Greetings,In an Airtable, In a single column, I want to be able to edit a single select drop-down menu for all the fields in that column at once. Or to select and edit several at once.Any suggestions, ideas, or information would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hey there,I have gone through quite some posts about this topic in the community already, but none seems to solve my problem or maybe I just haven't fully understood how to solve it yet.I have a table "Product stock" and another table "Product catalogue". The product catalogue contains information how many products are in stock by checking via a link and lookup field to the stock table. The link between these table is the product code.However whenever the stock is updated (e.g we have a new product in stock) I have to manually copy the product code from a text column to the link-records field. I would like to automise this step. Currently when I sub to an iCal link that is several days long, it blocks out my entire calendar. I would like to have these appear as an “all day”event so I can still see the rest of my calendar. Typically a calendar program will put an all day event at the top of the day, vs literally creating a 24 hr event from 12am to 12am.

Hi all. I have the free version of Air Table and it says I have exceeded storage capacity, however I am still able to upload attachments. Anyone know why that might be? Thanks in advance. 

I have two tables,- table 1: list of course editions and other course edition information- table 2: list of states in which the course can be found, linked to table 1.I have set up the kanban display in table 1 based on the linked field in table 2, it only shows me the columns of the states for which there are courses that I display and not the states that are not currently assigned to any course.With the kanban based on a single select field type, I can also see columns that do not contain courses.Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way I can also see 'empty' columns based on a linked field?Thank you for your reply

We have a Start Date (Date field) and a Start Time (Duration Field).  I want to combine them together.The first formula I have does combine them, but not in the way that airtable calendar view recognizes it as a date/time field.Can you help me create a formula that will format it  properly (more like the "copy" field below, but showing the correct time. Currently I am using:DATETIME_FORMAT({Start Date},'M/D/YYYY')&' '&CONCATENATE(FLOOR({Start Time} / 3600)

I'm looking for a way to automate my sales summary by country without having to predefine the countries in my Airtable base.I have a sales order table with detailed information, including the quantity of products sold and the country they were shipped to. Hi,I have 2 tables. One is called Dues. It has a list of members who have paid their dues by year. Each row is a member and the year. The other table is called Meetings. I t has list of meetings by date and a multiselect field of members who attended the meetings. Each row is a meeting with date and members attending.I would like to count the number of meetings each member has attended in a rollup field in the Dues table to determine of they are eligible to vote. To vote you have to have paid your dues and attended more then 6 meetings for that year. So, filter for year and and number of meetings.The list of members comes from the members table that lists all the members.Can someone point me in the right direction. Without using forms, but within AirTable itself, is there any option to build anything like a flow chart, where selecting different options would show different fields to input data?For example let's assume I have an employees table. Each employee can either be employed directly or via a subcontractor - for each option I need to fill out different fields, and then for each one of them they can be in different departments, and for each department I want different fields filled out once again and so on.Is there any way to do that?

Hello,I've configured a Gmail automation to send emails to multiple recipients. However, it appears that each recipient can view the email addresses of all other recipients.I have selected the field "email; value," which contains several email addresses, in the "To" section.Is there a way to ensure that each recipient can only see their own email address and not those of others?Thank you!

I'm a novice Airtable user trying to help create a system for my wife. I've created a base with a couple of linked tables and some basic forms to enter data.  I've just created a form using the "New Forms" feature and want to take the url and use it on an iPad to allow her to "look up" customers. When I try to open it on  the iPad I get a message I need to check my email for a magic link which opens it up on my desktop. Is there no way to view these "new forms" on an iPad. The gap between what can be done on a Mac vs an iPad in the iOS app app or via the browser on the iPad is confusing.

Do you know how manufacturing facilities have a "days since last accident/injury/whatever" sign? I need to create something like that on a dashboard. I was hoping to be able to use the simple "summary" extension but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.I have a table that tracks events and their corresponding dates. Events happen almost every day. Every once in a while, there is a day that has 0 events. Each event also has a time duration (minutes). On days with no events at all, a record is still created (via automation) for charting purposes, and the field that shows the duration of the event will show 0. I'd like to be able to display the number of days since the date when there were no events. Example:DATEEVENT DURATION (MINUTES)5 days ago

Hello-I have created a field with single select options. Is it possible to create a link such that when an option is selected it will link to a new field with new sub categories? Example: Field= Clothing with  Single Select Options: Skirt, pants, suit., etc.  When "Skirt" is selected, I'd like a new subcategory further defining skirt to become available either to populate the same field or a new field ex:  mini, knee, maxi, long. Small charity here thank you for reading!  I am trying to make a sign up sheet for volunteers to sign up to wrap Christmas presents for children - that bits sorted.  But I need to sort parking for them. On the main base theres a linked column that pulls up there name and there car registrations so it pulls through for each hour which volunteers are in and in each hour slot it tells me what the number plates are.I am trying to hide those fields (again fine) and have a field for each day that shows all car number plates expected in the car park and ideally remove the ones that are there for multiple slots and just show them the once.Am I being silly what would I use to find this I swear I used to be able to do show it as a roll up or something but for the life of me I cannot work it out. Thanks in advance

I created PAT as followed in documentation and copied it's token but I can't use it.I do get an "Error 403" in Make when I use my PAT there and I also get "Invalid Personal Access Token" in Xano.I checked the documentation regarding it and it seems I don't understand how to use it since I only wanted to use the template as base here in airtable and use it's table in Xano as a test data.

Is it possible to exclude records that have a zero value from an average rollup?

I use Airtable to track and schedule vaccinations for the animals in my calf barn. Using the birthdate of the calf, I have formulas in the due date fields to calculate the appropriate date to give each vaccine to each animal. Then I have a field with a checkbox to indicate when that vaccination has been completed. I use the calendar view with this table to show me what I need to complete on any given day. This works well, but what I want to create is an automation that removes the item from the calendar view after I check it off as being completed in the grid view. I would even settle for the date of that item being changed to a date 6 months in the past or something, just as long as it doesn’t keep showing up and cluttering my current calendar. But most automations I have tried can’t alter a “calculated date”, which most of my fields are because they are all based on the birth date of the calf. I have created the base and the Table and called it 'Master View'. Now in this table, I want to have a 'Daily View' wherein based on the date on a daily basis, I get to see the sifted data of only those who are celebrating their birthday and anniversary on that day. I can then share the link of this 'View' with all my friends for a better coordination amongst us on daily basis.Please help. Hi,I'm having trouble with Airtable displaying options off the visible screen. So far I have experienced this with automation menus (first image) and creating dropdown fields (second image). Is there a way to force these menus to only appear on the visible sections of the screen or a way to scroll these back into view?Thanks for the help.   

I have a shared view that should react to data that has changed in another table in the base, however it seems to take a while before the change is reflected in the shared view. Does anyone know what the frequency of the cache refresh for a shared view is? Is it possible to change it?Essentially I have a directory of freelancers that can be used by all contributors to network with each other. Part of that networking is finding out who is near you. Each entry in the directory has a long and lat associated with it and I have implemented a function that calculates distances based on who is selected in a linked table (i.e the person selected there is the point from which distance calculations are performed).I've implemented it this way so that I don't have to get charged for geocoding API calls and because the contributors are not users on my base (they don't have Airtable accounts, they just contribute by filling in their details on a form and viewing the directory by the
