put in field zOR2. If checkbox is checked in field y, then 1 is put in field zI came up with this formulaIF(OR({NO DIGITAL} = 0), ({CODE-DATE} > 1953), "1")However, this is producing a statement that reads 'true' if {CODE-DATE} > 1953, and '1' if {NO DIGITAL} = 0 (that is to say, box in {NO DIGITAL} is checked)Any idea why this is happening or how to get the results I want?

Wondering if anyone has managed to sync MySQL data into a Airtable base? What we are basically trying to do is sync a SQL query data to Airtable - this is currently done manually multiple times a day and imported to Airtable base. Hello! I have a formula to count how many workdays are left between a data and “today” and when the reference data is “after today”, the output returns a negative number (as it should). I am looking for a way to get my formula to only return “0” when that situation occurs. I haven’t figured out the nested if statement logic to make it work. Does anyone have a solution to this? Hi! I am trying to summarize a range of fields from one record. I know that there is a formula Sum({Column 1}+{Column 2}+{Column 3}…). However, I am looking for a formula to choose all the columns between Column A → Column X. I will have a database with many columns and I need to summarize multiple records quickly. Is there any formula that can help? Or what are the possible solutions for this? This is an example ! Thanks for any help!

Hi there,My company has several different interfaces that have more or less the same table in them, just filtered by a different project name. In the past, users (editors on the interface but no database access) have been able to duplicate these records without problem.It seems like there has been a change with how Airtable now handles filters, access, and record duplication. Now, when the user duplicates the record, they get a permission error that tells them that they don't have access to that record. If a user with database permissions (e.g., db creator) duplicates it, there is no problem. It's almost like the filter is being applied before the duplication is complete.A couple other observations: this only happens if the field used for filtering is not included in the table itself. Again, historically this has not been an issue, and it has duplicated without problems. If I add the field not to the table but just as a grouping value, this also mitigates the pr

I have a field generating an email for each person on a list: CONCATENATE( {First Name},".",{Last Name},"@Gmail.Com")  This formula creates a First.Last@Gmail.com list in my "Resource email:" field.The issue is, when I create an automation to send an email to the "Resource email:" field, it throws an error, showing that the email it read for that field was just ".@gmail.com". It's not detecting the first or last within the automation. The automation is set up as "when a record is created"  currently as well. Any help on getting the email field to read correctly?

Hi! I'm not sure which location to post this in but hopefully someone can help out. I have an interface form which will be collecting question answers prior to a client call. During the call we then want to be able to access and comment on each answer individually as we get clarification from the client. We can obviously have a "notes" column but that would be for the whole record, whereas we need a notes section for each answer (so for each column in the table basically, and it would be incredibly clunky if there was one notes column added after each question column). We then want another 1 or 2 interfaces or tables (or whatever) which again pull in question answers plus our clarifying notes to put next to some other info on post-call actions.I'm new to interfaces for anything other than form creation, so I tried creating one from scratch which had a record selector at the top then all the answers down the left hand side, then I added a "text" element next to each - not real

HelloI'm looking for some assistance with my base design. I come from a SQLServer background and can do this easy here but not getting the best way to build for AT...The ScenarioI have a list of users and a list of products.  It's collectibles so I want to be able to know what users have what products, and more importantly which don't they have.In SQL I'd just create a UserProduct table and pretty much create a record for every user for every product and just record it there (not hugely scalable I know but not a big issue).In AT I already have the two base tables Users and Products.  I know once I have the base data I can create Got/Not Got views easily but that base table is baffling me - probably over thinking!!!I'm sure it's easy but I'm just not getting itTIAMike

I'm new to airtable but i keep running into the same issue that when you try to link a column to another base (to effectively do what would be a vlookup in excel) that when a link is found the value of the cell you are linking from is displayed but if no link is found its empty. Is there a way to overwrite this behaviour so that the value still is still displayed despite no match?The value is still being recorded in the table as the links will sync if that value is added to the looked up table, it's just not shown when a match isn't found.

Hello,I need to send a csv file to my email when a record matches a condition. I was hoping simple scripting would work, but it seems like this is not yet doable with native Airtable tools. I saw in a previous post that someone suggested to "use a script that creates the csv or Excel file using the CloudConvert service (or another similar service) and attaches the csv file to a record". I will only need to do this max 25 times a day, which it seems like CloudConvert offers for free. I would like to try to make this process free. I tried setting up an API key on Cloud Convert but my script is saying it is unauthenticated. Is anyone familiar with how to set this up?

My team's work involves tracking and acting on various publication editorial calendars. For example, if a publication is covering [topic x] in January, we like to be able to see that in a spreadsheet and act on it. Currently we collect hundreds of these kits and enter them into Google Sheets separated by month tabs for a full year for each publication. Im trying to build a marketplace of sorts that connects wholesale suppliers to store-fronts, and then in turn to retail customers. I am really hoping someone may be able to assist me with getting data entered from a record in a specific column in one table, can generate a record in another table, with that data.. For Example:- We have Engineers who enter their Projected monthly forecasts for CIP (Capital Investment Projects) all at once, each record indicates a month. These Engineers enter about 1 years worth of estimated budget amounts, so we are talking multiple records. I specifically want to capture the data entered in the "Forecast Amount" Column of this table, to auto-generate, or copy that data to another table titled "Submitted Forecast". Additionally, I would like the DOF (Date of Forecast) to display on the record that is copied over to the Submitted Forecast Table. Can ANYONE assist me with this request please?! I am trying to design my base in the most efficient way to track my user's performance. I want to track performance per week, as well as in total. There is a table where the users are adding records (not directly into the base, but through a user interface), and those records get basically a grade - A, B, C, D, F (a single select field) and have a field with the user's email. I am struggling to find the best way to wrap all of this data into a new table that tracks the users productivity. I want to know for each user how many As, Bs, Cs, etc they get per week, as well as the total counts of each grade over all of the data. With the totals, I am also hoping to do calculations such as percentage of A's, etc. Anyone have any suggestions on how I could set this up in Airtable in the most optimal way?Thanks!

Hello,I am importing AirTable data into a SQL server database via SSIS and some numeric values are being imported with a floating point error.  In order to get some help from my local AirTable admin, I need to be able to show them that the currency-formatted values in the Air table interface are not the exact value of the data that were entered and stored in the AT base worksheet.Is there a way to view through the AirTable UI the stored value without the format?Example:  $0.090 is the column value as displayed in the AirTable UI.Here is that same value when imported from SSIS 8.9999999999999997E-2  

The 'Add Record' button is preventing me from seeing the summary of my first column. I've tried refreshing the page several times but the issue persists. Could someone advise a fix?
