We have an airtable/make.com combination running a help desk/ticketing system. When people reply to their initial ticket, the system assigns a new record. Is there an automation that we could install that would combine the records?

For some unknown reason (i.e. I didn't make any adjustments to the recipients) my weekly emails generated from an automation that has been running smoothly for months now, went out in these configurations 1) to me only in the To and CC lines 2) to me with the typical recipients now appearing in the cc line in addition to me. Has anyone else had an issue with this today (late March 7, 2024)?

Why does a table that takes 2 seconds to load for me in N.America take upwards of 2 minutes to load for my colleague in Malaysia. Is this normal for whatever reasons related to Airtable infrastructure? or is there something on his side that might be a cause?  

Hello Community,I am a beginner in air table configuration/Automation and I am looking for help to automate sending emails the every new email added into the Email field of the tab/chart.Like I have a chart with fields in it such as name, company, offer, phone, and Email. What I want is that whenever I add/write a new email address to the Email field, an Automatic email could sent to that email address. this action repeats with the addition of every new email in the field.I tried many ways but could not figure out and got error and not send email as i want. If anybody can help me out . That will be highly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello! I need to create a formula that pulls records from fields that correspond to answers of multiple-choice questions, like "What language do you speak"? Our multiple-choice questions also have an "Other" field. "Other" fields hold records which are either "no" (i.e. the person didn't select the "Other" response) or they are "yes, + [response e.g. Portuguese]". I want the formula to be able to pull the text from the "Other" fields IF it's a "yes, [response]" record, but to NOT include the "yes, " part, ONLY the response part (e.g. "Portuguese"). Can anyone tell me how to build that into the formula? Essentially, I need this part of the formula to say "IF the "Other" field contains a "yes, [response]" answer, then extract only the [response] text.Thanks!

Hey all! I’m a bit stuck here and hope that somebody might have an idea to share. Context: I have a table that lists a bunch of SaaS products that I use (such as Airtable!). Many of them have monthly recurring costs on the same date each month. What I’m ultimately trying to do is create an automation that reminds me the day before each subscription is renewed every month, but for the life of me can’t quite work it out. I think I need a date/time column that indicates the day of the month that each subscription gets renewed, and then I guess a formula that will trigger the automation 1 day prior to the renewal? Hopefully that makes sense… thanks in advance for anybody that can assist! :pray:

I have the primary field set as a formula right now as CONCATENATE({Client Last Name},', ', {Client First Name}). I want the formula to include the spouses name after the client's name if the marital status (separate field) is married. What would be the formula for the primary field if I wanted it to be Client Last Name, Client First Name & Spouse First Name Spouse Last Name if the marital status field is married?

I have a very simple web page that does an API GET call.  Sometimes it takes several minutes for the information to be updated.  Does Airtable have a caching protocol when fetching results from the table?  Thanks.

Hello!I have a list of names under a multi-select. Everyone in Blue is a FT staff member, everyone in yellow is a contracted worker. I want a count field (or formula field) that will automatically count all the Blue multiple select to give me the total number of FT workers, and another field to count the Yellow multiple selects for the total amount of contract workers. Hello,As projects come to a close, I want to review how successful my team was on staying on task and completing tasks by the deadline. My base is set up to flag overdue tasks, so I know in the moment when something is overdue and needs to get done ASAP. But I'd like to take a look at the project retroactively after all tasks in the project have been marked as complete and see how many of them were finished late.I can then investigate if I have projects that need adjustments or support (unrealistic deadlines, bandwidth issues, employee struggling, etc.).Any suggestions on how to do this quickly?

I've been playing around with both the SDK and just using fetch() requests, the latter mainly because I can't find thorough documentation for the former. The SDK docs don't say much of anything and the generated API docs just give me clues. What's the deal?

I’m working with a group that has users shared at the Workspace level but now what’s to remove them from the Workspace level and share them on individual bases. I was surprised to find that users who are shared at the Workspace level can’t be shared as the Base level. Trying to do so creates an alert message that says “this user is already shared on this base.” Is it possible to shift users from Workspace to Base level access without first removing them from the Workspace and then adding them to the Base?

I'm currently using my Google Workspace account (which has 1500 emails/day, not 100 emails/day) to send Gmails through AirTable integrations. However, I'm unable to tell exactly how many emails are being sent with each call (which can vary).In other third party softwares like Pabbly Connect, you're able to see the remaining quota after each call. Is there anyway we can also see this information in AirTable? I need this information in order to know how to load balance email sending across our different workspace accounts.

Hi! I'm attempting to have an email going out to remind clients of their appointment time & details the before it happens. For example at 9am on the day of the appointment. I created a formula for "Is this today?" IF(IS_SAME(TODAY(), SET_TIMEZONE({Start Time}, 'America/Anchorage'), 'day'), 'Yes', 'No') The automation for "When a Record Matches Conditions" (When "Is this today?"=Yes) is used so that it creates an individual email for each appointment, rather than one email with all of them.  This fires at a weird time of day (5pm PST) so I'm sure it has something to do with time zones. Hi - I'm looking for help building a tracker for customers that sign-up for beta programs. I have a table for Customers. And I have a table with a list of Beta Programs.For each beta program, they will have a google form where customers can be nominated. Then I want it to the feed into Airtable. Each customer nomination needs to go through a process so their status can move from Nominated > Pending > Confirmed. Is it possible to have one table per beta program, then one table that has a list of all beta programs that gives a count of who many customers are confirmed?

Hi, I'm trying to make either a script or automation to update Table A from a list of values in Table B.Table A is a list of shifts in multiple clinic locations. I'd like to be able to select a clinic location in Table A (from a single select column), and have the address for that clinic populate in the Address column in the same table. In Table B, I have the list of clinic names with their addresses. I'm trying this script, and it will run, but it doesn't do anything to the Address column in Table A. Any help would be greatly appreciated- new at writing scripts... Thank you in advance!

I just created a budget table, and three fields(cost, products, and source) are integrated with the product table  (pulling the cost field from the product table when I choose a particular product from the budget table). if the cost field is empty or 0 in the product table, the integrated cost field in the budget table should be editable. But I have no idea since the cost field type is lookup or rollup. Is that possible?

Hello there,I am trying to create a formula that calculates the total cost of items based on their quantity and unit price; while also factoring in a discount percentage if applicable. I have tried using nested IF statements; but I am running into some challenges with getting the formula to calculate correctly. Here's an example of what I am trying to achieve:Item A; Quantity = 10, Unit Price = $20, Discount = 10%Item B; Quantity = 5, Unit Price = $15, Discount = 0%I want the formula to calculate the total cost for each item taking into account the quantity, unit price, and discount, and then sum up the total cost for all items.Could someone please guide me on how to structure this formula correctly?Also, I have gone through this; https://community.airtable.com/t5/formulas/need-help-with-formula/

Real-time automation does not work. I select Trigger: When a record is created, there I select in which table the new row was created. Then I select Actions: Create record and indicate in which table to create a new row. In Fields I indicate in which line to copy the values ​​from which line.When testing automation, everything works fine, new rows appear in the table. However, when creating a new row, a new row is automatically created in the required table, but the data is not transferred.

All of my automations across multiple bases are consistently failing to trigger naturally, even though they work fine when I forcibly "test automation". They also worked fine a few weeks ago. This includes a few different trigger types (buttons, when a field is updated, when a record matches conditions, etc.). I'm losing my mind as AT support is taking ages to help me (one email a day or every other day suggesting things that are clearly not useful if they'd take the time to properly engage with what I've sent) and several processes across the business are failing. Hi, I have been having problems with this for weeks now and cannot understand why my automation is not working. I work for a company that runs an appointment based service. I book the date it  is for and the status of it. When I put in the info, it is defaulted to "Booked". When the day AFTER the appointment comes, I want the system to find all record that match the given criteria (appointment yesterday, status booked) and update it to "Completed" I have tried a million different things but nothing is working.  Here is what my configuration is.. Someone please help me understand what I am doing wrong..
