While building a custom interface in Airtable, I wanted to display smaller images—something like a profile picture in a small circle. But I noticed there’s no way to resize the image component. It either shows up full-size or doesn't fit the layout the way I want.Is there any possible way?

Hello,Did Airtable change how they duplicate bases recently? It seems that when duplicating a base, it uses the same table ID and View ID from the original base. This broke my API that updates/inserts table metadata to my database by table ID as well the API that fetches table metadata by table ID. Disclaimer: The bases here are all just test bases so there is no real information stored in there.Before, when duplicating base, the table ID was also changed as seen in the screenshot below. Hey all.I have a table that has a “status” or “level” for users.  The idea is to have the formula update an unique status/level with the year, e.g.,CONCATENATE(Select," - ",YEAR)SO what I’d need is Gold 2024, Gold 2025, and then when the year with a formulat: (YEAR(TODAY()) updates, we’ll have 2026 and so on.Unfortunately, with a formula right now, 2024 cannot be created.  Perhaps an Automation that updates this based on year(today()) ? Any ideas?

I put in a ticket but haven’t gotten a response, was just wondering if anyone knows why I might have lost access from n8n, i’ve tested both oauth and personal access tokens, ensured the permissions are all granted, tried new n8n airtable nodes, tested old and new credentials, and added money to my airtable subscription since it started while I was on the free plan. Every airtable connection regardless of which type of authorization yields:403, { "error": { "type": "INVALID_PERMISSIONS_OR_MODEL_NOT_FOUND", "message": "Invalid permissions, or the requested model was not found. Check that both your user and your token have the required permissions, and that the model names and/or ids are correct." } } Node version2.1 (Latest)n8n version1.95.3 (Cloud)Anyone have a theory I might test to get access again? 

Hi all -- I’m see a number of functional bugs in my dashboard interfaces, including “ghost” so-call “element” data sources, as well as disappearance of linked field dynamic filtering for dropdowns. It was working fine before the roll-out came to me today, but it’s been a bit catty-wompus ever since. Am I the only one? Bueller?

Hi all, I want to create a Table 1 with a list of tags and use it to create a matchmaking system that works across other tables.So whenever I add a tag to Table 1 it would automatically appear as a tag option in different multiselect columns in other tables. Is it possible? How can I use the same tag system across several columns? 

Hi everyone!Two of my collaborators are using Airtable on their tablets, and when they try to open certain pages (like interfaces or synced views), they get the message:“This page is not supported on mobile.”Or“Incorrect Permissions” The strange part is: I can open the same exact pages on my phone (mobile browser and Airtable app) without issues. Their permissions haven’t changed, and they’ve had access before. We tried checking their login, app version, and even attempted opening in a browser instead of the app, but the problem persists.Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be device-specific, or related to screen size/resolution? Any ideas or workarounds would be appreciated!Thanks in advance 🙏

On my form, I have a couple of questions linked to a single select field.  It's automatically naming the button and I don't know how to edit that.  Instead of Add record or Add show, I just want to change it to Add Committee Preference. 

Hello,We are using the “Phone SlackID” field in Airtable and passing its value into the body of a message using the “Slack Send a message” action in an Automation to send mentions.In the “Phone SlackID” field, we’ve set each user’s display name in the format @last.first, and it has been working correctly for almost all users.However, after one staff member changed their display name, they no longer receive mentions. Specifically, @last.first now appears as plain text.Could you please advise us on how to resolve this issue?

I feel like this might be a Fillout issue but thought I would check here to see if anyone can identify if I'm doing something wrong.  I have a base connected to a form in Fillout.  When I pull up the form and click “integrate” at the top, it shows a connection to the correct table. When I click back on...Edit at the top, Go to the page that contains a field linking to a subform Click the field the subform is attached to,   Open settings on the right Click Edit Record creation form to pull up the form,...it says connected at the top, but when I click the integrate tab on the sub form and look at my connections, I continue to get the following message.  I've updated my API Key in Fillout, updated my PAT Token in Airtable, cleared my cache, confirmed my mapping is correct, I don't have any automations that might cause the problem,  and tried a different browser.   I was connected to a different base and i

The above is a view.The idea is instead of trying to get an automation to trigger by 48 hours prior to the start date of an event, and sending an email, I thought perhaps, the automation being triggered when entered by a view that only displays events that are 48 hours(2 days) prior to an event. However, my view from the settings still shows, all the start dates.   

Hey AT brains trust, I'm at my wits end attempting to get this interface to simply filter to show me my un-approved expenses. This is for our Base to manage all org expenses, which each FY I duplicate, turn old automations off and new ones on, rename to current FY, recolour and a little bit of renaming inbudget areas. An interface we rely heavily on is sending me this error message.The field is single select and has not changed The filter is specific and again very simple, we want to see unapproved expensesI have copied the field and used that, I have duplicated the base, I have reentered the filters and have had no luck and am losing my brain. The previous FY still works but nothing has changed in this area.Please help

The decision to lock the Visibility function of fields in interfaces to business accounts is unfortunate. Of all the upgrades that going from Teams to Business grants, this is the most arbitrary one. The ability to turn off fields is a simple quality of life function that no one is going to be upgrading to get, it's a punitive measure against those of us who are not as well funded.The poorest organizations using teams are also those that typically will most need the Visibility function in interfaces. They will generally have the lower paid or more transient staff that turning off fields and buttons will prove most crucial for.Case in point, non-profits will often have volunteers who can greatly benefit from not being able to see or interact with functions until other steps have been taken or not taken. Is there any way to remove the "Download CSV" option from member databases?I wanted to keep the data only in the cloud and not have the option to extract the data this way.

I have a date time difference formula formatted to decimal with 2 places but not returning any values less that one. My formula is as follows: DATETIME_DIFF({End Time},{Start Time},'hours')What am I missing? If I recall correctly this should be able to return hours less than 1 (e.g. 0.5 for half an hour difference)

I'm working on a few projects that are using a gallery view, one of which is a publicly shared interface. I'm excited about the changes, but have a question about one of the new features. My users have noted the change immediately of getting the expanded image rather than going to the record detail. Does anyone know of a way to turn off this feature?Thank you!

Is it possible to add the button on my detail page to the actual interface List view? Rather than having a user click into the record detail page, I’d like them to just be able to click the button and trigger updates within the List View on the interface page.

Hello, I'm stuck and need your help.I created a 6-page contract using the Airtable Page Designer extension.The problem is twofold: I succeeded in the first step but not the second.Basically, the Page Designer extension only allows you to edit a single page. I found a way to extend the page height by multiplying it by 6. Except that Airtable doesn't allow you to insert page breaks, and I'm exporting a very long PDF file that I can't split. And no matter how hard I search, I haven't found an acceptable solution for printing this contract correctly.Do you have any solutions or advice?Thanks!

Hi, I’m building a page to track hours — comparing what we’ve budgeted versus the actual hours spent. We’re tracking time in Harvest, and at the moment I’m manually entering that data to match it up, which means there’s no direct link between the two systems. We use the same standard phases for every project (example: B01-B09). Each time a client signs a fee proposal, I want to add these same phases to the new project and allocate the initial budgeted hours. In Excel, I’d simply copy and paste multiple rows, but in this system I can’t duplicate more than one row at a time, which is slowing things down.Ideally, I’d like to be able to duplicate all phases (B01-B09) and assign them to a new project in one go, then input the hours. I also update the actual hours weekly, so it needs to be easy to maintain. 

Hi! Do you know if it’s possible to add the text generated for an AI field to an email automation? Everything seems fine in the other fields but not in the AI generarted. I tried copying it with a formula but it is not working.   

Hello!I am a novice with automations and trying to figure this out:I have one table for Projects, each record is a separate project that is then linked to records in another table for Deliverables. When I change the status of a project to Archived, I’d like an automation to trigger all the linked records in Deliverables to also change their status to Archived. What is the best way to set this up? Thanks in advance!

AirTable is not allowing me to upload my CSV file. I click on the + sign, select “CSV file” under “Add from other sources”. I drag in my CSV file under the “Local Files” section and click “Upload 1 file”. It seems to work, I select “Create a new table” under the “Import your file” dropdown. It shows me a beautifully created base with all the column's I’d like.  However when I click “Import” I get an error sign saying “Can’t import CSV file” with the statement “Invalid data” underneath. Does anyone know what might be going on / how I can fix this. The only option airtable gives me is to click a button saying “Okay” and I’m back to the start.
