I have a user that wants to change the name of the "Duplicate X" where X = Initially selected name when the table is created with the "What should this record be called? question. Is there a way to change this after it is initially selected at table creation?I have not found a method to edit after creation and also didn't find anything in Airtable Help related to this topic.

Hello Community,I have a table with events and a linked table with needs for the events. Different needs can be assigned to each event. Each event and each need has a status. I would like that if all needs that are assigned to an event have the status "delivered" or "declined", that the status of the event changes to Needs processed.Does anyone have an idea how I can implement this?Best regardsMirko

I have two tables. The first is a item "types" as below...the second is a table of "details". Each row represents 1 item of the total number of that item type. Each row in the second table will have unique data, like an ID, a physical address and a QR code....If I add a new row in to table 1, with a qty of 20 units (in the Qty column), how can i automatically add that many rows to the second table, and link them to the dislay type from the first table?Thanks

So we've set an Airtable Automation where every day at 12:00PM it sends an email digest to the project managers to show Rush or High Priority tasks that are due today or before today. I had two questions:1. How do I set the scheduled time "everyday" except saturday and sunday? I don't want to turn it off manually every weekends and turn back on on weekdays, but only optons are "days" and "weeks" so please let me know.2. Is there a way to have the link of each task on the email? For instance, once we get those emails with the tasks due, it would be nice to have it where each task comes with the respective Airtable link that leads to the corresponding task right away. I've attached the screenshot of current automation set. Hi guys,Im new to Airtable but loving it so far. I just have one issue. - I need to get a HEX color code from a status (approved, awaiting approval and rejected, green, yellow and red) to a new field. How do i actually link the status to a hex color code? 

Hello! Wondering if someone knows why this is happening- I am trying to mimic a script I use in another base, and I've just realized why it's not working. In my other base, I can set the 'record' but in the second, this field doesn't exist. What am I missing? Here it is in the base where it works, where Record existsAnd in the base where it doesn't work, where record doesn't appear as a field: 

The Page Designer extension includes a static field to contain an image. I often use this field to contain our company logo on the header of a Page Designer template. The static field requires that you specify an image URL. Up to this point, I have used a single record in a “globals” table to host the company logo in an attachment field; grab the logo’s AirTable URL and set the Page Designer static image field accordingly. This is now broken. I believe it’s because of the AirTable attachment URL security feature, making the URLs dynamic after a couple hours (something like that). I have no other way of hosting the company logo on a public URL. Page Designer has no method of “uploading” an image instead of the URL reference as I understand it. How can I fix this? Is there an alternative method of hosting the image without using another 3rd party service? Is there a way to shut off the dynamic URL on attachments for a single record? I'm trying to calculate cost/price in my shop by hourly rate. I have the Time Tracker linked with my Duration Field, but something is off in the calculation. IE one duration is 0:43 (0 full hours;43 minutes) but the calculation cost is showing $3,870. It should be $64.4999 with the formula (Duration/60)*90. How do I get it to calculate the correct amount wether the billable hours are 1h:43m or 0h:43m? Thank you in advance

Hello,Please, I would like to create an automation that, on the 1st day of each month at midnight, creates a new record with the actual trigger time. I expect the trigger time in the action section to be the same as in the trigger section of the automation scheme. However, somehow, the "Actual trigger time" field value is created with the last day of the previous month.Thank you for clarifying what I am doing wrong

Hello All, I am not sure if this is a bug or if I have something set up incorrect. I have a user that is given access to an interface without access to the base. However her notifications will occasionally send her to the base which se of course does not have access too. I have experienced this as well, some of my notifications will bring me to the interface and some will being me to the base. We only use the interfaces in our day to day, so I am not sure why it would send us to the base. Thank You.

I design and produce products which I sell online. I use Airtable for project management. My Airtable base has tables for PROJECTS, TASKS, PRODUCTS and more. Each Task and Each Product is assigned to a Project. I have created an interface where my supplier can get all the data and infos for the upcoming products.In my PRODUCTS table, I use a formula to create a SKU for each product. It is a combination of the project number, the product category and the product number. My Problem: Some Products have variants (e.g. T-Shirt sizes). 5 different sizes of the same T-Shirt should all have the same SKU, just with an addition "-SM", "-MD", "-LG" etc.When I send the info to the print company, the interface should not only show a total amount of units ordered. If there are variants, it should also show the ordered unit for each variant. For example "Small (AR0010101-SM): 11 Units", "Medium (AR0010101-MD): 23 Units".But there are many other potential variants for products

I have two rollup field I need to evaluate and for some reason I can't get it to work.Field1: {rollupStockMinimum}Field2: {rollupNonStockMinimum}Field1 is empty, but Field2 is not.I only want the formular to do something when there are something in both fields.I've tried with this very simple formular  IF(AND(Field1, Field2), True, False)   However for some reason it evaluates to 'True' despite Field1 being emptyI've tried to just do IF(Field1, "True", "False") where it evaluates to False.What is it I'm missing or don't understand?

That can be used to generate web pages automatically from a base? I know that Carrd can be connected to Airtable one way (for instance, to fill in data into a base for a form created in Carrd), but I am not sure if it can work the other way around (a row in Airtable becomes a website page in a Carrd site) Are there any other applications besides Pory, Table2Site?

I have written to the support staff twice, but we have not received a response from them either.Perhaps you could advise me on how to obtain more information about the status of our application and whether additional documents or information are required from our end.It's worth mentioning that we have already been classified as a non-profit organization by Google and several other companies. I'm trying to have the formula with a dateadd calculation be blank of a certain field is blank. However if I put the  DateFormat function around the whole If formula it will either result in an error if the input is Blank or if any option could be blank it will not allow the Formula Formatting as a Date field either way. Hello there,Everytime an event occurs, a tool add a new record in Airtable. Once added, it's automatically sorted by Creating Time, so the newest one is always on top.What i need it that if the total rows is 500 and a new record is added on the top, Airtable automatically deletes the number 501 (the oldest one).If not possible another viable solution would be that the 10th of each month for example, or 2 times a week, Airtable automatically deletes columns from 500 to the end.Hope you can help, thank you very much!

I've posted here before, but never was able to find a solution, thanks those who tried to help me though.  I've since recreated what I'm trying to do in hopes that it is simpler and can be done.  Here goes. Use Case: I have orders getting added to a table "Order Fulfillment" by Zapier.  The Course can be several different things "ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation w/TAKE2, etc".  What needs to happen is, when the order gets created into this table and I check the "Run Automation" checkbox, it needs to find the next available Voucher Code from the table Voucher Code and move the information in Voucher Code table to the Order Fulfillment table and update the record.  The Course is what should tell it which to match and use. Is this at all possible to do?

I think this has been asked before, but I can’t figure out if it was ever answered: Is there any way to do row-based conditional formatting? I.e. is it possible for me to format a row (let’s say, make it all BOLD or add a color to it), depending on the value inside one of the cells/records within the row?

I would like to convert this text into an HTML format so I can send an API call to a particular software, but no matter what I do this text output always come out wrong on this software.I am using a "markdown to HTML" formatter for this via Zapier and I believe this rich text might not be markdown hence causing this issue, could anyone give their input and how I can convert this text into a HTML format

Okay guys, got a doozie... Basically, in the screenshot I have a table, which is the main table that 99% of things sprout off from. We have customers, who through a webflow form are able to select accessories to add on to their purchase. That gets relayed to the table in the form of a checkbox being selected/unselected. Here's the problem -- I need to calculate accessories inventory, for each individual column AND be able to automatically update the rolling amount in another table, which uses the accessory name as the primary record. I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of from linked records, to roll up fields, to automations, and formulas. If anyone can calculate how this can be done I'll literally send you a $100.
