On this view,I need to create groupings based on the Max Price and Listing Price.The amount should match, but when I tried to do the grouping it did not show the correct numbers.here's the current setup.  Here's the outcome.The Max Price Should be $280k but why is it that the Listing Price of $285k was included on this group which supposedly was not? 

Hello all! I am in need of some brainstorming. My organization uses grant funds for some of our programs and I am trying to figure out the best way to keep track of how much we have left and which programs they are linked to. In order to do that I have one table with all of our program information and one table with the information about the grant, i.e. how much we received. For most of the programs we only use funds from one grant, so right now what I have is on the program records table a field for how much grant money was used, then I link it to a specific grant and in the grant table a rollup and then formula field calculate how much of the money is left. However, on occasion we do pull funds from two grants for one program. This creates an issue as then both grants are pulling the same number from the program records table and subtracting the full amount from both totals, rather than the partial. Hi all - I've noticed a new issue in interfaces. When I add a text element, it does not expand to show multiple lines of text. In the screenshots below, see that I've added a text element containing a bulleted list with two lines. They both appear when I'm clicked into the text box (although the blue box only surrounds the first line), but as soon as I click out of the text box the second line disappears. I cannot find a way to resize it. Didn't the resizing used to happen automatically as more lines were added?I feel like this has just started happening recently. Has anyone else noticed this issue?Thanks,Kelsey

Hello,  I'm working on an inventory system.  Paired with AirPower, it connects to our shopify storefront to upload on the base what we have in stock on our website.  Once I get this finalized, it will also work in reverse.  We have individual items and then packages with multiple different items within it.  I have made a separate tab with Compositions for my mixed packages based on this discussion.    Thus, with sticking in the structure of Airpower, I have one tab for ALL products, one tab with variants that holds the inventory, and another tab (Compositions) that connects all the individual items (within variants) to its mixed packages (also within it's variants) and associates individual item quantity in each package.  All this being said, I now am coming to a standstill.  I want to write a formula that is equivalent to saying "If the package (linked) is the same, and the quantity available of the individual item (also linked) =

I am new to Airtable. I have created an interface, but I am struggling to figure out how to display alerts or message boxes to the user in the interface if they are open and not taking any actions for a certain interval (like five minutes). Ideally, I would like to display a help dialog where they can search for or see a link to another page. I don't know if this is possible, but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could guide me.

I'm trying to calculate return rate (items received/ items delivered),  but aggregate them by day.  However, there are multiple receiving lines for each event, and only one input for items delivered.  I'd normally do a formula based off a pivot table but I'm not sure how to do that in Airtable.Here's an example of the table I have Event NameItems ReceivedItems Delivered Timestamp 1x1040 Timestamp 2x20  Timestamp 3y4050 What I need is Line 1 & Line 2 added together for Items  Received, and divide that number by line 1 of items delivered. How do I achieve this? 

Hi all,I've found a script that I've used as a script app to compress all of the images in my tables. Now I would like to turn that into an automation, so when I upload a new image it will use my tinypng account's api to compress the image. Hi,I have a base where we I need to return the lowest value possible value for items that share a unique identifier (this is generated for each record and only some overlap) AND the same quantity. For example, say I had 4 records that generated their identifier to 101A, with quantities of 200, 300, 400, 500. For All of these records, I need a field that returns the minimum quantity (200) for each record with that matching ID ; and will work with possibly thousands of unique identifiers. I thought this would be an easy formula, but cannot seem to make this function whatsoever.

My understanding is to connect a button to the trigger I have to select it in the interface.So I go to the interface, add button but under Choose Automation no automations are showing. It is not about Formulas, but Form was not an option for a label.I need to put a form, where I let people to pick a product. I want to create a dropdown menu to select product. After submitting I need to remove that product from options. So there is only one product for each who submitted. Plus ! Because it is obvious ! When they change their mind I advice them to file new form with remaining choices and just remove their first form entry.But cant avoid the manula data editing upon request so each time a new form si filed it takes the actual data from the sheet in airtable options.Please can you help me with that? 

Hi All, Wanted to ask for help on how I can approach this. I have 4 coulmns (A, B, C, D) - I want to check which columns are not empty. Example, A has a value (Apple), B, C are empty, D has a value(Orange) I have another column called Summary. I want to display columns that have value. In the example, I would like to display Apple, Orange. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!

I am attempting to find a formula that will create a continual weekly release date when I create a new topic for a podcast.  For example, if I were to have a release today and I were to open a new row, it would automatically populate a week from now in the date, so on and so forth.

I have been using Airtable for a little while and can get the basics of what I need.  However, I'm now getting much more complex with multiple bases linked together and I'm having a hard time figuring out the best way to link my tables together.   In a perfect world I will have a table called Customers which has the name of each customer as the primary field.     What are best practices for keeping this up to date?  If I add a new record (customer) to Customers table, how do I ensure that it will add that customer to all the linked tables?  Do I use a formula for the primary key in additional tables and then an automation that runs a script once a day to sync?  It seems like there has to be another way.  Any help is appreciated! 

Good morning!I am trying to determine how much I am making per hour at various markets that I vend.I input my markets with a start date+time field and an end date time field and have that calculate out to a duration field.       I also have my earnings field (which is what I made minus event fees, also calculated out).  *it's the "Minus Fees" column I'm using for my final calculationsLogically, I should just be able to do my earnings / duration = dollars per hour amountor in my chart's terms: {minus fees} / {duration (show)} = $ per hour amount  However, instead of getting a nice dollar value, this is what I see:I feel like I'm missing something incredibly obvious here because obviously,$1,124.17 / 7 hours does not equal $0.04 cents. It should be $160.56.Can someone spot where I've gone wrong?   Thanks!    

I have two tables in my base - Organisation (Fields: Name, Company Tag, Industry tag, location, Okay to fund) Funder (Fields: Name, Company tag, Industry tag) My interface needs to do the following: Select a funder from the investor table.Select the location country from the organisation table. I want to provide the user the flexibility to choose a location.Match the company tag from the funder table to the company tag in the organisation table.Match the industry tag from the funder table to the industry tag in the organisation table.Show me a list of organisations for the above selected criteria sorted by okay to fund as yes.I have tried building an interface where I can select a funder to show the two tags.Now within each tag - I can show the list of organisation from the org table and the funders from the funder table. Hello everyone,I am currently working on a database in Airtable where I need to automatically generate a random number from a specific list of numbers for each new entry in my table named "Article". The list of possible numbers is as follows: [1448, 800, 140, 105, 106]. I want each time a new record is created, one of these numbers is randomly selected and inserted into a column named "Nombre".I tried using built-in formulas in Airtable, but they don't seem to work as I wish. I also tried writing a script in Airtable's Scripting app, but I haven't been able to get the desired behavior.I wonder if anyone has encountered a similar issue or if anyone knows how I could achieve this, either with formulas or with a script.

Hello, I'm not sure which category this would fall under. I'm working on generating an automated report based on our data. I don't want it to be too long, so under one filtered category, I only want the report to pull information tied to a checked-off box that was only checked off in the last 7-14 days. (I'd like to be able to change the date as needed) The checkboxes live in our subtasks field and are rich text. Is there a way to sort when these boxes where checked based on date? I would like to use airtable Forms to track Requests for Interpretation with my Architect. Here’s what I’m struggling with… I want to fill out each RFI with the information I’m requesting comments on. Each form will be a different request. Once I’ve filled out the Question, I want to share the form for the Architect’s Response. I only see ways to share the same blank form every time.

I have developed an interface and published to regular users, having two different tables. However, currently, it only permits users to search within a single table. Is there a way to enable users to conduct searches across both tables from this interface? 

I have a table of events that all have a start and end time/date.  The start field is "Start Datetime"For example, I have event that has a start datetime of 1/1/2019 at 11:00am.  All in a date field.  1/1/2019 specificially we use as a generic fallback for old events that didn't have a date.  So we pasted in 1/1/2019 at 11:00amThese events are linked to those who participated in them.  And they have a payment amount noted.So I created a rollup field with the intention of knowing how much we paid out to those in the last year.The rollup seems to be capturing linked events which are clearly older than a year, however, and I'm not sure why.My rollup filter has the "only include linked records from the Events table that meet certain conditions", and then a filter set to only include Where Start Datetime is Within the past year.Then it aggregates by SUM(values).None the less, it's including linked events from more than a year ago, but only those older events tagged
