Okay i have a table that has input information that i have added formula to and get the desired results fields out of itresult fields are:Drawer Height, Side length, FB length, inner length, bottom width.note that each one of these fields has a value to it.I would like to take this information and have it out put into a table or view of only two fields:in a combination of different results:field one "drawer height", field two "side length"one all results of this combination have be added then the next set would followfield one "drawer height", field two "FB length"and so on. how would one go about this?thank you for taking the time to look at this

i have a airtable with links its 110 in number in airtable but when i use api to access those links i am getting only 100. rest 10 are missing when i use the api  What might be the reason i have provided two pics one of data table and one is my code .

I'm struggling to figure out a good way to determine if a projects start and end date span any part of a specific year where start and end dates could span multiple years.So for example, I have records with the following columns for projects:Project A  3/1/23 [Start Date] | 2/2/24[End Date]Project B  10/1/22 [Start Date] | 5/1/23 [End Date]Project C  7/1/22 [Start Date] | 3/1/24 [End Date]Project D  1/1/24 [Start Date] | 2/1/24 [End Date]I'm trying to determine which projects were in any part of 2023. Hello Airtable CommunityAll of the info I've found on this subject is ironically in reverse (trying to reflect Airtable in Excel).I would like to have information that is originally added to Excel, to be reflected in Airtable.Is this possible? Furthermore would it be possible to use a shared document to do so?We're using a document from my company's Microsoft 360 account, but I can't seem to find the document under the cloud connected accounts (XLSB format) when importing a new table in Airtable.Thank you

I guess I just don't understand how/why Airtable is set up this way.If I have a Pro account.And another has a Pro account.Why can't they just SHARE one of their workspaces and/or bases with me - with edit access - without my having to pay a 3rd time?! To be a Pro user on "their" account?!That makes zero sense to me. ;-/

One if the biggest pain points I run into every day with Airtable, is trying to link records automatically.  A {formula field} that needs to feed into {linked field}.  If only there is an easy way to do this, any suggestions? My current solution is running an automation, but it doesn't work sometimes. I'm new here so I do not know that many formula. I imported my tables from excel and I have it generate name of the product with product name + weight. However, I want the numbers that are generated in 2 digits format. And here is my current formula :"[90.0]"&" "&{product name}&" "&{weight)}I tried using Round(), but it didn't help.  

I have published a form and used the helper text as a description for some fields. When I preview the form within my account, it looks great. When I try to use incognito mode or a different account to view the form, the helper text is missing. Can someone help?

I am trying to have a due date automatically calculated, but don't want weekends or holidays included. I am using the WORKDAY function, but still getting weekends. Workback from is the date to begin working on each task and Workback is the number of days allowed for each task. I have a table that has a column, lets call it Food. I want to create datasheets for the drop down options I have set up for the food column and I am looking for a way to cater a page set up based off what drop down option is selected. For example: There are two drop down options. Option one is Soda and option two is Carrot. Some important information about soda would be sugar content, manufacturer, calories, etc... and some important information about Carrots would be, pesticide use, region grown, etc... I have all of these bits of information created in my table and I now want to be able to print of datasheets showing the information. The problem I have is that I don't want to display the same information for both Soda and Carrots because only certain fields apply to each. So my question is, is it possible to create separate page designer layouts for specific field values in a table? If not is there a clever workaround I am missing to make it possible.&nbsp

Is there anyway to generate an automation that updates field records within a table by matching values in a different column, similar to an Index/Match function, between AirTable and Google Sheets? Essentially, my team manages IRB protocols and we need to track due dates for annual reviews. I'm trying to have the due dates updated in AirTable once the annual review due date is scheduled. Due dates are updated arbitrarily by my institution throughout the year, so I was planning to do a manual export from the institutional data source to a google sheet on a regular basis. Then, once the google sheet is updated, I want to run an automation that updates the Due Date for each corresponding IRB Protocol. Is there currently a way to do this only using AirTable & Google Sheets? My institution doesn't allow for 99% of external extensions. 

Is it possible to edit the email notification that is sent out when you @ a specific user?For context;  as our purchase order moves through various stages, the access to those stages is dynamic.  When a user a elevated stage access comments at a user with a lower stage access, the lower access user receives an email notification with a link.  However, the link takes them to the interface that they do not have access to.  We would like to update the URL that is provided to send the user to an interface where they can see the record and interact with the comments field.Thanks!

Hi - I am trying to update a forecast in case the field hasn't been updated for over a month. The idea is that if there are no updates, the forecast would lower by 10%. It all looks great, until I have to "Update record", I pull the record ID (dynamic) and added the field "Forecasted" and also make it dynamic. I add the field "Forecasted" and multiply it by 0.9. However, this creates an error. Hi all, I have run into a problem with an automation where I am copying values from some formula fields into fixed fields. I have narrowed the problem down to 2 different fields that halt the automation. Both the formula field and the fixed field I am copying to are formated as decimal with 2 places (x.00). I know this worked before while I was developing it, but now it fails. The error message shown is “fields could not be converted to a string”. I see 2 questions for this topic in the Community, but I can’t see the solution. This is making my head explode, so I would appreciate any help you can provide.

I have a field that can at times have existing linked records inside them. I have an automation that when a record matches conditions will input a linked record to that same field. The issue I am running in to is that it replaces the existing linked records in there. I tried doing a dynamic input on the automation to include the existing linked records then separating with a comma, but it fails when testing. Any idea how I can keep existing, but add a new linked record in that same field with the automation?
