I have several single select columns with "yes/no" selection answers. I want to make a sort of if/than formula to combine the information from those yes/no columns. For example, in the photo below, there are columns a, b, c ,d, e. We will call those each "foods" for the purpose of the example. If someone says "Yes" to foods a, d, e but they say No to foods b and c, can I make a column that combines the yes data? I would like a formula field to show that the person has chosen foods a, d, e, just like how a multi select field looks. I have thought about using If statements, but I'm not sure if that will allow multiple answers into 1 column. I'm not even 100% sure a formula can give me the information I need. Does anyone have any input on this? 

I'm building a system for our staff where I need to be able to find colleagues of a given person for a given project in a particular building.Our structure in airtable is like this:We have four tables:BuildingsProjectsPositionsStaffThe buildings table simply serves to tie them together, being linked to from the projects table as a location.The project table serves to explain the project itself and gets linked to for the positions in that project, from the positions table. I have a client base with tables for sales, onboarding, offboarding, interactions and I want to create a table for course completion.What would be the best practice for this table? I have 250 clients and I can't export the data from my course platform host so our VA will be manually entering the % completed for each client on a monthly basis. Would my primary file be the client and then I create a new record for each client each month and add the % of course completed as a number field?Is there a way to make creating new records super quick? 

Hi,I have set up a very simple automation. I've created a folder called "Leads Sent" and want any email that is placed there to trigger the creation of a record in my base called "Leads". It works a charm when i test it, both allowing AT to choose the data, and when I manually choose the data. When I turn on the automation and copy any email into the folder, nothing happens. The emails I put in there are a few months old, does that matter, and if so, can I tell the automation to pick any email, irrespective of date, that is new in that folder? Or is there another kink in the system that I am unaware of?I do not want to run this through a 3rd party integration, I want to use AT's own automation, so please stick with suggestions that will help solve that relationship, thanks. Thank you./Christopher 

When I use to copy a base via public share link, automations copied over as well. They were just turned off.Now when I do it, automations aren't copied. They're all gone.Am I doing something wrong? Was this removed?

The interface designer has an update button and delete record button. I wanted to create a button to duplicate record so some of the data need not be reentered. Any way to do it through the automation. I could not seem to get the automation to recognise the current field

Hi!  Background info.... I have a number of clients whose information I have stored in an Airtable base.  This information pertains to their upcoming meetings and information for them to prepare for those meetings. Currently, I'm providing them with a 'share' link from specific views in the base so they can view their upcoming meetings on their computer and/or mobile device. While the information translates fairly well to mobile, I'd like for it to be a little easier to view.  Has anybody done this?  Does Airtable have any 'mobile app' capabilities? Hopefully that all makes sense!  TIA!

Hello Airtable community,I've been working on a project where users input data through a form, and the results are recorded in the base. I have set up a rollup field for each question to calculate the average of the results per field. Now, I want to create a graph in Interface Designer that displays all the columns along with their averages in a single graph and sorts them from highest to lowest average.I'm currently having a hard time achieving this, and I'm wondering if I'm approaching it the wrong way. Hello everyone, i'm creating an new Kanban record from a sync table of other base, the sync is ok and also the automation to create is ok, but it only works fine when the whole line is fullfiled at the time, if someone fullfill one cell each time it will create one record for each cell. The issue is that always return that the record does not exist. 

Is it possible to create a custom view type based on an existing view type but modified?I would like to add columns with labels to the calendar single day view.  Is this possible?

Hey there,I have gone through quite some posts about this topic in the community already, but none seems to solve my problem or maybe I just haven't fully understood how to solve it yet.I have a table "Product stock" and another table "Product catalogue". The product catalogue contains information how many products are in stock by checking via a link and lookup field to the stock table. The link between these table is the product code.However whenever the stock is updated (e.g we have a new product in stock) I have to manually copy the product code from a text column to the link-records field. I would like to automise this step. Currently when I sub to an iCal link that is several days long, it blocks out my entire calendar. I would like to have these appear as an “all day”event so I can still see the rest of my calendar. Typically a calendar program will put an all day event at the top of the day, vs literally creating a 24 hr event from 12am to 12am.

I have two tables,- table 1: list of course editions and other course edition information- table 2: list of states in which the course can be found, linked to table 1.I have set up the kanban display in table 1 based on the linked field in table 2, it only shows me the columns of the states for which there are courses that I display and not the states that are not currently assigned to any course.With the kanban based on a single select field type, I can also see columns that do not contain courses.Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way I can also see 'empty' columns based on a linked field?Thank you for your reply

I'm looking for a way to automate my sales summary by country without having to predefine the countries in my Airtable base.I have a sales order table with detailed information, including the quantity of products sold and the country they were shipped to. Hi,I have 2 tables. One is called Dues. It has a list of members who have paid their dues by year. Each row is a member and the year. The other table is called Meetings. I t has list of meetings by date and a multiselect field of members who attended the meetings. Each row is a meeting with date and members attending.I would like to count the number of meetings each member has attended in a rollup field in the Dues table to determine of they are eligible to vote. To vote you have to have paid your dues and attended more then 6 meetings for that year. So, filter for year and and number of meetings.The list of members comes from the members table that lists all the members.Can someone point me in the right direction. Without using forms, but within AirTable itself, is there any option to build anything like a flow chart, where selecting different options would show different fields to input data?For example let's assume I have an employees table. Each employee can either be employed directly or via a subcontractor - for each option I need to fill out different fields, and then for each one of them they can be in different departments, and for each department I want different fields filled out once again and so on.Is there any way to do that?

Hello,I've configured a Gmail automation to send emails to multiple recipients. However, it appears that each recipient can view the email addresses of all other recipients.I have selected the field "email; value," which contains several email addresses, in the "To" section.Is there a way to ensure that each recipient can only see their own email address and not those of others?Thank you!
