Instead of being able to view the contents of relevant records in the calendar, I can only see the numbers of relevant records in the calendar and I need to click each date to see the details of the records.How should I set up to view the details directly in the calendar?

Hi Airtable community! New user here,I am working with three tables in Airtable: 'Families,' 'Codes,' and 'Vases.' Each family in the 'Families' table can have multiple codes in the 'Codes' table, and each code in the codes table can have multiple vases in the third table. The objective is, for each new record, to automatically generate and assign unique codes for each family in the 'Codes' table and each code in the 'Vases' table. When assigning a new code, Airtable should automatically tell me the last code used for that family and assign the next one (for example if xxx-1 exists already, then assign xxx-2) The code format should include the family number followed by a numeric increasing value (e.g., 1, 2, 3). It seems the Interface Designer lack of feature or may be I don't know how to do it.TopLeft component should be a Record Picker but it seems AirTable only allow Select Box UI not Calendar UI (month) ?Middle component should be Calendar UI (week). Hi there!I am trying to create a formula that will pull the Last Modified date and combine it with my initials and my Pending Items column. The formula I'm using right now works, but the Last Modified date is pulling tomorrow's date. I'm assuming this has something to do with time zones because it doesn't switch the date until 6pm CST, but I'm not sure how to fix it! Hello, Does anyone know how to format buttons in an interface record detail?For example, I would like to move the buttons around and have all 3 be the same size and display at the same time instead of having the weird drop down menu. Also I would like to reorder the position of the buttons.Thanks in advance for any suggestions!  

I'm working on my graduation project, using Airtable as an API. In the API documentation, specifically in the "create records" section, I'm having an issue. When I try to copy the 'YOUR_SECRET_API_TOKEN' for authentication, it stays as plain text and doesn't convert into the expected key format.Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks in advance for the help - unsure if this is an automation, lookup or sync question.I have two tables in my base that I need to somehow link.Table #1: Content calendar, where posts are to be planned and marked as "ready for approval" Table #2: Task Management, where ideally, once a post in the content calendar table is ready for approval, would automatically be populated into this table with the same info. I would ideally like to be able to switch the status to approved here too and it would be reflected in content calendar. I would also need to add tasks manually in this table that aren't related to posts. I've played around with automations and lookup fields but am at a loss for this one and may not be expert enou

Hi folks,I'm looking for ideas on base design(s) for chemical formulations. I've taken one stab at this where I hardcoded some columns, but that fell apart pretty fast. I'm hoping some Airtable creatives have ideas. Here's the general problem:An ingredient inventory has some number of ingredients A, B, C, D, E, F... etc and can have an arbitrarily large number of entriesA formulation has some number of ingredients (an arbitrary subset of the ingredient inventory, so maybe B, C, F as a random example) and a defined amount of each included ingredient (xB, xC, xF). That amount could be a fraction or a mass in most casesSimple case: how do I deal with a formulation having arbitrary composition of ingredients?More complex case: How do I deal with the above, but ingredient inventory can also include formulations (so it's getting recursive)?Any ideas are most appreciated!Regards,Scott

I've to create interfaces to access to our base, but users that logged in have to see only its own data (user is linked with each row in the database).So they can read, modify data linked with their accountHow can I do this in Airtable? or have I to use only the base and automation and develop interfaces via 3rd parties like Softr, Glide or others?Thanks  

I am trying to put a formula I pulled together in the primary field, but get the following error "Sorry, there was a problem saving this field. Can’t save field because it causes a circular reference".  Back story, I am using one tab to house all the event details. I am using the nesting feature to pull through things I need for all the sperate views (agenda, session intake, speaker details, ect.), where I would usually use separate tabs for each of these things. Here is the formula that I have pulled together. Depending on what Is selected in the Content Track field it will pull a particular reference field. I want to use this formula in the primary field, but even if I remove the "for column 1" field I still get the circular reference error.  Any one have any suggestions? 

I've gone through all the new plans and understand that when our plan renews (we are on Annual Pro Starter Pack currently) we will be changed to the Team plan.But I am still uncertain as to the pricing - we currently pay $348 annually for up to 5 seats.  I have read that the discount remains that we were getting on the Pro Plan - but what does that mean actually. We currently have 2 users.Has anyone been moved from Pro Starter Pack - annual to the new team plan annual. Can you tell me what the renewal price was? Thanks! -The only post I could find I think was for someone who was moved off the starter pack before renewal and lost the discount.

I’m working on an app to keep records for a children’s club. We try to get their birthdays, but sometimes they don’t know the year they were born. Is there a way to enter only the month and day? Ultimately I want to use the date to calculate the age, but I can have a check box to test if the date isn’t complete. Alternately, maybe I can use the age if we know it to calculate the year. I would like ideas for the best way to handle this. Thank you.

Hi, I am total new for airatable. So sorry in advance if it was asked before. But I was not able to find it. I am trying to figure out if Airtable could be use as kind of an ERP. Basically create orders by our sales and than “do automate stuff around it”. Basically I am starting to create table with Form that they would fill up/use with new order. Now to question. Is it possible to create Unique ID that would have specific set of numbers and logic around it for each order? For example: Every order would have unique number Every order number is exactly 10 lenght First two numbers are fixed (11-----) Third and fourth nubmer are last two digits of year (1122…) Fifth number office number (Karen is from Europe office so it would be fixed “5” but Bob is from America so he would have fixed “6”, etc… last five numbers are always unique number always increased by 1 from 00000 to 00001, 00002, etc…

I'd like to parse all records in that status by airtable user, and send that user all records in 1 email once a month.I've got this worked out kind of, but it emails each per matching record - I'd like to make it send 1 email and include all records. Hi there! I am looking for a solution how to export my Airtables to Excel (or csv) and change the number format at the same time. Example: I have a column with prices and they’re displayed in the format $1,000.00 but I need them in the format $1.000,00 as I am in Europe where this format is more common.
