I am looking at a way to deplete inventory of items when adding a kit to inventory. For example:I have 1 kit that contains 2 A's 4 B's, and 1 C. SO when I add a kit to my inventory, it removes 2 A's, 4 B's, and 1 C. How would I make this work? Thank you for any help.

Do some templates simply have additional functions that cannot be replicated?For example this sorting function: Or the ability to call up a form without being redirected to a new URL.Or the option to choose between list and timeline. I would love to have these functions.BestMirko 

I have some interfaces that would be so much cleaner and user friendly in the new interface formats if there was a way to show summary details, and then add a button action that opens a side sheet for detailed view/editing of additional data.Is this possible, either through current feature sets or workarounds? I know i can open a side sheet if there is a linked record to click on, but in some cases there is too many linked records so i want to hide them and be able to open sidesheet exposing all details of those linked records as a view. Adding them as a view within main interface makes it clunky.

Hi all,When someone submits a form, I already know we have a relatively empty record that exists for that submission. I want an automation to do the following:Trigger: When a form is submittedAction 1: Find a record by matching phone numbers in the table to the form submission.Action 2: Update the record in the table with the new information submitted on the form (5+ fields, some of the fields are drop-downs and some are free text). In my test, it all seemed to go well, and then when we actually submitted something, it stopped working.

Hello,As the title implies I am looking for an automation to catch records created by a form and notify via email when there is a discontinuity from the last submission. For example if the miles entered on a particular vehicle in the last submission were 101 but the next submission starts at 101.3, an email is sent to notify of the discontinuity.Thanks!

I have a script that I'm having difficulties with. The script is part of an automation block which is triggered by a new record being added to a table called Projects. This record in the projects field has some info about it, (how many episodes, series number, etc) but crucially, has a multi-select field. The automation is supposed to look at the trigger record, which has a field for how many 'episode' records it should create, and then makes the episode records and links them back to the project. It is supposed to also copy the multi-select entries that are in the triggering record and make them the same in the newly created 'episode' records. But it seems to be failing at that, and I'm getting an error: Error: Field "fldYr1BVOeRj2DLLz" cannot accept the provided value. at main on line 43 Can anyone see from the script what might be the issue. 1. Say you have 2 pages in Airtable interface (page 1 and page2)2. The actions a user needs to take are located in different 2 grids,  respectively located on page 1 and page 23. Currently we need to set the filter manually in Page 1 and again manually in Page 2.Is there a way/workaround to retain the filter parameters set up in Page 1 when navigating to Page 2?Apparently we cannot pass parameters to filters via URL parameters either 😕😕

If I have Filter Tabs enabled and I click 'Add records,' if I don't manually populate the fields that the filter is using, the record is filtered out of view immediately after it is created.It might be useful to have the fields and values specified in the current tab's filter automatically applied to the new record I created, at least as an option. I think in many cases this would be a more intuitive behaviour for users.

I have a dropdown in an interface form to select a record - is there a way to sort those records? Right now they are sorted randomly...

I have created a timeline that summarizes the data. Different ranges are colour coded based on conditions like less then 50 is light blue, between 100 and 200 is orange and anything above 200 is red. This means that values between 50 and 100 are not coloured.  The values are based on calculations in the grid view and sometimes they produce Infinity. This is desired as we want them to show as infinity instead of blank when people miss doing the data entry and we find the infinity makes this very obvious in the timeline view. Is there a way to define a condition that when the value is equal to infinity is become purple? 

I have two tables in my Airtable database: "Interfaces" and "Participants Backend V1". In the "Interfaces" table, I have columns like "int_Email", "int_Name", "int_Dance Course", and "int_Today's Date" (Ceckbox). The "Participants Backend V1" table contains columns like "bac_Email", "bac_01.01.2024", "bac_02.01.2024", etc... "bac_31.12.2024"I am looking for a script that does the following:Look through every row in the table "Interfaces"When a row in the "Interfaces" table has the "int_Today's Date" checkbox checked, the value in the "int_Tanzkurs" column of that row should be read.This read value should then be entered into the "Participants Backend V1" table in the row with the same email and the columne of today's date (for today it would be the column "bac_01.05.2024").If there is already a value in that cell, the new dance courses should be added with commas separated.Does anybody have a recommendation? Hi! Thanks for any help.Not sure what is causing this. I set up an automation to send an email when a field is updated to a certain value.The email is sent but the data from the specified fields are not included and there is an error. Here is the email:-----Subject: New Potential LCR:  - $ - #ERROR!This was just added as a planned LCR expenditure.Estimated Amount: $ Estimated Date: #ERROR!Vendor: Vehicle:-----So there should be data pulled from the fields for each of items. Hi there— Grateful for your help in figuring this out.I have a single select dropdown field in one cell. If a user selects an option in that dropdown field, I'd like the cell next to it to replace the text based on whatever is selected. So in the screenshot, if someone selects "Brown" in the dropdown, I'd like the cell to the right to show just the text "Color Theme D". Is there some kind of IF statement or formula I can use in that new cell? Hi! Below is a screenshot of what my current interface looks like, and the two fields in question are highlighted yellow.I thought these two fields would allow my team to add new contacts and update existing ones respectively. However, when this form is submitted, a new row is created regardless of which client option my team fills out. Rather than new information being linked to an existing client through the use of the drop down menu, a new row is created. Is there a way to make this distinct function for each of these fields?Thank you!

I have an unusual filter requirement. So how I need this to work is: I only need to go into the view on Mondays and Tuesdays. The data will be imported in every Tuesday. Once that data is imported I need to see data from the previous week, For example I import the data on April 23, 2024. Then I need to only see this data between April 16th - April 22nd Then when I look at the view on April 22nd I still need to see the 16th-22nd of April. So if I import the data on April 30th I will need to see records between April 23rd - April 29th. If I look at the view on May 29th I see the 23rd - 29th. Is this even possible? Or what is the best way to achieve this?

I don't want others to be able to see the code that's the basis of the tool. I also don't want to pay a lot for each individual user (which I know some interface tools are expensive).What would be the best suggestion for this? Or is Airtable not the best platform for it?

Hi, I’m looking for a way to collaborate with a partner on a specific view on my table - but I don’t want to give them access to the whole table/other views and my entire base. I know that there is a “share view” button but that doesn’t let my partner put their own notes in. Am I missing something?

Hi Community,I am trying to create an automation to upload videos stored as an Airtable attachment directly to TikTok using make.com automation.I am running into a problem because TikTok is asking me to verify my URL prefix to prove that the source URL of the video is in fact a source owned by me. To do so, I need to upload a text doc to my server and then click verify on TikTok developer side. I have already created my app in tiktok developer, accessed the Client Key and Secret for API connection and linked it to my Make.com automations.My question is, what is the correct prefix URL that I should use given that there are multiple parameters in the download URL that Airtable provide? The document record contains a multiselect field of all the users who need to perform this. I'm trying to create another multiselect user field of all the users who still need to complete it.What I have so far: an automation duplicates the users who "need to perform this" over to the "users who still need to do this" field.Next, when a review is entered in a linked table, a complex SUBSTITUTE formula removes that reviewer's name from the list of remaining reviewers. An automation then copies that formula result onto the "still needed" field in the Documents table. And that works!But, when the last reviewer is done, the automation refuses to copy the blank cell onto the multiselect field and errors out instead.So, I tried adding
