Hi all - I’ve built a quick database to better understand who I’m following and who’s following me on Twitter in Airtable using syncs from Integromat + Zapier. Works great, syncs info to column headers for things like bio, # of followers, locatiton, title, etc. All things that help me understand who I’m connected with and can easily search through the database. My question is if I can turn this into a SaaS of sorts where a new user can signup, authenticate their Twitter account, and have a new base spun up specifically for their Twitter account (including followers/following). Is this feasible or goes beyond the strengths of Airtable and require custom code solution? Thanks for your help! Patrick

Hi, friends! I’m looking for suggestions on the best method to combine multiple attachments within a record. Essentially I need a button/formula/automation for each row in my table to act as Adobe’s “Combine Files” function in Acrobat. I use miniExtensions and they have an app to combine multiple attachment field into one, but they are still separate files whereas I need to merge them all into one. Is there an Airtable or Integromat function that can perform this task? Thanks in advance!

For my salesperson's airtable,  He needs to change the name of a few companies. He is unable to do that since it is a formula field. How can he undo the field from being a formula field and just a normal field so he can make edits to the name of a few companies?

I am trying to map this formula field into a date field in an automation. However, the automation cannot display the date, and I cannot add DATETIME_PARSE to this IF formula. How do I automate adding time to a date field?P.S. I cannot just use a lookup field, because I have tasks being created from other tables and they all use the same Due Date field, which is tied to further automation down stream.

Hi!with the API Key deprecation ... I was wondering if anyone in the community have been able to convert / use the "Gatsby-source-airtable" plugin to connect to airtable using the new API auth method?This might be more a question for the Gatsby community, but giving it a try here first.*Anyone aware of a different plugin that I could use to achieve the same results of sourcing my airtable data into Gatsby?   Or have any insight if that plugin will be updated to support the new auth method?Thanks a lot 😎

Hello!I have an automation set up that when a record enters a view, a script is run to delete the record. Almost every time it runs it throws some failure notices and I get multiple notifications from Airtable. But, it seems to work though. All records are deleted from the view when it runs. Usually there are only 20ish records that enter the view at a single time. And if I watch the view the records will disappear usually in under 10 seconds. Hi all; I am currently in the process of designing an AirBNB-like booking system for a company that leases multiple rental units. I have designed an interface where potential tenants can review the units they can choose from, however I'm running into a snag when it comes to being able to allow them to select their desired move-in and move-out dates (interfaces won't allow for filtering by date fields, apparently) to result in showing them properties that would be available during those times. I have read about using scripting to make this happen but have not been able to develop a script/formula combination that works, and the company doesn't want the responsibility of having to approve booking requests based on a manual check of whether or not that unit is available. Does anyone have guidance on how I can accomplish this? Quick one, I use date_add to calcuate a bunch of dates in different field. I am creating an application using an AirTable form. We are asking applicants to rank their availability preference for five single select choices. Since there is no ranked choice voting option available on AirTable currently, my workaround is to create five single select fields (questions in the form) with the same answers in each drop down. It's a little cumbersome.The functionality I'd like is, for each descending selection, the choice(s) made previously to be removed from the list (Ex: If Monday at 5pm was the #1 choice, then I'd like that choice to be removed from the 2nd choice question and so on). This would make it more user-friendly and avoid duplicate days/times being selected.I've a feeling this isn't possible quite yet but, if anyone has a workaround or better option for ranked choice voting in AirTable forms, please let me know. I have an airtable script calling a 3rd party API for OAuth to their platform but as of about a month ago when calling their auth url ex:  https://somecompany.com/api/oauth/token  i'm getting a failure when I run giving me this errror: Error: request to https://63.94.171.182/api/oauth/token failed, reason: write EPROTO 80AC1602D17F0000:error:0A000152:SSL routines:final_renegotiate:unsafe legacy renegotiation disabled:ssl/statem/extensions.c:893:It looks like when called from the script it is converting the url to an IP? when I call this API from Postman everything works fine so it is something Airtable side causing it to convert to an IP that has me blocked.. Help!

But I am struggling structuring my team individual and transversal To Dos.In my team, each team member has its individual AirTable base "To Do [name]" and each transversal project has its transversal AirTable base "Project [name]". The tasks in individual and transversal tables are structured with similar fields.Let's say I'm Céline : I have my individual base "To Do Céline", in which I have my individual tasks, which are not related to any transversal project and which therefore do not require to involve any other team member. I also have a Kanban view that enable me to visualize my individual tasks by status.I also have the transversal base "Project eCommerce" as I am involved in a few tasks within this transversal project.I would like to find a solution to include these transversal tasks into my Kanban view in my individual base "To Do Celine".&nb

I am not Airtable savvy, so any help is appreciated.I have a form that our customers fill out if they have damaged product, data goes into tab/table "Damages Info". They input information, two pieces of info being the CPO and SKU.I have a table synced to the base that contains all order and product information (tab/table Tracker).When a form is submitted, I'd like for Airtable to automatically look at the SKU and CPO that was submitted in 'Damages Info" table, find the line item in the synced "Tracker" table with the same SKU and CPO, and then auto populate several fields in the "Damages Info" table with the info from the "Tracker" line item.Is that possible? I have a field called ID, and it's an autonumber field.  I cannot get it to display in my email.  I've tried creating a formula field with it, too, with some prepended text and tried adding &"", too, which was suggested somewhere.  I can add the Airtable record ID with no problem and other formula fields and have them included in the text of the email.  But anything I do with my ID field will not show up in the email.  The test data does have an ID in the ID field and a value in the ID Text formula field.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I’d like to expand my base that I use to manage my orders for meal kits. I have a table that calculates packaging cost by entering the case price, then units per case, then it gives the cost per unit. I’d like to add this cost to the different meal kit entries which are on another table. The way that I WANT to do it is to use the “link to another record” field, then use the “lookup” field to pull the cost per unit, then use a “formula” field to sum these together. The problem is that I can only select each entry once in the “link to another record” field. So if I use, let’s say, 3 black plastic containers, I can’t calculate it properly. I guess I could have multiple entries for eack packaging item, but that seems like a weird workaround. Is there a function that might do what I want? I’ve added “food costing” base templates, but each of those uses a separate entry for each ingredient amount (i.e. one cup of flour and two cups of flour are separat
