Hello all, I'm working with formulas, but got stuck on something. What I'm trying to accomplish here is simple, but not sure how to formulate it. I have a linking record for an invoice for NET Terms: NET15, 30 etc. I have the formula set up, but I want that converted into a date format rather than what I have.  IF({TERM}="NET15", "15 Days from 'Due Date'", IF( {TERM}="NET30", "30 days from 'Due Date'" ) )  Simple, but this is the output:Pretty simple, however I was testing the formula, and for invoice structure - I wanted a date format approach. So If NET15, then have the "Due Date" 15 days BASED off of the "Date" field. I don't know how I'd structure that, but that's the primary goal. Instead of showcasing "15 days from 'Due Date'", I'd rather it show a date format. EX: D

Hi,I want to send forms to end users, using a link sent via mail.the link contains data that should be uploaded to the form with info relevant to specific users.I created the URL to the form successfully, but when I send the mail, the user receives it as a text and not hyperlink.the link to the form is very long, so I suspect that this is the reason it doesn't become active.Any Ideas on how to approach this issue?ThanksNitai

Hi there. I have a event table full of info for scheduling a bunch of different types of "events."One of the pieces of data is the frequency these events need to occur in weeks. So some happen every week, some happen every 2, some every 4 weeks, etc.In a planning table, that assigns specific information to each instance of the event (primarily location), there is look up fields for the event table info, and look up field to a location table. Since all the events have different frequencies, I would like to automate the creating of the next events somewhat. Is that possible? So if I create "Event 1" assigned to "location 1" on the 1st of July 2023, and "event 1" repeats every week, can I have it automatically create "event 2" on 8th of July 2023? This could ideally b

I want to send an email every day at 12:00 p.m. to each record that matches a specific criteria. Trigger: At a scheduled time Actions 1: Find Records Actions 2: Send Gmail When I run the application with the above settings, the email addresses of the target users are included in the cc and the email is sent all at once. How can I send each email individually?

I am currently using the "when a record is updated" trigger paired with 10 separate condition groups, each with its own "update record" action to change the status of records that meet specific criteria. The problem is that it relies on the record to be updated in order to trigger. I'd like to do this same thing using the "at a scheduled time" trigger so I can run this automation daily whether a record was updated or not. I've tried using "find records" to get a list of records to update followed by an "update record" action but I get a "received invalid inputs" error.  

Hi everyone! Excel offers this ability so I'm wondering if there's a similar formula I can use to achieve this here? I want the "Link" column to be populated with a URL but the ID at the end of the URL needs to be populated with the "Number" column.Bonus points if you can show me how to hide the URL string behind the same name of the number column as well.

I'm ok at writing formulas, but I always need to look up stuff, and it takes me a while to do basic things as it doesn't come naturally. Which means when I go back to an old formula, it takes me quite a while to understand how it works. I know in other forms of coding, you can add notes that don't affect the code - i.e. to help another programmer understand what something is doing. Is there a way to do that in the formula fields?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Airtable takes the local date settings from your computer for it's default formats. I.e. here in New Zealand, we represent date "DD/MM/YY," where as "MM/DD/YY" seems to be thing in America. Most of the time, Airtable uses the DD/MM/YY format.However, I occasionally run into an issue where writing formulas with dates (e.g. "if this happens before 01/10/2023, then this"). It seems in formula (and I guess perhaps script) functions of airtable, it only interprets american formats. Is there a way to manually override this as an account setting, so I don't have to figure out why my new formula isn't working each time? (It happens infrequently enough that it's usually a ten minute problem to figure out - and isn't very friendly to my colleague who uses airtable far less often but might need to play with a formula I've made).

I have an automation set up that is supposed to send an email each Monday at 8am letting people know the status of upcoming items that are due and a list of what is needed to complete them. The automation pulls the information from 3 different tables (using a particular view in each one) and inserts it into the email.One of the fields it's supposed to pull is the 'Needed to Complete' field (long text field with rich formatting enabled). The automated email pulls all of the other fields fine, but will not pull in this one. And it's not just that the values are empty - the column isn't showing at all in the email.I've tried retesting a few different times and it still will not pull that field in. Here's what the structure of the automation looks like: Any idea why it won't pull in that one field?

I'm building a base that users can copy, and I notice all my tables, records, fields, and extensions copy over when I create a template of that base. However, I'd like the templated base to include the automations I built, plus the interfaces if possible. (Honestly, the automations are more important.) I've poked around the Community and even asked ChatGPT (which swears this built-in functionality is possible in Airtable, but I can't find it!).I see other topics in the Community related to duplicating bases (and thereby duplicating automations) but this base template will be set up for other users to use as a starting point, and they wouldn't have access to the backend of my Airtable system.Thanks for any guidance!

I have more than 35-40 filter options available. Example: Founder, CEO, CMO, CFO, Manager etc. How can I reuse filters in multiple tables and bases?Currently I have to manually select each of them one by one for each table and base. 

Hi, is it possible to add customised actions onto the right-click menu on Airtable? For example, one of my columns has email addresses listed. I would love to be able to right click and hit an option like ‘Find on HubSpot’, which would just create the search query URL with the email address in question in a new tab to save me having to copy and paste a lot through the day. Currently it has options for Insert, Expand, etc…

All Gantt views in my base are currently erroring right when I open them and continuing to error if I dismiss or refresh. I have cleared cache and browser data, updated browser, reinstalled chrome and restarted the pc multiple times. It was working perfectly until yesterday afternoon. Has anyone else experienced this or a similar issue? I rely heavily on these Gantt views for my base.

Hi, I've searched for an answer but haven't found anything posted recently. Thanks for any help.Simple question. I'm looking for records daily at 3 p.m. that meet certain conditions. If I find them, I send an email with the records. But is there a way to do nothing if I don't find anything that matches the conditions? Will the automation automatically abort if conditions are not met? I don't want to send blank emails. Thank you.

Hey there.... using the latest version of Google Chrome, and for some reason the manual reorder function within an expanded set of records no longer seems to be working for me.  Previously, if I opened up a field and I didn't like the order of the entries presented, I could "grab" them and resort them to my preference.  Now nothing happens when I hold my mouse button down, and the only action I'm able to take is to fully open any particular entry by clicking on it.Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm trying to determine if its possible to have a "link to another record field" show you filtered options.  Right now when I select "Test Building" I see all the records (Buildings), within the "Buildings" table which is GREAT!  However, when I click the "link to another record field" labeled Suites, it shows me ALL the records within the "Suites" table.  Is there a way to be able to show me only the records/"suites" that are assigned to whichever building I select? To Summarize, all my buildings are in the building table.  All my suites are in the suites table. I'd like to be able to see filtered options based on which building I select, as opposed to ALL the suites in the table.  Is this possible?  Thanks!

I use the primary field to display the content of another field (single select)In the primary field, I have a formula that is the other field name (ML ID)When I add content to ML ID  it saves and displays ok. However, it doesn't show up in the primary field. The only way I can get it to display in the primary field is to delete it in ML ID and then select it again, whereupon the primary field displays it.I attach screenshots14.51.48 shows the field ML ID in which I've added abc14.52.59 I've removed the abc (by selecting the blank or empty) shows the primary field which displays (for no apparent reason) --14.53.20 shows the primary field and ML ID field as it should beAny suggestions, please? 

I have a multi-select field of colors.  I have some records that have the same color listed mulitple times (i.e., yellow).  I would like to remove the duplicates.  I have tried the work-around in "Rollup Array Unique?" (make the field a lookup field and then use arrayunique(lookup field)), but I still get duplicates.  Any other suggestions of how to get rid of the dupes?

Hello!So i was wondering if it was possible to create a formula (or combine formulas) in order to use the data from one date field and add 7 days to it in another. and then filter it if the project status matches certain conditions.I got the first part to work using: DATEADD({Project Date}, 7, "days") which worked perfectly,  but im not sure if its possible to then have it say "not needed" or even have it be blank if the project type matches certain conditions and still show the date if it matches other conditions! I also tried this:IF(OR({Project Type} = "Wedding",{Project T

All of our integrations with Microsoft Teams have stopped working. We have an automation to automatically send a message to a Teams Channel when a new person applies to the company (by sending an airtable form). I can connect the Microsoft Teams account, but I can’t select any channels or teams in the automation settings. Anyone else?
