Is there a setting to only receive notifications if someone is "@" ?Currently seems like in our interface, once you get an "@", you are permanently watching that comment thread for all future comments. we do NOT want that. so ... Is there a setting to only be notified if you are "@" in that specific comment? OR ... is there a way to unwatch the comments from interface?OR ... is there an automation or API to constantly run to unwatch comments?OR ... a script to unfollow?

I added collaborators to my full workspace. But actually want to give them access to specific bases. Is there a way to change this permission, without removing them from the workspace and then re inviting them to specific bases instead? I have searched everywhere. I feel this should be easy and visually blatant. Yet, I’m stumped. Thanks

Hello, I recently created a weekly report using the Extension feature's Page Designer. Now I want to send this report every end of the workweek (Fridays) using automation, but could not see a straightforward way to do so. 😞 I have to manually export the report to PDF, manually attach it to my Gmail and manually send it to stakeholders.Does anyone have a workaround for this?

This feels like it should be so simple. I've got a form with roughly 30 questions on it, and I want to use Page Designer to create a PDF of each response that I can then email to respondents. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get a simple grid in Page Designer that shows the responses. The only clue I can find is that if I add a Linked Records element to Page Designer I can choose Grid Mode, but I don't have any linked records in the table, it's just collecting the form responses as they come in. I'm in the process of building my base for my business (I'm a literary agent) - I've recently discovered how useful views are and now have a much better sense of what I'm doing but I have a query and I'm wondering if there's a better way to set this up or if I really just have to duplicate these fields (I'm asking because i've seen a couple of posts that say you shouldn't ever have to duplicate fields...)So, my primary filed are the titles of each book under my agency. I am willing to pay for the project if someone is able to show me how/set up the scenario relating to the following...I am trying to create a report from one of my records. The record has multiple fields with multiple linked records I want to display in one document. It's important the the document is also downloaded in word, so edits can be made if needed. Using Gmail for sending emails through automations, has anyone managed to insert a checker that then tells you if the email was opened, viewed, correctly received, etc.?

I want to create an IF formula that converts a single select to a multiple select.For example, in column 1 I want the value 'Primary Care Physician' to turn into a multiple selection of 'Internal Medicine Physician' and 'Family Medicine Physician'. It seems like the default formula output is a single line text, but is there any way to convert it to a multiple select list so that the data is actually stored in a list format? 

Hi all,I've had some questions from my (project managers in higher ed) team regarding the brand new Date Dependencies feature, which overall is a big help and a good replacement for my previous formula field workaround.When updating predecessor dates to complete earlier than originally expected, dependencies do not shift earlier. Is there a way to make dependent start dates sticky to the predecessor's end date? Our current workaround after updating the task's duration is to delete all task start and end dates and start again with task #1's start date. Similarly, when adding a new task in the middle of a timeline, we've found that adding the task duration and adding predecessor links does not trigger cascading dates unless that task's new end date overlaps with its dependent.We're also interested in support for dependent tasks starting on the parent task's end date rather than the day after -- it doesn't look like this i

Hello AT Community, I am trying to write a formula that returns the number of years and days in between two dates. So for example, assuming {DoB} is 18 FEB 1994, DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),DoB,'years'),"y ") returns 30 which is correct.I would also like to calculate the number of remaining days i.e. between the last full year (18 FEB 2024 and today). The answer should be 14 however this extract from my Airtable formula (MOD(DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),DoB,'days'),365),"d"))) is returning 21.Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please?

Hi all,I have previously used an integration between JotForm and Airtable to populate Airtable with submissions from a JotForm form. The integration was working fine as of last night; however, this morning, I made an edit to the JotForm form and now Airtable is not populating with any new submissions. I tried creating a brand new form and reintegrating the two platforms with a brand new table to see if the issue was specifically with my previous form or table, but the new form submissions aren't showing up in the new table submissions, either.Any guidance here would be appreciated! Hi. I'm struggling with a formula to include a blank attachment field as part of 3 AND conditions. I'm testing this in my base before I put the AND part into a make.com airtable trigger module.At the moment, I have this:  IF( AND( {Ind Doc}!=BLANK(), DATETIME_DIFF( NOW(),{Record Created}, "days" ) >13, DATETIME_DIFF( NOW(),{Record Created}, "days" ) <30), "YES", "NO" ) This works, but ignores the first parameter and returns "YES" even for records that have an attachment in {Ind Doc}(Sorry if syntax for the multi-line formula is incorrect, I'm only just starting to learn to write formulas like this)! 🙂 

Hi,I've got a scenario i'm trying to solve with the interfaces... To give you some background information: i'm working a a project which involves taking care of incoming documents: tag them with info like sender, assign them to the correct project and type of document (bill or letter), amount to pay, etcI created a table called "Document", a table called "Sender" and a table called "Project".The document table has a column "Sender", which refers to the linked table "Sender"The document table also has a column "Project", which refers to the linked table "Project"I created an interface which has a record view on the document table, which filters all "untagged" documents.When you click on a document from the record view... fill in the sender and the project... one should see a list of recent documents that have the same sender and project... in order to detect potential doubles (=same document sent twice). I have a Long Text column in my table with a lot of text, likely 20K plus pages. I used formulas to clean this text, removing undesirable characters, extra spaces, etc.  Is there any way to copy the contents of the Formula column back to the Long Text column, so that the Long Text column will ahve clean but editable data for future use? While I can copy and past some smaller data sets, when I tried to copy and paste this column, I get a 'too large' error.
