Hello. I am new to Airtable and have spent a better part of a week trying to figure this out and I'm stuck. I hope the community can help me out.Our Airtable connected to our Shopify store via Airpower, so everything is synced in real time.We have a Table named 'Order Line Items' that displays each Shopify order and each item (SKU) is separated in its own row within the order. What we are trying to achieve is to display the inventory number for each item.Inventory data is stored in another table named 'Variants' and organized by SKU in one field, and the inventory quantity in another field.Does anyone have experience with dealing in anything similar?I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I have gone as far as being able to create a field in the Order Line Items table that links to our Variants table (that contains inventory data). However, I have to manually enter the SKU that was ordered before inventory count can display. The example below wh

Hi!I am looking for a way to connect airtable and slack allow users in my Slack to use forward slash commands to request data from from specific fields in a base in Airtable. The goal is to create a seamless way for teams to retrieve specific information directly in Slack from Airtable. I am the main admin in our Slack and Airtable so permissions arent an issue.Example:Use simple commands like /Airtable to retrieve theinformation.Information I am trying to request would includeRegionLanguageQualityetcBeing able to filter the content would be great too.I have tried Airtable automation but havent been able to figure it out.Thanks for your assistance in advance!

Hey guys!I am trying to link a Outlook 365 group calendar thats shared with me to airtable, but airtable only seems to see My Calendars (one's I've created).  Does anyone know of a way to get airtable to see the group calendar? I thought it might have it's own login since it has a email address, but apparently not. Let me know if anyone has run into this or has a solution. Thanks! 

So I was following a video by AI Andy called Scrape 1000 viral content ideas: Mind Blowing Automation...I have never done anything like this and have ran the scrapers, entered the API keys, and followed the directions of ScottWorld for using MAKE with Airtable. Yet, I still get error 403. Do you need a paid account to get this to work from Airtable? Do I even get starting credits when I join? The credits say zero, but I am not sure if I need them or not. I guess there is no free trial offer? Any thoughts would be helpful!Thanks,Ryan

I checked some other forum posts and the Airtable notes on how to get tables to sync manually, however am only able to find the below:beyond the manual trigger button, there is no way to directly trigger a sync action between 2 tableswork around is to update a record in a synced table, to trigger Airtable's automated sync actionanother work around, or combined with the above, is to use 3rd party tools eg. Zapier to touch a record and trigger a syncI was hoping for another way to trigger a sync action (API or Airtable functionality) directly eg. by automation, so not by doing the above. The email works and sends, and the test email is received into the inbox but the attachment isn't there on the outgoing email.The attachment field is filled 'Doc 1st Email' from the relevant column, the attachment is in the column,I'm really at a loss as to what I'm missing here.

Hello! I am currently pulling info from Jira into a table, and then pulling Sprint Start / End dates from Jira into another table. Because Jira doesn't expose that information directly, it is pulled into a GSheet, which I then pull into Airtable.The Sprint Name is pulled from Jira directly into my main table, and there is an exact match for each in the Sprint Info table. I created a Link to Another Record field which sources from the Sprint Info table, and corresponding Start / End date Lookup fields based on that table. I created an Automation that looks for any records in my main table that have a non-empty value and updates the Sprint Info 'Link to' field with the value from the Sprint field (screenshot below).When I generate a preview of the automation results, I can see that the Sprint Info linked field gets a value, but when I go back to my table, nothing is actually be

Our team is moving from Power Automate Flows to Airtable and I would like to see if its possible to replicate the automations. I understand that some features are very similar however Power Automate has a 'Parse JSON' feature that Airtable does not have. Do you know the best way to replicate this into Airtable?

Hi.When a form is submitted I want to send an email with a PDF of the submitted form.. I know how to create automation for an email, but now I ran into a problem of how to get that PDF. I already created how the PDF will look like with extension (Page designer) but I don't know how to automate that when the Form is submitted that the PDF is created (and also sent as attachment). So bottom line: I want that the PDF is created when the Form is submitted (and also if there is possibility, that this PDF is saved in the "attachemnt" field in the same Table).  Thanks.

I am trying to create an automation which take entries in one table to create a record in another table. It is currently erroring out on the date field as it seems to have multiple dates in the field (not sure why since I only see one date).  Is there a way to get the latest date or the date of the current value? I have also noticed that there are other fields with multiple entries as the project information is update. Is there any way to just get the latest information? Do I have to write a script? hello every one,so i set my trigger on "When webhook received" (i receive a webhook for every new order in shopify) the problem is i wont to create a line on airtable for every line item and it has to contain all clients detail and product info related to that line item, any help would be appreciated.

Require some help on moving/changing data between Airtable and Shopify, using integromat. Reason? We have items where stock is managed in Airtable and Shopify. Shopify is used for items sold online, the Airtable system for items associated with jobs within the business (the items are automotive parts, so we sell some, and use some internally). The reason the items are managed on Airtable is for integration with other data/information requirements. Stock is managed in Airtable by having 1x table that is a list of items, and one times table where a stock adjustment record is added. Example, Item A exists in the list table. On the stock adjustment table, if stock is removed, a line is added that links to that item, with ‘1’ added to a Stock Out field, likewise for stock in. Hello,I am using actionable messages in slack to approve or deny purchase requests, holiday requests etc. Usually when I use interfaces for this I have buttons which update a field with the user who approved the request. I'm not sure how to replicate this using the slack actionable messages. Hi there,I'm trying to build automations for updated a multiple select field. The records in my table all have a "last updated date" field, which obviously changes every time a record is updated. There are two scenarios I am trying to solve for:1. When it has been over 12 months since the last update, I would like to add a tag in a multiple select column for "Last updated >12 months". I have figured this out using these instructions. 2. The next scenario I'm trying to solve for is when a record whose last updated date was >12 months ago (and is tagged "Last updated >12 months" is updated, therefore changing the "last updated date" field, and wanting to remove the "Last updated >12 months" tag from the multiple select field. How do I accomplish #2 with an automation? I have an airtable graph in which I would like to export to PDF before my automation sends a message to slack. The automation message I'd like to include the PDF as an attachment. Is this possible?The issue I'm running into is the link does not show a preview to the graph and I was hopeful it would show an image preview.

I am currently using Airtable to manage payment records for my team. I have set up a workflow where each team member completes a form, and based on that information, we generate a personalized invoice using the Page Designer extension. I would like to know if there is a way to automate the sending of this invoice as a PDF attachment directly from Airtable. My goal is that, once a team member completes the form, the PDF would automatically be generated and sent via email to the appropriate person. So far, I haven’t found an option to save or send the PDF directly within the platform. If anyone knows how it could be done but through some external tool or platform, I could also use that information.
