Hello community I have been trying to solve an issue. I am looking for the correct formula to automatically fill the columns, (CCC Loads, variable expenses, fixed expenses) in the cost per mile calculator listed below. Those entries will be pull from 2 other table pictured below as well title (operating expenses & ccc loads). Please let me if anyone has any input on how I may be able to solve this issue. 

Hi, I'm creating an attachment via API and it shows the attachment but then gets deleted a few seconds later. Any tip on why this may be happening? Is it a bug in Airtable or the third party I'm using?

I set up an actionable message so that when copy needs to be reviewed my client can either approve or reject the design. But when they go to submit their answer, Airtable requires them to log in to AT to answer. My client has no use for AT it is purely my workflow system.Id there a way to get around this issue or does AT need to make an update?

I am running an automation that:reads a set of logics from a tablefor each logic (repeat for each > logics list) executes a script that does some calculationsI want to add a trigger that in the final "repeat for each" loop, a script updates a record in a table so that I know that the whole automation has been executed and can trigger the next one. I can write a script and input the length of the logics list but I am not sure how I can keep track of the current loop number (through a counter or variable?).

I am attempting to make a database for my social media.  I am having trouble with the best way to organize it.  I struggle with how I can put things in DATE order, We typically do Month and Week # so we don't have to change the date each year, but then it doesn't go in month order.I would like one grid with all our marketing ads, then some sort of way to separate for each type by date (either as a gallery or grid).  My questions are- What is the best way to sort by date?  If I have 1 row listing multiple dates, can I have another grid or form listing each week/date individually?For the image listed, I would like some sort of sorting to separate by date:Example:First week of the month SpecialJune Special

Does anyone know if contracting the TEAM plan you can create and synchronize more than one wokflow? Or is it $20 for each workflow?

Hello! I'm trying to create a button in a table that when I press it, moves the whole record to another table within the same base and, AFTER THAT, deletes the record from the original base. I'm using an API Token. Also, both tables have exactly the same columns, in the same order.However, I'm stuck with how to retrieve the record ID of the row where the button pressed is.Could someone help out with the script? Im not sure how to ask this in order to look up suggestions. I have an order form that I created on a workstation. Based on the photographer, the client is given the options offered by that photographer. Once they select the options/services they would like I am hoping to have a field that auto adds the selections they made. Is there a formula or script I can create where each selection they choose can be given a designated price that can be added up for a grand total much like an invoice?I am attaching an example of one of the photography options 

What can cause an Automation to trigger that is not shown in the revision history,  the automation does not use a view, just watches 3 fields that as far as I can see are not changing.Any pointers on what to look for appreciated.Note that the revision history on the left is for the record that triggered the Automation on the right.Paul  

I have a new automation that is supposed to send an email every week to show the status of each persons projects. In my test "run as configured" the emails send successfully with no issues. But in practice when they try to fire at the scheduled time it fails with the error message "The email was rejected by the mail provider". We have several Airtable automations running daily and Gmail doesn't "reject" any of those. I cant understand whats different about this one or why it works in the test run but not in reality.

I have a bit of a math problem I'm looking to solve:I manage a Department with about 85 Software Designers, which are assembled into 15 Squads, which support 3 different categories of software products. And about 1/3 of the work they do is product-agnostic (like onboarding, up-skilling, tooling maintenance, etc). I'm building of Airtable Interfaces so that Designers, Leads, Managers, and our VP have access to the project information that matters to them. I'm just a little stuck on how best to architect these Tables.Should house alllllll the Projects/Tasks (Epics/Stories) from all 85 Designer practitioners in ONE Table, and then group and parce with other Tables and/or Tags?OR should I create 3 Tables for each of the slightly different product categories (since that kind of makes sense ) and just accept that Practitioners will need to toggle around a bit in the Team's Interface?Also, would se

Hi, I'm having trouble regarding updating record from my Airtable App. I was using it just fine yesterday, but today I can't update the record from Airtable mobile app. I tried updating the record on web version and it works just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am on a free plan and have been notified of the changes to free plans in terms of limited api calls. I don't know if I use api calls and want to find out whether I need to upgrade or note. How do I find out how many api calls I make? Thanks

How can I share a doc link so that others will see the title of the doc rather than Airtable Brand? I want users to know the title and basic info of my doc instead of Airtable brand.   

 Hello,I had a form which worked great.Suddenly when I send the form to users, they are required to log in to respond.The toggle "see who submitted a response to the form" is off.I turned it on, and then off again, but it didn't help.Any thoughts?

So, I have created a booking system exactly like this How to make a simple booking system with Airtable! - YouTube , but I want to make an automation whenever the form is submitted, it will create a new event on Outlook. The problem is, the video doesn't show how can I automatically get the meeting end date & time, so I have a trouble at the automation configuration, since I have tried many several ways like doing formula to add on the date but it keeps giving me error, I have done various things as well but the automation does not show the meeting end date and time, instead they give me the options for length, value or record ID which does not make sense at all.Any idea on how I can approach this to work? I need it asap... if it's possible 😞 

Hi, My script below functions to auto generate meeting time slot dates for my team. However, the time generated does not reflect the time zone I hoped for, i.e., Australia/Perth, UTC+8. An existing base tracks students self-enrolling in classes by submitting Airtable forms.Tables:Students (linked to Classes)Classes (linked to Signups)SignupsThe Signups table contains forms to sign up for various classes. There are multiple forms because some require different information than others. What's really messy is that Students has one linked record to Classes for each type of class!When a form submission is received in Signups, an automation is triggered based on the kind of record received. If the class type is "Class A," automation A runs. If the class type is "Class B," automation B runs. The automations update the "Class x" linked record fields in Students.This gets more and more unwieldy since Students has multiple linked records to Classes. The person who created it is no longer with the company, but I was told the Signups table is a helper table. Attachments are not visible. They are attached, and uploaded, but are not visible. Is anyone having the same issue?

Hello! Is there a way to create a notification (using the color function) highlighting an expiration date in my Airtable to alert me five months before an asset expires?

I am wondering if anyone is able to assist with a couple of questions. 1.  When adding an attachment into the 'attachment' field I am simply adding from files and attaching a word document.  I am then having issues once I send the email with the attachment not coming through in the correct format.  It seems to only be coming through in email as a small photo that is quite blurry.  I am wondering if there is any work around to this and how I can have an email sent with the correct attachments - preferrably the word document.Above is my current airtable.  Each date has 3 specific shifts 0100/0800/1630.  I am wondering what I need to do in order to have 3 emails go out each day with the attachment (from question 1) as well as t

I have interface charts with titles like "How would you rate the clarity and thoroughness of this course?" and responses like "Extremely clear and thorough" that are cut off when I view the interface (so they look like "How would you rate the c..." and "Extremely clear and thoro..."). Clicking and mousing over don't expand them. I can't see how many responses there are because the number of responses is at the end of the response, which is cut off. There's a huge amount of white space around the chart. How do I make use of that space to display the data?
