This will be challenging!I have a Table with around 350 rows that i would like to export automatically as database file tha can be opened in excel, something like Timebale.xlsOnce generated this file i would like it to be inserted automatically in a cell as "Attachment" in another Table. Are there any extensions or functions that allow me to achieve this?Any help will be very well appreciated!

Problem...A business software license broker has 200+ records of inventory available for lease. Currently she sends her customers a link to a google sheet. Then they email her back with what they have picked, and the deal moves down the pipeline. There are issues with follow up and communication which result in a lot of missed opportunities. Each deal requires several variables be determined such as Price negotiation, length of term, location, server hosting requirements, etc. additionally there are document generation issues which further slow the process, purchase orders, nondisclosure agreements, and sales contracts. first off: recurring issue: where can i report bugs?the record history seems to give wrong information when the change in the record was an addition of a linked record. the record history should say "[USER] created this ['record' or custom name for record as per table settings]" but it does not respect the table settings of the related table and does not use the custom name of the record of the linked table.i.e. i have two linked tables, one called "products" and one "sales". the tables are set up so that records in the "products" table are called 'product' and in the sales table are called 'sale' (for example in the footer of the table when summing up etc).when i create a record in the sales table say 'sale #5239234' related to say the record 'GREEN APPLE' on the product table, the record history of that 'GREEN APPLE' records should say "[User] created this sale" and display the change in the link-field. instead it says "[User] created this product", but i crea

It makes amazing things like this possible: Now, I’m trying to create a fully automated UTM parameter system which collects data from various linked records — such as linked web content, associated campaign, etc — and spits out a single URL with appended UTM parameters for tracking in Google Analytics. Hi all, I’m currently trying to set-up a pie chart via Airtable’s ‘Blocks’ function. Is there any way to choose my own colour for each of the segments? The default colour scheme that my pie chart is using is completely contradictory from the labels of each of my segments - and I can’t find a way to change it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. I have a summary table that is comprised of a single row with a linked field (projects) containing multiple values, then a series of rollups with $ calculations based on project status back in the project table.I would like to automate the addition of new projects to the summary table linked field when projects are created in the primary table, and also automate the deletion of those linked field values when projects are completed.I'm unsure how to best accomplish this in an automation. Are there any suggestions?

I am in Real Estate and have created at table for all my transactions.  Some date fields are calculated based on a formula.  For example, a Loan Application is due x# of days after contract date - it can vary based on the contract.  I am creating a template that lists tasks based off that calculated date.  I create the template and choose a relative date but the calculated date is not listed, only dates that are manually entered (vs. calculated) are showing.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Hi, Seeking help here.. I need a formula in the Client name cell where in it will only show the client name if either of the Client or Brand columns has a name on it. Meaning if the Client cell has a name the Client name formula will only show "Path Social" and if the Brand name has a name on it "ThingTesting" it will only show in the Client name cell 

So if you have an Airtable Enterprise account and issue personal access tokens (PATs) tied to a service account.  Apparently, once you create 100 PATs, the interface WILL NOT let you issue any additional PATs tied to that service account:Honestly, this seems very arbitrary.  The workaround is to create *another* separate service account to issue new PATs, but this seems very, very janky.I don't understand why Airtable gates the max number of PATs per service account to 100 total, but it is what it is.  This is mildly annoying.  FYI. 

I have a script that has been working for over a year, but now will not update records.  I sync a table from another base to a second tab in main base.  I then use the following script I was given over a year ago (can't remember where I got it).  It has worked great to look at the synced tab to see a unique ID (emp #) and then pull that onto the main table and pull multiple records from the syned tab.  Now when I run it the script runs super fast and doesn't update anything even though I have matching Unique IDs.Here is the script I am using://Substitute "Orders" for table name which contains values//on which you want to run the vlookuplet mainTable = base.getTable("Covid LOA");

Hello! I'm trying to create an email automation to go out to my team on a weekly basis that would display our top three social media posts by engagements within a certain timeframe. I've figured out how to set up the email and created a view filtering for that timeframe and sorting by engagements. I've seen there's not really a way to limit a view to a certain number of records automatically, but I wondered if anyone had any workarounds or ideas for setting up this email to go out without the entire list having to go out each time and without me having to go in and manually change something in order for the email to go out? Tall order, but appreciate any help.

Hi, I'm pretty new to Airtable and currently just exploring if it will be viable for our company to use. The set up I have is two tables, one for learners and one for workshop sessions.  The sessions table has names etc and a field linked to the learners table that shows the attendees booked on the session (multiple select allowed). The learners table has a similar field linked to the sessions table showing the sessions that they are booked on to (again multiple selections allowed). What I would like to be able to do is have a new field on the sessions table that for example shows the attendees that did not show up (nothing fancy I would just use a linked field to the learners table and just input the learners manually, again multiple select allowed). But then I want a corresponding field on the learners table showing the names of sessions they have not attended, is there a way to populate this with the

Hi, I'm currently on a free plan with five editors. We are considering upgrading to the Premium Team plan. But wnat to clarify if $20 a month means we can retain our five editors from the freemium plan. 

I am a solo lawyer but I collaborate on some of my cases with other lawyers.I need to be able to see all of my cases in one place, but I need to share information with the other lawyers only for the cases that they are involved with and they need edit-level permission.  “Views” are not sufficient to share information in a usable format, so I have created “interfaces” to do that.  The problem is that interface sharing seems to require base-level collaborator access, but all of the cases are currently in one base and based off one master table with several related linked tables for specific things.Under this arrangement, some of the data for cases that are not associated with a given collaborating lawyer may be visible to those nonaffiliated lawyers, but it is impossible to know or to control that easily.I don’t know whether to divide the cases into bases according to the co-counsel or not.  If I did separate the cases into separate bases, I would s

When we enter a listing name in one table, the same listing should automatically appear in another table. We set an automation, but when we enter the listing name in one table, that same listing should go to another table. When automating from Airtable, all day outlook calendar events show as busy not free.Why is this basic functionality not available? It's causing issues for our organisation as users are not able to book time when we have an all day reminder from air-table. Other platforms like zapier etc have the ability to alter the state of 'show-as'.Is there anything in place to fix this?

Hello, we are hoping to build an ad inventory management system that allows us to track when certain ad products are booked.Each ad product has different frequencies (some can be booked 1x a week or some can be booked only for thursdays or can run a flight period). What we'd ideally like to get out of it is also being able to track what is not booked/available to share with our sales team. Does anyone have a similar system already built out that can share a template or suggestions for how to show availabilities?
