I am in the middle of creating a form and have had no issues, but all of a sudden the fields I am creating are displaying in grid view but not in the form. 

Good morning all! First of all, I’m just getting into Airtable and it’s brilliant. I love it! Goodbye spreadsheets! I did some research on the accessibility (as in, WCAG web standards that allow the disability community to participate) and I haven’t found much. So I’m turning to y’all! My question is: does Airtable have any level of accessibility compliance for those who are blind/have low vision? For example, the option to have appropriate color contrast or adjust text size is pretty basic compliance. (If so, how do I enable this?) The ability to navigate entirely with the shift key and a screen reader (what blind people use to hear text read out loud) is on the “A+ you get a gold star!” level of compliance. Anything I can brag to my team about when I introduce them to Airtable? If not, is this something the lovely Airtable team is thinking about or working on? Hi. My nonprofit is using an Airtable base to support and manage data from youth teams that are conducting service-learning projects. I have a table called "Teams" that holds all the data about each team. Then I created a form through Fillout.com where they can create new records in a table called "Project Plans." The first thing they do when filling out the form is to select their Team name, i.e. a field in the Project Plan table that links back to the Teams table.The problem is that before I understood how linked records work (creates a field in the table where it's created, but also a corresponding one back on the table that it links to),  I would notice the new field in table it was linking to and thought- what the heck is this extra field here? And then deleted it.I now need to create lookup and rollup fields in the Teams table, but have broken the link by deleting the corresponding field there. I have a grid with many single select fields (over 200).  I am creating a form with the same fields, but two of my single select fields from the Grid View are not available in the Form View.  Does anyone have any solutions?

What can I use in a formula field to copy the date from one field to another without changing it into a text string?For context, I have install dates and site visit dates in the same table, and the dates are in the same column for 'start' and 'end'. I am setting up 4 more fields (Site visit start, site visit end, install start, install end) that will remain blank if the date type does not match. However, I can't find any way to keep the date as a number/ date format and not a text string? I basically just want to copy a date (unchanged, not adding or subtracting days or I could use DATEADD), but the only one I can find is DATETIME_FORMAT but this changes it into a string. Can anyone help? I understand I could use automations to copy the date, but I'm trying to limit my use of those because I am nearing the limit of automations per base! So a formula would be much better if possible. Code I'm currently using is below:IF

I have a table where static information about my volunteers lives.In it, I have a field (Static Notes) with an IF statement that looks to see if they have a check mark in "Qualified" (to walk dogs) and if they do, it returns "DDW" (designated dog walker), which then shows up on the schedule.Can I write a nested IF statement that looks at a different field altogether (Training Status) and if they "Need More Training" returns "Trainee" in the Static Notes field (the same field where DDW would appear)?Or do IF statements only distinguish between options in one field? And if that's true, how would I get various information (other qualifications, for example) to show up in my Static Notes field?Thank you! I'm trying to get program participants' records to update automatically when they're listed in another table as having attended a workshop, but AirTable is requiring a Record ID and I don't know how to configure this such that it applies to all records in the table.

Here's the system:Base A: Used for Project Management for an event in January.Interface A: Created on top of Base A for use by other members on the team where data access needs to be considered.Base B: Use for Project Management for an event in February. I have an embedded an Airtable in a website with URLs that point to https locations that have pdf downloads. When the link is clicked the “https” is stripped off the url (although it is still in the Favicon on the browser tab) and the pdf will not open due to a security issue. Even dropping all security blocks will not allow the page to open. Not a problem with Edge or with Chrome or safari on iPhone. Only with Chrome on PC and Safari on Mac. The link will open if it is in the website outside of the airtable. Update: Incognito doesn’t work; holding Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac) will open the link in a new tab but stay on the main website. But it works!. For developers: “target _top” works but “target _blank” or “target _parent” are loading but not displaying. Hello, I'm brand new here. Air Table was suggested as a good option for what I need to do, but I need some guidance. (I can do basic things on google sheets or excel.)We're creating a church directory. We've gathered info from families, and someone typed them up in a doc... (Kicking myself for not having made a digital form to begin with!)What I will need to end up with is a database of families with adults and children, mailing address, phone and email (sometimes both for 2 adults), and birthdays and anniversaries. Also, a place to check if they will have a photo in the book, and a place to check that we've verified their info to be correct before including it in the directory. I will need to output 3 different things:The names of the family members to go under their photo. Can anyone tell me whether the automations will dynamically change their settings to use the renamed table as before - or do I have to manually re-configure them to use the new table name?Many thanks.

Hello everyone, I have encountered some problems in recent days with basic copies between accounts. I work on a basis for clients from my Airtable account. They copy it to their account and there, yay: automations are not copied, only interfaces and tables and new: all my buttons with links to database forms with prefill are not dynamic. So when they enter a form, it puts the information... on the basis of my account I don't know if you've ever had this problem, or if it's normal? I used the prefill forms extension. I saw that the creator published last year about update issues but she wrote that Airtable had updated. I reloaded the extension, deleted and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. In my interfaces, I put buttons that send to base form URLS. And in the copy, it keeps my URLs to me. Is there no way for these urls to be dynamic between database copies on different accounts?

I need to track what resources are needed for each area of a project. They are similar - ex. XXX at Y quantity or ZZZ cut to A' by B". I need to link the resources needed with each project area.  Any ideas on how best to set this up? THANK YOU!

 I'm looking for the best way to copy a base to another account. When someone finishes training we would like to give them a copy of a base and want an easy way to do this. This is what I've tried: Option 1: Share the base with them via email or a linkProblem: This would be fine except it is possible to see all other accounts that have had access to this i.e. all their email addressesOption 2: Share the base publiclyProblem: Doesn't copy automations (an possibly other features)Does anyone have a better way ? Hi,Is there a way I can create a formula that will determine the Monday for all these dates and return just one date. For example, in this table it's looking up data from another table, in this case the Monday for this set of dates is the 12th. How con I accomplish this? I need it to create a "end of week".. which I already have the formula for that. Please help.

Dear all, With my team we are using airtable to do systematic reviews and extract data from science literature papers. For each study we created 2 rows and each one is assigned to a reviewer. So, for example, we have the coloumn “sample size” and reviewer 1 writes 89 in his record and reviewer 2 writes 98 in her record. Let us suppose that there is an incrugruence. I am using rollup function to ask Airtable to show me the content of the two cells. First I used rollup function ARRAYUNIQUE(values). It was ok but if a reviewer did not report the value he should had reported, I cannot see it and it might be useful to see this discrepance between filled and unfilled cells. Thus I used the ARRAYJOIN(values) to see both the values. It fixes the problem above because I can see what both reviewer have extracted, but for long text it might be difficoult to spot differences. So, here it comes my question. Is there any direct or indirect way to compare with (or without) roll

Hi,I would like to use Airatble to support my work in prioritizing a list of items.  I would like to be able to drag-and-drop items (records) up and down a list to show items higher in the list are higher priority.Then... I would like to be able to look at different views within the same table and still see the items in priority order.Scenario:I have a table called "Product Ideas".  The table currently has 100 items on it.I have a view I call "Prioritized View"... in that view, I see all 100 items, and I have put them in the order of priority. Row 1 is the top priority, and row 100 is the lowest priority.I have a second view called "Status View". (Each record has a Status field, and this view is grouped by that field.)Now my question...How can I see the prioritization order, within the Status View?Example: (Prioritized View)Row 1 - Promote on TV - In progressRow 2 - Promote on radio - In progress
