Hi! Wondering if there's any way to make this work...I have a formula field that pulls info from multiple fields & concatenates it all together to create an email (content) to be delivered to the person associated with that record.I want to include a Loom video gif in these emails. (To be clear: This is one shared video link/gif which is going out to everyone. Not unique videos for each person.)Is there any way to do this within Airtable? I'm aware that I could simply paste in the Loom URL. I'm hoping for a way to insert the video's gif file if possible.Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to make an extension that specifically deals with the Form view, namely to add new form field types? I'm looking to try and make a linked record field that allows you to create new linked records, but everything in the Blocks SDK API mostly seems to revolve around manipulating the base itself, or making an extension-only view of a base's data.Is this not possible? Is something like miniExtensions just building a whole new form view from scratch? (Note: I have looked at Fillout, but I'm mildly concerned about data privacy and would like to see if it's feasible through extensions alone.)

We are currently opening prefilled interface forms via url but have noticed since the forms upgrade if you open more than one form at a time it copies the partially filled form results.Our use case requires us to have more than one form being used at a time on the same browserIs this a Google Chrome issue or an Airtable issue?Is there anything I could add to the URL to clear any cached data every time a form opens?I know there is a clear form link at the bottom of the form page but didn't need to do this on the old interface form setup?Any help appreciated 

Hi,It's been several months since I've done this, but basically, I'm trying to send an automation from a clicked button in an AT interface to a Make webhook that I've created. The automation so far was when a button is clicked > run a script. I've been able to successfully pull in a test record id via the "when a button is clicked" stage -- my field is named "rec_id" with the autogenerated formula and that works fine.FYI--when I hardcode the rec_id in there with the actual value, it works just fine with significantly less code. But with the code below--whenever I get to this step below, it just doesn't work. Can anyone help? Thanks!let recordID = input.config().rec_id;

So, for learning purposes, I have a next review date I input when I create a field.I've set up an automation to email me the matter of the field when the review date arises. I also want to setup an automation to increase the next review date by 3 days when the date arises.How do I do this? I can also see a specific date option in the date section of the automation.

I am trying to implement a button for each record in an interface that increments a field in the record. I can get this working in grid view with a button field and a script. But when I go to the interface, all the buttons are disabled.I can get this working in an Records Review or List layout interface with a interface button element and an automation with a script in it. But the user has to click on each record to open the record detail view to see the button. Is there a way to put an enabled button visible for each record in an interface? 

We are looking using a Timeline or perhaps Gantt to assess producer workload at a glance. I have a Gannt and Timeline working at a basic level but need additional detail.I would like our team to input milestone dates into the base spreadsheet for each project line, to have those milestones show and update in the project blocks in Timeline/Gantt. Is there a way to include Milestones from date columns in a spreadsheet?Thanks

I hope all is well!Sooooo, Im wanting to create a smoother process for sending out invoices to my sub-contractors for a work week (Mon- Sun). I have come across a bump!Let's pretend this work week is Feb/12 - Feb/18 (Mon-Sun)So I have two tables:1. Booking Details: ignore the entry at the bottom, it's not part of the pretend work week2. Payout Details Now, The info from table 1 contains a job record: who worked it, the price, the date, etc. In this case, all those jobs were worked by "test@gmail.com" (one person). These jobs were done in different days but in the same Work week of Feb.12-Feb.18. Table 2 is supposed to put all the jobs together

My base is gone along with my spreadsheet. I emailed the support team a few days ago. Haven't heard back yet. Any idea how long it typically takes to hear back? 

We are trying to integrate SendGrid in the Airtable Extensions. I created a new API key in SendGrid and verified my email, however, upon trying to finish the integration, I get the following error: Invalid SendGrid API key or sender email address. Any suggestions? I have already tried creating a new API and re-verifying the email.

I have two buttons on the same table, each triggers a script and then sends a webhook to a third-party service. One works and the other does not. During the debugging process, I copy and paste the exact same code into the two scripts, and one works, but the other always says "O: TypeError: Failed to fetch at line 10" and that's the line that triggers the Webhook. It's rather strange given the two scripts are identical. Is there any limitation that one cannot have two scripts within one table? I'm creating a webhook that fires when a specific field in a record in Airtable is updated using the 'Create a webhook' endpoint. Doing so returns the default 200 response with the id of the new webhook in the response. The issue is that the webhook does not fire, and when I call the 'List webhooks' endpoint, I receive a 404 response with the error message "NOT_FOUND."I made a screen recording in Postman to show what I mean. Is this a bug?For additional context, after creating the first webhook, I successfully triggered it. However, I wanted to make changes and attempted to delete it so that I could create a new webhook. Upon calling the 'Delete a webhook' endpoint, I received a 404 response, after which point I was no longer able to trigger the webhook.

I am a project manager for a consulting company. We have a bank of questions we ask during our client interviews. I'd like to be able to create a process where our consultants can select specific questions from the master list based on the role of the person being interviewed and then be able to enter the specific answers to those questions for that interviewee. So, Consultant selects a subset of Interview Questions and enters the responses to those selected questions on the Interviewee record. Is there a way to do this in single base?

Is the Airtable API down right now? For the past 5 hours, I have been getting this error whenever I try to access my data from Airtable via API:An error occurred when calling Get Alltimeout of 25000ms exceededAll my mobile applications use Airtable as their database, so I am getting an influx of emails/messages from users reporting that the app is not working (Since it can't fetch the data from Airtable)Is this only happening to me? Or for everyone else?

I've been using Airtable forms for over a year and they were great. I noticed they changed the interface, which doesn't seem to add to functionality but complicated the process. Also, you can't add linked fields anymore. I had mobile browsers set up, and out of nowhere they became useless when they changed this function. I could be wrong but forms can now only be used for new data. Before, I could add a linked field where I could choose an existing record and add/edit data. The only reason I can think of for making this change is because it was easy for employees to interact with Airtable without having to pay the $12 per month but, what I don't understand is, why isn't available to employees who are on a monthly subscription. I'm really hoping I'm just not understanding the new form function because my use cases for Airtable have become irrelevant moving forward. Has anyone ran into an issue with the new form function? Or, can anyone suggest a workaround? Th

To send automated emails to multiple contacts at once, we insert a rollup list of email addresses (associated with a parent item) to the BCC field of the email automation. Since the data we are sending is sensitive, we don't want recipients knowing who else has received this email.I've noticed that the entire automation will fail due to an "invalid email address" (email is typed correctly with no extra spaces, commas, or semicolons). Since the automation is BCCing ~20-30 different email addresses, one "invalid email address" causes the email to fail for ALL recipients. After investigating a bit further, some of the "invalid email addresses" are actually coming back invalid. How is Airtable assessing the email addresses before sending an email? I would assume that it would send, then I would recieve a "post-master failure" email in return (acknowledging the error). Does anyone know how Airtable is able to qualify email addresses before they are sent? Is it possible to queue records for processing with an automation, rather than processing them simultaneously? I have an automation that’s triggered by a record being created in Table A. The automation checks for records in Table B and if it finds a match it links it to the new record in Table A. If no match is found then a new record is created in Table B and linked to the new record in Table A. The problem I’m facing is that if two or more records are created in Table A in quick succession, the automation for the first record to be created hasn’t completed when the automation for the second record starts. This means that duplicate records can be created in Table B, when only one is needed. Is the only option to stop using the ‘When record is created’ trigger and instead build something that processes all new records on a schedule? It would have to run every 15 minutes as it needs to be close to real-time.

I currently have a script that is set to execute on the click of a button. It works really well, but I've increased the amount of records I'm doing this with and clicking the button 500 times, one record at a time, is quite tedious.The script is pulling in information from an API and due to AirTable's 30 second limit, it's only capable of doing a handful of records before failing.I've been trying to work with the automations tool to somehow mimic the clicking of the button one record at a time so that it can run the script for one record, finish the script, and then move to the next record, mimic the click of a button to start the script, and continue this until it's done it for each of the records.Is this possible at all? I've tried doing it for new records added to a view, but I would still have to add each record to the view one by one as it will group the records together and try to do them all at once when they're added to the view.

Is there a way to loop through each record found from the Find Records action, and perform a subsequent action for each individual record? As far as I can tell, you can only do something with the list of record IDs that result. I can think of workarounds but they are extremely complicated and I figured I'd ask to see if there's something a little more proprietary. 

Hi all I’d like to add a default number of ‘1’ in ten columns on a linked base - so that whenever a new record comes through from the ‘master’ base, it automically fills those columns with the number ‘1’. For some reason the default number option doesn’t work, and I can’t find any scripts that will work to be run as an automation to do this either. It feels like a simple request so hoping there’s a simple solution and I’m just being stupid… Thanks in advance, Curtis
