Need Tech Consultant Recommendation to help with Real estate transactions management and listing manager  system.  I already have google sheets with all the data. 

Just to be clear. When I add a lookup field to a table, that field is not accessible direct through `getCellValue`, correct? I still have to get the id of the corresponding Linked Record field, and do another lookup to get the value of the field that matches my Lookup field. Correct? Just want to make sure I'm not crazy, because it sure seems like extra work for what could be available directly in the table itself. 

A base I created has locked views that I cant to set back to collaborative so I can delete those views from my Base, but I am unable to change them to Collaborative, or delete them.Some things to note:- I am currently on a Free version of Airtable- I can select Collaborative from the drop down, but it does not change, and stays on Locked- I am the owner of the base, and the only user in it currently.Looking for some suggestions on how i can get rid of these views. Howdy! I have a list of all of my vendor partners, which includes a single select column for the type of vendor. I would like to create another table with a filtered list of my partners of a specific type, web integrators.I would like to do this because I have some additional columns of data that I would like to add and track, but they are only relevant for the web integrators and not relevant for all of the other partner types. The Company Name would be the primary field on both tables.Ideal, I would be able to create a new table will all my tagged web integrators, such that when I add a new partner to my main list and tag them as a web integrator, they will appear on the new table and I can update the additional columns in the new table. What is the best way to achieve this use case?

I've got a button on an interface Kanban that opens the record creation form right on that same interface page, which is really helpful. However, I'm now trying to put a button to do the same thing on a different page of the interface, which started as a blank page, and that button action ("Open record creation form") isn't an option.Am I missing something about the button setup, or is this a bug? The form I want to open exists in the same interface, but being able to create new records without having to leave the page is a time saver, as is the ability to create records with a nice curated form rather than just using the inline record creation option, which jumps around because of our default sorting and has a million fields on it by default.

I help multiple clients so the solution I seek needs to be able to work in an environment where I have the airtable base > then I have a client > the client has prospects and customers they need to email.I'm trying to determine if it's possible to send 1-to-1 emails to prospects or customers for my clients from Airtables without having to setup a secondary email tool (lemlist, hubspot, mixmax, etc) for each client. Can I connect directly to the client's email address? Is there an integration that provides visibility on delivery, opens, and clicks for the emails sent directly from a client's email address?Sendgrid isn't an option because corporate IT or lack of knowledge on the client side will prevent the emails for ever getting sent out.I'd prefer not to set up Lemlist (or comparable tool) for each client because it's 1 more login/tool to manage (in addition to the monthly fee)...but if that's the only option I'll make it work.  Any sugge

I get this message multiple times a day across many Bases. Is there something I can check that might be causing this?

I'm trying to write a formula that will count days between two dates (assignment_start_date and assignment_end_date) that overlap the current week, not counting weekends.First example:current date is 4/5/2024assignment_start_date =  3/25/2024assignment_end_date = 4/2/2024The result of this would be 2. Last week,  Airtable support sent me an email saying that (as I had requested) they updated a workspace to  the team plan.But in fact the workspace is now missing and none of my workspaces are upgraded.I have not gotten a response from support in days.Needless to say, I'm extremely frusrtrated.How do I get out of this?

HII face an auto-categorization issue with no solution so farI update a table with hundreds of credit card transactions, with lot of them recurring with 95% of the text string similar from a month to another month.Is there any chance there is a solution that would save me from categorizing 10 times the line 'Airtable' as 'Online Services' , or even better, that categorizing once 'Airtable November 2022' would allow to automatically categorize in the same way 'Airtable December 2022', 'Airtable January 2023', 'Airtable February 2023', etc...?Many thanks for your help

I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to. I have two tables within a base. One is a list of employees with their names and teams. The other is a list of Scheduled trainings. On the Scheduled table, I have a field that I fill in for possible training attendees. It is a multi-select field linked to the Employees' table, but I have to add each individual 1 by 1, which can be time-consuming.Is there a way to add multiple people easily or be able to add everyone from specific teams? I'd want to be able to select operations, for example, and it adds everyone's name from that team to that field. So I can see the attendees, but people can also have the training linked to them directly.

I would like the message to include the information (date and time) for when the story was published or is scheduled for. I'd like to create an automation to "tag" each record based on the date it was created. I have a table in the same base (let's call it Table 2) with "Start Date" and "End Date" fields, plus a tag for that date range. So when the new record is created, I'm trying to figure how to take the date/time it was created in Table 1, compare against Table 2, then add the correct tag in Table 1. I'm struggling to figure this out. Any help would be great appreciated.

 We are planning to use record templates in our organization for records (jobs) that we build a lot. We will probably reach the 100max limitation, which is fine. The problem is that every time I add a new record template, I have to go to the interface, remove all templates and then add them again so they are on order. Otherwise, the template that I add at the end will be at the bottom of the list and it will be difficult for my team to find that template. So with the linked records field you can limit the available records to a view. I would however like to link a record to a certain view within another table. So if I click on the link I would like it to take me to a certain view in another table. This view will be different for each link though (although limited). So I have a table column with tools for example. That will list Blade. Now if I click on blade I would like it to take me to the view of all the different blades in the Tools table. I don’t just want to link to all of them because that would be horrendous to click through all of them. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,I keep having an issue with the URL to the attachment script. It works great for some links but there's a URL that keeps having the same issue: the script runs, it shows a gray icon, and then it automatically deletes the data from those cells. The URLs are public so that shouldn't be the issue.
