I have a dropdown in an interface form to select a record - is there a way to sort those records? Right now they are sorted randomly...

I have created a timeline that summarizes the data. Different ranges are colour coded based on conditions like less then 50 is light blue, between 100 and 200 is orange and anything above 200 is red. This means that values between 50 and 100 are not coloured.  The values are based on calculations in the grid view and sometimes they produce Infinity. This is desired as we want them to show as infinity instead of blank when people miss doing the data entry and we find the infinity makes this very obvious in the timeline view. Is there a way to define a condition that when the value is equal to infinity is become purple? 

I have two tables in my Airtable database: "Interfaces" and "Participants Backend V1". In the "Interfaces" table, I have columns like "int_Email", "int_Name", "int_Dance Course", and "int_Today's Date" (Ceckbox). The "Participants Backend V1" table contains columns like "bac_Email", "bac_01.01.2024", "bac_02.01.2024", etc... "bac_31.12.2024"I am looking for a script that does the following:Look through every row in the table "Interfaces"When a row in the "Interfaces" table has the "int_Today's Date" checkbox checked, the value in the "int_Tanzkurs" column of that row should be read.This read value should then be entered into the "Participants Backend V1" table in the row with the same email and the columne of today's date (for today it would be the column "bac_01.05.2024").If there is already a value in that cell, the new dance courses should be added with commas separated.Does anybody have a recommendation? Hi! Thanks for any help.Not sure what is causing this. I set up an automation to send an email when a field is updated to a certain value.The email is sent but the data from the specified fields are not included and there is an error. Here is the email:-----Subject: New Potential LCR:  - $ - #ERROR!This was just added as a planned LCR expenditure.Estimated Amount: $ Estimated Date: #ERROR!Vendor: Vehicle:-----So there should be data pulled from the fields for each of items. I also don't know why there is an error.The data in the actual table records is there and seems OK. Hi all!I've created an automated email and am trying to include our company logo as a footer.The code I've used in the input is: <img width="200" height="50" src="https://www.the-page.co.uk/psoostoo/2022/05/The-Page-LOGO-2048x486.png">In the preview, this works perfectly (see image), but when I ran a test to my own email address, the image didn't render and I just saw a grey box (see other image).Any idea on what I'm doing wrong or what the issue may be?Thanks!

Hi there— Grateful for your help in figuring this out.I have a single select dropdown field in one cell. If a user selects an option in that dropdown field, I'd like the cell next to it to replace the text based on whatever is selected. So in the screenshot, if someone selects "Brown" in the dropdown, I'd like the cell to the right to show just the text "Color Theme D". Is there some kind of IF statement or formula I can use in that new cell? Hi! Below is a screenshot of what my current interface looks like, and the two fields in question are highlighted yellow.I thought these two fields would allow my team to add new contacts and update existing ones respectively. However, when this form is submitted, a new row is created regardless of which client option my team fills out. Rather than new information being linked to an existing client through the use of the drop down menu, a new row is created. Is there a way to make this distinct function for each of these fields?Thank you!

I have an unusual filter requirement. So how I need this to work is: I only need to go into the view on Mondays and Tuesdays. The data will be imported in every Tuesday. Once that data is imported I need to see data from the previous week, For example I import the data on April 23, 2024. Then I need to only see this data between April 16th - April 22nd Then when I look at the view on April 22nd I still need to see the 16th-22nd of April. So if I import the data on April 30th I will need to see records between April 23rd - April 29th. If I look at the view on May 29th I see the 23rd - 29th. Is this even possible? Or what is the best way to achieve this? 

Hello everyone!I'm looking to sell the tool that I created in Airtable as a subscription to other people. Or potentially as a one time sell.What would be a good way to make this available to them? I don't want others to be able to see the code that's the basis of the tool. I also don't want to pay a lot for each individual user (which I know some interface tools are expensive).What would be the best suggestion for this? Or is Airtable not the best platform for it?

Hi, I’m looking for a way to collaborate with a partner on a specific view on my table - but I don’t want to give them access to the whole table/other views and my entire base. I know that there is a “share view” button but that doesn’t let my partner put their own notes in. Am I missing something?

Hi Community,I am trying to create an automation to upload videos stored as an Airtable attachment directly to TikTok using make.com automation.I am running into a problem because TikTok is asking me to verify my URL prefix to prove that the source URL of the video is in fact a source owned by me. To do so, I need to upload a text doc to my server and then click verify on TikTok developer side. I have already created my app in tiktok developer, accessed the Client Key and Secret for API connection and linked it to my Make.com automations.My question is, what is the correct prefix URL that I should use given that there are multiple parameters in the download URL that Airtable provide? Hello wonderful AT folks,I'm trying to solve an issue in automations and am looking for help.I have a system where we need multiple users to review a document and then fill out a quick form to indicate their findings. The document record contains a multiselect field of all the users who need to perform this. I'm trying to create another multiselect user field of all the users who still need to complete it.What I have so far: an automation duplicates the users who "need to perform this" over to the "users who still need to do this" field.Next, when a review is entered in a linked table, a complex SUBSTITUTE formula removes that reviewer's name from the list of remaining reviewers. An automation then copies that formula result onto the "still needed" field in the Documents table. And that works!But, when the last reviewer is done, the automation refuses to copy the blank cell onto the multiselect field and errors out instead.So, I tried adding

I'm trying to use curly brackets to insert field content into a text box, but it shows up as "Course Name: {Course Name}" on the designed page instead of inserting information from the Course Name field. How can I make Page Designer recognize that that's a field name?

Hi! I am using airtable to keep track of several types of info connected to individual clients. However, sometimes I need partners/spouses' names to be in the same column. Is there a way to write a formula that only runs when certain conditions are met?For example, as seen in the picture below, my current formula for IN PROGRESS: Client and Spouse column is {First Name (from Spouse/Partner)} & ' and ' & ({Full Name}) I would like that formula to run IF there is a spouse, and I would like the IN PROGRESS: Client and Spouse column to only populate info from the Full Name column if there is no spouse/partner.I tried writing IF statements, but I couldn't figure out.Thank you!

I hope I put this question in the correct area.I am developing a base to use for a contracting business, and I have a column for Distance Driven to job (to calculate fuel used in a different column)when I create the job for the client, it auto inputs the job address into a column, is there a way to have it auto calculate the distance to drive (by inputting my business address as always being the starting address, and the job address being the ending address?)Currently when I am creating the job for the client in the base, I have to open Google maps in a separate page, and input my business address and job address by hand, and manually transfer the number of miles into the base.There has to be a better way, right?

Hello all, I have a table to document my driving activity within my business. It has 3 colummns: Start adress End adress Distance from start to end adress. I was thinking If this is possible. what if we keep our email user the same but just change the billing? Like, we could have our user account email as user.account@gmail.com, and for billing, we could use billing.account@gmail.com. What do you think?

I have a student financial table named OTA Financial where the OTA number and other information is manually added. That is synced with the Financial workspace tab in the student table. Then the students are connected through the OTA number in the main student table to import information from the OTA Financial.  I have spent several hours setting this up and connecting the OTA's.  They were working. Then the next time I go into the table it is not updating the financial workspace tab with the information that is listed in the OTA financial.  It is not letting me just sync the tables and I can't keep going over this and resetting it up every time I add a new person.  What the heck is going on and why does it not work over a period of days?
