Hello all, I am trying to automate/ organise/ consolidate the way i run my Shopify product information.I use Airpower (a 3rd party API integrator) to sync Airtable to and from my Shopify.I am trying to create a product description field (rich text/ HTML) then sync it to my Shopify product information field.Currently:My product information field is in Rich Text and will sync across to airtable. What I want:I wanted to split the field further - e.g. About The Item, In the Box, Compatibility So that I can make the formatting more consistent ​​​​The Result Format I want: <h3>About The Item</h3>This phone case is… The colour is… It is made of durable plastic etc...

I have numbers 00001 to 00014, but have not listed the numbers from 00015 to 00200 yet because I to update photos with a watermark. However, I have records from 00200 onward updated and on the website. Is there a way to include 00015 to 00200 as empty records to maintain the sequence of autonumbering then input the record for 00201 and continue? I hope this makes sense.  thanks Linda

Hi Everyone, I've started using the new interface forms and come across a few issues with loading. The latest one can be seen in the attached. When a client receives a link in an email to the form, then adds some text, they get this error when submitting 'Refresh Page to Submit Form' (Refreshing doesn't help)This works OK if I'm logged into Airtable but not from a incognito or anonymous users. The form is set to allow anyone on web to submit. Anyone else having this issue? looking for a quick fix rather that return to the previous forms Cheers

Hi, I have about 50 task fileds that each have a status. They can be marked as Assigned, In Progress, Complete, Question for Supervisor,  Question for Administrator. Each field is a multiple select field, because sometimes there is a question for both the supervisor and the administrator. I have a view for the supervisor and a view for the administrator that are each filtered to only show tasks that have a question for them. I have 2 rollup fields in a table that are formatted to show ARRAYUNIQUE(values). I am trying to create a formula column that combines these values in an array, and only displays unique values. I was trying to use: ARRAYUNIQUE({Rollup1},{Rollup2}), but am only getting the values from Rollup1 to show up. Help?

I have a decent sized based we’re using as a CRM. Every entry is tagged with a representative’s name in a single select field. Over time, some reps have come and gone, and I don’t want to have their names available to select for new enteries, but I don’t want to lose the data of who made previous entries. What I really wish I could do is toggle certain single select options on and off, but I don’t believe I can do that without losing the formatting that we have now, which is helpful. Anyone know a way around this? Screen shot below of what I’m trying to achieve. I do not want to use an interface to resolve this problem, as my team typically does not use interfaces that are built for them! Thanks for any advice you all might have! 

Hello,I am new here and am trying to find a way to create a new record (and auto-populate some data into this new record) when the user pushes a button on a different table.Example:I have table A and table B. I want to find a way whereby if the '2024 Definate Grow out' box is checked on a given record in table A, a new record is automatically inserted into table B, which copies over some of the data from the relevant record in table A into this new record in table B. I have managed to create an automation which inserts a new record in Table B every time I push the button on a record in Table A, but do not know how to copy across the data into the new record on Table B or if this is even possible.  Thank you!  Z

So the context is that I have two tables. 1 table is for quotation (Tbl_RFQ) and another table is for when quotation is confirmed (Tbl_Confirmed). For example, an item in Tbl_RFQ may invite 3 bids (i.e., 3 records). However, only 1 bid will be selected for each item. Hello all, We have recently implemented Airtable on our team to account for hours worked by employees. To gather the information, I created a form in which they answer at the end of every work-day to take into account the actual hours worked. These answers feed a database that groups every reply by week/employee. In the database, I created a column of “Work-day” which is the employee’s weekly hours divided by 5 business days. This way, when they answer the form, I would have the daily overtime and then it would be grouped weekly and it would give me the weekly overtime.However, the team is mainly composed by part-time workers and that’s where it becomes tricky. We don’t really enforce a fixed start/finish hour, so a person who has a contract of 18 hours/week, may work only 2 days one week and then 5 days the next week, picture below.

Hi there,In order for me to create a junction table. How can I get certain data from one table to another? I am looking to get all submissions, team, month, points awarded.   I would like it to move over these fields and when a new recorded is added for it to add those as well Is this possible?

I have started a blank canvas instead of using a template to show various data.  Is there a way to use a pivot table within a blank canvas?  I want to show points given by each team as the column and each row would be the team then across the top would be each month and then within each would be the number of points given. I would then want to replicate this with the amount of submissions example is below using the template   

Hello,Am wondering if there is any way to have a table in page designer be dynamic in size?  We would like to use page designer to generate invoices, but some clients have only a couple of lines while others have 15-20.  The biggest current issue are the large invoices that have too many rows to fit into a one-page table.  Right now, it just gets cut off. Is there a way to extend the table to a second page?In an ideal world, my total price, etc. fields would be at the bottom of a table that only is as tall as the number of rows in it, whether it is 3 rows or 30.  Thoughts?Thanks,Alex

Hello,I am trying to figure out how to create this base without over complicating it. I have customers who need to request licenses for three different softwares. This needs to be in the same form.
