We are working with Google Workspace in our company and because of a domain change, our email addresses changed. Since we are all using "Login via Google", we are not able to login anymore. No other tool had any problem with the domain change, just Airtable. We are a Pro user and I reached out to the support on Tuesday early morning. No answer until now. We are not able to access any of our bases. Any idea what we can do?

Hello world, I’m new to airtable and to this community and I think that I need your help :pray: I have a integer field (called “votes”) that is set to 1 when a record is created. I have a checkbox field which is not filled by default. I created this automation : When record matches this criteria = Checkbox is filled Then I want to update the record’s field “votes” by adding 1 But as it’s a integer field I can only “Add a number” :confused: Can you advice me on what should I do please ? I've spent a fair bit of time looking and IF, AND, OR, SWITCH formulas but can't seem to figure this out for making three different options using two fields with the correct punctuation.I have two fields, {Full Name} and {Organization}.If there is just a name, I want 'Full Name'If there is just an organization, I want 'Organization'If there is both a name and organization, I want 'Full Name (Organization)'  This is the least complicated of all the attempts made which seems to work, but I can't figure out how to get the brackets to behave. IF({Full Name}=TRUE(),{Full Name},(IF({Full Name}=FALSE(),{Organization Name},{Full Name}&

I deleted my entire workspace. I am unable to undo because the workspace deletion also took the Trash button.  Desperately needing help. Airtable support is unwilling to help and suggests I reach out to the support community. In the meantime the clock is ticking. The seven day windows to undo the deletion is rapidly closing.

I have one field that I would like to generate from three other ones. First Name, Last Name and Company If there is a first and last name in the directory I would like to display it as the following: Last Name, First Name If there is no person’s name then I would like it to only display the name of the company. I just don’t know how to remove the space and comma. Currently using this: CONCATENATE({Last Name}, ", “, {First Name},” ",Company) I’m thinking I need some sort of IF/THEN statement?? Thanks!

Is there someone who can share an easy to follow example on how to retrieve data from Airtable and show them in a Nuxt 3 app? I managed to call the data but struggle to return the data to the vue page where I want to display it. I realise that this is not really a problem with Airtable, I would just want an example I can follow. There seem to be many different approaches, via a Netlify function (not my preferred option), using the Airtable.js library, using a "composable" ...  

In a lookup field which returns multiple values (a comma separated array of values) the sort order seems random. Is there a way to sort this result alphabetically? Thank you.

Hi- So I know just enough to be dangerous. To myself. So thanks for any help you can provide.I am trying to time stamp records when the Status changes to Pending. I figured out the formula, but as soon as the Status changes from Pending to Published (the next step in the process), the time stamp goes away. I am trying to keep track of when writers submit their articles (marked Pending).Is there any way to keep that time stamp - even when the Status gets changed from Pending to Published? Is there a better/smarter way to accomplish this?Thanks for any help you can provide.

Looking for help. We are on a pro plan and currently have a shared workspace, which means everyone in my organisation can access all bases. I’d like to amend this so that we can have private bases as well. Can anyone help?

Hey everyone,We're currently building a "content library" of video clips in AT... And instead of having our editors click a URL that takes them "out" of Airtable... I'd love for them to have a way to just play the video from WITHIN Airtable itself. Is there a way to do this?One thing to mention is that we are using Iconik for our media storage. So the code (or extension) would need to pull from/integrate with Iconik into Airtable. The purpose is just to make things easier/faster for our editors to click and play clips from within Airtable... instead of having to open a new tab every time they want to see a clip. Hope that makes sense! Hi all, newbie here - is there a way to create multiple columns in one go from a list of column title headers I have as a list? I have 60 + columns and have written the Column names down as a list (which can be also as rows in one column) and want to create all the columns in one go rather than one by one as it is time-consuming (all the columns are of the same type - text) . On the Pro Plan.I am using a simple automation to send emails to static addresses.  The process is functioning well and emails are successfully sent to any address correctly entered into the To: field of the automation.  However, there is one exception.  The process will not send to one specific email address (sales@xxxxx.com).  No email is ever received.  It does not go to the Junk box: Airtable automation history says the message was sent.  This is particularly odd because this is the email address used as the login for the whole account!  It is happening in several different automations.  In the attached screenshot the email to diane@xxxx.com was received.  There is no sign of the one going to sales@xxxx.com.  The

I have an updates table with two forms.  One form is for instructors to upload their lesson plan to the main program table.  The other form is for program managers to make changes to records in that same main table.I have two different forms, with separate pre-fill form urls.  Screenshots are below.Whenever an instructor uses their upload form to submit the lesson plan, the link for program managers breaks.  Why is this happening?Thanks in advance.

Hi!I am new to airtable so I am looking for some help. I am trying to create a database/input form for data that will be loaded into powerBI.The goal is to analyze revenue streams in PowerBI. Each revenue stream has a set of fields, among them are StreamID (Unique), report date, department, revenue type and $ sum. For each revenue stream I want to be able to allocate a percentage of the sum to the brokers in the company. The number of brokers per project varies.  What I am wondering is how I can create multiple key value pairs for each revenue record in my database? I currently have two ideas for how it could be solved:1. Hi everyone,I'm working in a table in which each item has two potential "availability" dates. Each item might have an availability date "A" and an availability date "B", but they will all have an availability date "B". I'm trying to set due dates for each item based on a few variables. What I need is a formula that compares availability dates A and B, and then gives me a due date that is either 60 days out or 5 days out. If availability date A is before date B or 55 days or less after date B, I need the due date to be based on date A and to be 60 days before date A. If date A is more than 55 days after date B or is empty, I need a formula that gives me a due date based on date B and one that is 5 days before date B. In the midst of all of that, I need a formula that won't give me weekends as a due date. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi guys,I currently have the below in a grid view.I would like to have a formula in the "Timeframe Status" column which will do the following:1. Check whether text has been added to the "RFI Resolution" field.2. If the "RFI Resolution" field is not empty, then check the hours between the "Date Created" field and the "Due by" field. If this is less than 48 hours, then return the text "Within time". If it is equal to or greater than 48 hours, then return the text "Past due". I would like the hours to be shown decimal 0.003. If the "RFI Resolution" field is empty, then return the text "Ongoing". Again, I would like the hours to be shown decimal 0.00Thanks

Current Formula: DATETIME_DIFF({End Time},{Start Time},'hours') But if I have a "Day-Off", no date + time are listed, so on these line items they return NAN. If start + end date are blank, return 0 (Zero). Searching the community post, I have not been able to locate this formula. I would appreciate your help. 

Is there no way to turn off the permissions to create forms for users?I do not see a way to turn this permission off for users, it appears anyone able to create any other view is able to create a form. It would be nice to be able to turn of the specific ability to create form views. Without having the ability to set required cells inside the table itself, we have ended up relying on using forms for our method of inputting information into the tables as we can control required fields in forms. We use both the normal view forms, and forms in interfaces. The issue currently is that anyone with the ability to create a view is able to create a form which allows them to bypass the requirements of the intended forms and interfaces we have made to ensure that our data remains in a somewhat stable state. It seems like a weird loophole that users are able to bypass required fields unless I am missing something. Has anyone else run into this type of p
