Hi there! I am using IF formulas in two separate formula fields and they work just fine. I am trying to merge the formulas in one field and it is not working. I need to get some Airtable data into a Powerpoint/Google Slides/similar, without copying and pasting. Any ideas please? This isn’t an ongoing automation requirement, it’s a one-off. And I’m not sure merely embedding an Airtable is going to fly for the recipient. Thanks.

I have one table with item names in the first column, and I want to add a column that displays TRUE if the item name is present in the first column of another table of item names. In Excel I would do this with a VLOOKUP or MATCH wrapped in an IFERROR.

I have a table "Performance" with device performance data of my app. The table has the following columns: user-id, device-name, fps, time-stamp Now I want to extract the devices which have "fps" below a threshold (let's say below 10), because I want to blacklist those devices. I want to check in every week and see if there are any "new devices" with less than 10 fps and add them to the blacklist. say I have a second table "Blacklist", where I manually enter the devices I have so far blacklistednow a new record enters the "Performance" tableI want to check if the "device-name" of that new record already exists in the "Blacklist" table and if not, hightlight the field, or set a flag in another field, e.g. "IsBlacklisted"how to do that?

I'm inputing a list of records to the Update Record action. Let's say 3 records. I want a field in all three records updated. Hi AllI have a base with 3 tables: Routes, Passengers, and Absences. The Routes table has multiple passenger fields, which are linked record fields to the Passengers table. The Absences table has a passenger field, which is a linked record field to the Passengers table and has a lookup field to the associated route field - as well as a date of absence. When an absence is added to the Absence table, it pulls the route the passenger is on. If a passenger changes route, the linked record lookup field for the route in Absences will change for past absences. This means the data in Absences is no longer historically representative. What is the best way to preserve the original route that is pulled through onto records in the Absences table? Preferably I would avoid: a) having the route name in an extra text field or b) creating a linked record field directly to Routes rather than using a lookup field, but open to all solut

Hello!I have a table called "Payments" where I record all my payments of the day, I upload a csv file daily. Each record represents a transaction and could be a declined transaction or an approved one. Daily I check my declined transactions and call my clients, if they answer and agree i fill out a field called Rescheduled Payment Date. The next day I'll upload the csv file of the payments of this day and want to create an automation that finds a record with the same name and that the payment date matches the Rescheduled Payment Date of the first one it encounters if the payment is approved. I hope this is possible to achieve and thank you in advance 😊

I'm writing a script in Airtable Extensions to pull data from Canvas API. I've set the per_page limit to 100, because that's the maximum number of objects Airtable will retrieve at once for an external API.I need to use pagination to download the rest of the results. According the Canvas API reference, it's in the response header Link value. I'm able to see this in Postman but how do I retrieve this in an Airtable script? How do I set up a loop to paginate until the end? I have a table with a field "Project" by which is grouped.It is filtered by a specific project and by records in which thewhere the field "Project" is empty. Between some records, the emptyproject group and the records of the non-empty project group there isa relationship in another field.The goal is to have the records in the empty project group that have a relationshipto the non-empty project group appear together in one view. Is this representable in Airtable?

Hi The screen shot is of a table for sales in one of my bases. The 'pay window filter' field determines which pay month the date falls in, our pay windows run 25th to 24th, so 26th September would fall in Oct Pay Month. The 'Pay Month' Field formats that date into the correct Text format I want which then links to a second table called Pay Months where the record name is October 2023, November 2023 etc. As you can see from the screen shot, I've filled in a new record with a date, its automatically calculated the Pay window filter, but 'pay month' has automatically formatted the text and linked to the other table. Why is this, am i missing something? I thought this would automatically do that. I'm new to airtable just building out systems for my business, so any help much appreciated.

Hi there, Tablet : Galaxy Tab A8 SM-X200, Android 13 As the title say we just got a brand new Android Samsung Tablet for our workshop to be able to check the PDFs of manufacturing plans. However, when i click the pdf file, it displays a broken image icon.The thumbnail preview does show the first page of the plans, downloading the pdf and opening it in another app of the tablet works, i tried opening the same pdf on dropbox from the chrome browser and it works, of course on the desktop-chrome it works.  Do I need to enable anything on the tablet or app?  Thanks for the help

Hello, everyone,This may be a very specific use case, but I have created prefilled URLs from formulas that I need to get to my reviewing committee. The problem is that they want a once a week email that has the information in a list format.This is largely not an issue as the rest of the informing information gets across, but it does present a challenge as when the formulas are one of the fields turned on in this list, they don't hyperlink.Is there a way to work around this, or should I focus on an alternate way to get the prefilled URLs to them?Thanks!

I am unable to remove collaborators—and keep getting billed for them every month. I go into workplace settings and view the list of billable collaborators—of which three are listed— not including myself. I click on “add or manage workspace collaborators.” However, only I am visible. A search by name or email address also produces nothing. Please advise. Thanks!

Hey Folks!When I copy and paste the contents of a multi-line rich text field, it seems to remove formatting, including the bullet levels, spacing, etc. For example:Test 1Sub note 1Note 2Sub note 2Sub note 2aIt shows up like this:Test 1Sub note 1Note 2Sub note 2Sub note 2aThis happens both when I copy and paste and also when I send a record. The send record preview also shows the unformatted bullets.  Any ideas?

I've set up an interface dashboard that pulls in data from two different tables. Within this dashboard are two number elements that are Field summery Sums of data from the two tables. In a third Number element I wanted to use a formula to divide one by the other, I thought I could use a very simple formula for this in the element itself, but I cant. Is it possible to do what I need in the interface dashboard?

There is a base in the workspace with a lot of automations, and sometimes they fail to run.The workspace (and the database) owner receives emails saying, "Something went wrong with an automation..." but I receive nothing. Hello, I have one formula field {Ball 1 ?} in the table A . The formula checks another table {Ball 1} via a linked record to see if it contains an attachment. If it does, the computed field writes "Yes", if it is empty, it writes "No". This part works fine.I have another field (checkbox) named {Balloon 1} in the table A, that I want to add to the logic.But when I add {Balloon 1} to the condition:Meaning : If {Ball 1} OR {Balloon 1} is true, then writes "Yes" in {Ball 1 ? } and "No" if it is false.I receive an error and it doesn't accept the formula.Here is how I wrote it in the formula field {Ball 1 ?} : IF( OR( {Ball 1},{Balloon 1} ), " Yes", " No", )  How can I fix it ?
