I am trying to create a field that tells me is a date field, called Purchase Date, is before a specific date, 04/09/2023 (did/mm/yyyy, same format as the date field). This is my formula so far, but it returns a “0” (ie false) on all records so many what date I enter between the “ “ in the formula. IS_BEFORE({Start Date}, "04/09/2023")How do I fix this? Thanks!

Looking for a way to use Conditions to view something like this: Where Lookup Field  matches Linked Field I want to show all the date/times from a lookup field that corolate with the same employee who completed a form. Hopefully, the screenshot below helps explain it better?  

Hi, does anyone have any ideas on how to write a formula to mark a previous date for each person?

I am looking for a way to split expenses amongst people in our company without duplicating the total. We purchase company merch/promo items and that expense goes under our expense table and is assigned to 1 of our 7 offices, or corporate. We assign all promo expenses to "corporate". We then have an Inventory and an orders table. I add the inventory in as we buy more and add that to our expenses. Then, as the items are distributed to employees and partners those go under the orders table. The issue is the full expense amount remains under "corporate" instead of splitting it amongst the employees (who are assigned to a branch in the employees table) based on what is distributed to them in the orders table.

Good day to allI am looking for some help for my problem after spending all morning on it. My table is an 'audit table' for blood tests. I have a colum that is a linked field to another table that allows me to select the blood test requested (Samples requested). With each Sample there is an associated turnaround time from the lab. I have set this up as a single select and it is either 24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs or 5 Days. To view these TAT, I have a colum with 'expected TAT' and this is a lookup field. However, when I select several Samples, I can have several TAT. I only want to see the longest TAT ie if I had 24hrs, 24hrs, 48hrs - I would only see 48hrs. I have tried several different formulas and scripting and not wining at all. Any help is appreciated.

I have a Customers form and I want them to be able to add their pets. When I click +Add under Pets, I just get a list of currently entered pets. How can I actually add one? Thank you. 

I'm having trouble creating a Form that I can use for Performance Ratings, and having that Form's fields update the Record field for the table. I believe I might have this architected in not the best way. Let me explain below.I have a Table that list Vendor Records. Each Record tracks, names, locations, services, cost, etc.Additionally, these Vendor Records also track 4 Performance Rating Fields.In the Table Table, I created a Form, with the intention that I could provide this form to managers quarterly, and Have them fill in the 4 Ratings fields for the Vendors they manage. HelloMy brain is stuck on an operation that doesn't seem so complicated... butI have an "Event" table   and a "Days" table   Is it possible, or how can I achieve this result ("expected" page)?   I have a project in which events are created over time. When I create these events, I don't yet know the day(s) on which they will take place and their quantity (number of days).Would it be possible that when I add 1 day (or more) to a project, it creates a new record on another page ("expected" page)?

On April 4 my entire base disappeared.  We had been using this to track our inventory for the entire business since October of 2021.  I immediately contacted support and have still not heard back.  It has been 3 weeks.  This data was extremely critical for our business because it tracked all of our inventory.  I am hoping that the support team will be able to recover the data.  This happened to occur at the same time that Airtable released changes to their user interface, so I am not sure if that is related.  Please help!  Hopefully Airtable can access a "snapshot"  but I am not able to see them because they are accessed within the base, which is gone.

I am stuck 😫I am attempting to configure a webhook, but I continue to encounter a 401 error that seems to be related to the API token. I have thoroughly reviewed all the settings and ensured that I am inputting them accurately. Additionally, I am utilizing an Airtable pro plan, and there are no other users associated with my account, so I have all the permissions. Also if I put "Bearer" in front of the token it turns into a 403 errorAny guidance would be amazing!  

Hey All, I'm getting an error message about the Record ID when the IDs are the exact same. All automations are failing with the note "Record does not exist," yet the trigger is succeeding with the same Record Id. Photos below show the failing automation message and matching record Id from the trigger.   The Automation itself is based on formula fields which are populating correctly- photos below. If the Created Time (field) is within a certain Quarter (formula)- then update a single select field in the same record. I have this in 3 tables and for 1 everything is running correctly but for the other 2 everything is failing. Any advice before I submit to Airtable as a bug/glitch?

I love using forms to reduce data entry, however, I haven't been able to find a form that I can use to complete something as "complex" 😂 as a check request, specifically with multiple itemized lines presented in a Grid Format. Among other things, this Check Request Form would need Account Code, Description, and Dollar Amount *for multiple lines*. Hi everyone! Well I’ve been using AirTable to help me organize my inventory and sales orders. But now I’m trying to build a template to help me organize my construction project. In general I’m trying to set up a tab in my table that tells me how much money I have available, so that it takes all of the money we’ve received from the client in different instances and subtracts all of the money given to different contracts and shows us how much is available. When using linked records, is it possible to apply a value to only the first linked record in a cell?So if I have two tables.Table ATable BWith Table A, I'd like to find a way for the Revenue to only be a logged against the first linked record in the Products column. Is there a way to do this?(I can't do it the other way around - so applying the rollup to the first linked record only in the Sales column on table B, since I do need to be able to sum multiple Sales in this column). Effectively, I need to be able to roll up revenue from sales against each product, but in cases where multiple products are placed against a sale in Table A, I only want the revenue to be assigned to the first product in the list. Hope tha

Concept:  I have 3 columns  i  have a multi-select field of Job Types as followsAerial Display - Water / BargeAerial Display - LandClose ProximityI have a total invoice column in $ (approved spend)I have a formula column with the current formula "IF({Job Type}="Aerial Display - Water / Barge", ({ApprovedSpend}-2000)*.27, {ApprovedSpend}*.27)I have run into the issue that when the column 1 (job type) has more then just "aerial Display water/barge" selected it ignores the first, part of the formula. so I'd rather it be something along the lines of IFCONTAIN?  

Hi, I’m trying to find a way of calculating the difference between two values within the same field but in different records within the same table as per the image below. I have read many similar questions and answers but they always appear to be over complicated, although most have been from a few years ago. I am hoping therefore, Airtable might have introduce a simple way of carrying out this calculation and hope someone might be able to point me in the right direction.Just to clarify what I’m trying to achieve, I am tracking the weight (plus lots of other info) of our new puppy and want the ‘difference’ field to calculate the difference between his current weight versus his previous weight.

I'm working with a Kanban view where we drag action items into Today/Tomorrow (single select) options. I'm currently assigning dates manually, but I'd like to automate this - so that when someone drags an item into the "today" pile, it automatically gets today's date. I don't think it should be a formula (because that would automatically change dates on items that have been done in the past), but I can't find a way to automatically assign a date dynamically (today's date) with an automation. (but there must be a way, right?)

The timelines in airtable are not overly functional for what I need. I need to view up to 50 timelines on the same screen, each with multiple records. As you can see, I am only able to view a few things at once.Partially there is a base design issue here, but for other reasons I don't really want to redesign the whole base to make viewing easier.So the UI doesn't quite work for me here. I need something that can condense the vertical height these take. E.g. thinner lines, or being able to overlap them, or being able to "summarise" the total time frames on the sub-grouping.Does anyone have any suggestions for a better app that plays with airtable?
