I missed a live webinar called 'Getting Started in AirTable'.Each time I click the link to view the 'On-Demand' webinar, it takes me to a page to fill in my details and doesn't actually show me the webinar. I enter my details, and nothing happens.Any ideas on how to access the webinar?

So I have been trying to get ahold of sales as we are looking at upgrading to Enterprise and need some information and help. IT seems every time I send a ticket to talk to sales I never get a response. What do I do now? 

In two different bases, I have just noticed a few automations that were disabled (they have been working just fine for the past year)....there's a triangle with an exclamation point inside of it. There's no message or indication as to why they were disabled and I was not notified of this by Airtable....someone submitted a form and didn't hear back from us so they sent us an email and that's how I found out about it.I turned most of the automations on just fine, but one of them just won't turn back on. When I try to turn it on, it hangs there for a few seconds and then turns itself back off. I have tested the automation and it works fine. I made a duplicate of the automation, tested that and it works just fine but that one also won't stay turned on.The automation doesn't link to any 3rd party apps (I saw some suggestion of this in this troubleshooting page), but it does s

Hi there!  We're setting up a volunteer shift database for a large festival. I assume we can let volunteers sign up for shifts using forms, but is there a way for them to change/drop shifts without having to email us to do it on the backend? If not, is there an extension that would help?

Hi - I have a table with a list of cash flows, dates. These are linked to another table which contains individual deals. I want to calculate, for each deal, the IRR - in Excel this is using the IRR function which takes a list of dates and a list of cash flows and returns a single IRR number. Can this be done in Airtable? Rollups seem to only allow calculations involving one linked field only - whereas I need two: both date and cashflow. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an IRR function. The calculation is relatively straight forward, can I code my own function to support this? Secondary question - right now I have to manually for each date/cash flow record link it to a given deal. Is there a way to link all cash flows where dealID equals x?

I don’t think this is an option right now, but it would be nice if when you went into a Kan-ban view - you either could change your settings to open in a collapsed view or at least have the option to Collapse All when you open that view. If you have many columns…default of collapse would make it easier to get to what you want faster instead of scrolling. Seems like a logical and productive option to provide users. Emma

Hi folks, I was able to extract initials from full name (thanks to the Name demo base from @W_Vann_Hall ), but because of duplicate names, I added the email as part of the customer identifier (full name + email), which lives in my Customer table. Now I can’t seem to figure out how to extract the initials from this new field. When I try to apply the same formulas to the Name field linked to my Customer table, the formulas no longer work (because I guess it’s merely a linked record, not actual value?). So I created a second table called New Name Table, and extracted the initials under that table first, then linked it back to my original table. But the values are not populating when new records come in (i.e. blank records in the screenshot). FYI the field “Calculation” is the first initial

Hi there, I am brand new and been reviewing all the support docs but cant quite figure this one out.  I want to create a list of tasks that will always be the same, and will populate based on the type of field.  For example, I am using airtable with our content team who produces different type of content from blog posts to social media.  If the task is tagged "blog" I want to create a checkbox field for blog that always pulls in the same type of data "1st draft, images created, SEO review" vs if its a social media post I want to tag is as "social" and always pull in the same set of data "Image, hashtags, description"So far I feel like I would have to manually copy this each time.  I tried adding the subtasks to a different table and making an automation, but got a little lost and not sure thats the right option.  

Recently, our institutional emails have been updated. Unfortunately, due to the change to a shortened version we can not access and update our account. We are not able to log into the system since we use Google to access our account (again the email address has changed).  I would be extremely grateful for any assistance and information you can provide in updating the account email on the backend.  

Hey folks,I am currently working on a formula to compare the current time against a timestamp that's populating into my table from a separate service.I am also attempting to create multiple columns that iterate on my formula by comparing NOW with DATEADD +5 "hours" to check if NOW is 5 hours since the time in the timestamp.Having some trouble figuring out what I'm doing wrong with this formula and hoping someone can point me in the right direction:  IF( DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(), "MM/DD HH:SS") > DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Timestamp}, "MM/DD HH:SS"), +5, "hours", "MM/DD HH:SS"), "yes", "no")  

Hello! I am working with a formula that is computing a rate for each area that is being updated from a submissions tab; however, not every area has data yet, so Airtable assumes 0. This means that in the future records we get the output NaN as we are dividing by 0 at the moment. Is there a function or if statement that can be used to detect if there’s and NaN output, and if so, set it to 0? Thank you!

Hello, I have been trying to update a single select type field. I am using this example script from the official documentation : const table = base.getTable("Suivi des profils 🙋‍"); const field = table.getField("Client "); await field.updateOptionsAsync({ choices: [ ...field.options.choices, {name: 'My new choice'}, ], }); This script works using the scripting extension.I wanted to use this in automations, but of course, updateOptionsAsync() is only available for the scripting extension. The problem is that I need to watch for newly created records in another table and use a specific field value from this created record to add to the single select field.Is there a way to update a single select field using automations ?Or is there a way to automate a script from the script

Is there a way to update manually a "Last modified by" or "Last modified time" field?We use a field to check who was the last person to update an ID field. But we sometime have to bulk update these fields for cleaning or managing the database and the "last modified by" is now entirely set to the creator/admin who made the update.- Is there a way to update manually these fields?- Is there an existing extension for this? or a script ?- Maybe there is a way to "impersonate" a user in order to set the needed values to those fields? (I tried this with the interface functionnality to see interface as another user, it did not work)Thank you very much !

Hi community,I have two table, the first one is a database synchronised with many other, fulfilled directly by stores themself and it is creating a product list. The second table is contact information about the stores.I would like to link phone, number and adress regarding the store concerned.In my screenshots, green circled data are synchronised, and the red circled one are thoose I want to import from the table "ENTREPRISE INFOS".So in "BDD ARTICLE" table, if Sync Source is "Magasin 1", I want to display information regarding "Magasin 1" in my "ENTREPRISE INFOS" table.I didn't find any way to do it, thanks a lot for your help 🙂

I'm having an issue with Maps Block authenticating my Google Maps API key.  It works fine if I make the key unrestricted, but adding the restriction to Airtable breaks/blocks the map block from reaching the API.  Per the Airtable dialog box I'm supposed to add this address to the permitted HTTP referrers: *.airtableblocks.com/*Is this still the correct address? In the Google Cloud Console do I do more than check "websites" and literally paste that in as the permitted website address?  I tried adding https://*.airtableblocks.com/* and that didn't work either.  I've attached a screenshot from Cloud Console.

Hi I am trying to create an automation where a record in one table (New Listing) is updated by submission and record creation in another table (Sold). Example: Record sits in New Listing and then a form is submitted in Sold, then a record is created in the Sold table. I want this to then update the status of the record in New Listing to Sold?Can this be done? Thanks

I have a warning that my file is over the limit of 1,000 records per base, but it only has 531 records.The warning says it has 1145 records. There is no filter applied, it only has 531 records!Nothing else is over the limit.

Hey all, sorry this topic sort of covers not only bases, but also interfaces so forgive me.We have a few itemsCourses that have a field of "Who Can Teach", this field is populated from a linked fieldThat linked field is currently derived from a synced table, Staff.  Another base has scheduling of clients, that uses the Main Instructor field to schedule an instructor.The idea is:When someone schedules a specific course, the Main Instructor field will only show instructors that have been "assigned' or elected that they can teach said course.  We use emails as a keyid across the bases, so it can't be a lookup for per se as certain automations don't work well with lookups along with other reasons lookups aren't always useful.  They have to be able to be selected by someone, and not just a list.Then there is the idea of an interface for the instructors to add themselves to a list of courses.  We have

Hi everyone, I searched through the community posts but could not find anything.Using a formula I created custom URL for every person in our company that will allow prefills in a form.CONCATENATE('https://airtable.com/appxxxx','?prefill_Your Name=',Name)for example 'https://airtable.com/appxxxx','?prefill_Your Name=',John Doe)Problem is that there are now blanks and therefore only the first part of link is recognised as such. I know that I can use %20 is used in the final URL.
