Hello,We are looking to take our current airtable bases and build out custom affiliate views for our travel agency. We'd like each of our affiliates to be able to view their current clients with us, statuses, and financials. We would also need someone to clean up our current airtable bases to begin, then build out the affiliate views.

Fixed! For a bit more of a ‘domestic’ application: Airtable Allowance and Chore Tracker - Airtable Universe Keep track of chores done, money earned, and money spent by "Bank of Mom" with mobile-friendly forms and views. Spreadsheets only go so far. This... Since Airtable allows its forms and gallery views to be easily accessible on mobile phones, it’s a lot easier to give the kids credit for chores done. Inspect the work, whip out your phone and fill out the ‘Chores Completed Form.’ Likewise, if they spend money (or if you have older teens with their own checking accounts), you can easily record when they purchase something via “Bank of Mom” or if you transfer the money. The kids can view their individual balances via a custom ‘gallery’ view. Can add kids, change the chores list and payouts, etc. to fit your family. A lot easier than a spreadsheet.

Summary This setup allows Airtable to automatically number collections of items that may not be in sequential order. Item length can be either fixed or variable, with only minor changes needed to the core system to accommodate the latter. Example To borrow from the thread that inspired this endeavor, say you’re building product codes that have a variant sub-code, and want that sub-code to automatically increment each time an item of a given product code is added in a new record. However, it needs to auto-increment each product’s sub-code separately, even when product codes are added out of order. For example, the first product code is 001, and its initial sub-code is 1, so the full combined code is 001-1. When you add a new variation of product 001, the sub-code bumps up by 1, creating 001-2. Now a new product is introduced with code 002. Because it’s the first of its kind, its full combined code is 002-1. If we then introduce a third variant of product 001, it would end up with a comb
Hi i am looking for someone that is able to help with doing up a system using airtable for warehouse fulfillment operations. i have did a basic level of what i need already. i just need more automation in the system and preferably more security like making some fields uneditable. do drop me a msg if you are keen so i can explain more.
My company uses Airtable to join multiple tables, calculate statistics, and automate the linking of values between linked fields in different tables using the "Run Script" automation feature. Occasionally, we encountered failures due to the 30-second execution time limit for the "Run Script." However, starting in December, the limit was extended to 60 seconds, which has effectively resolved this issue. We are grateful for Airtable's continuous efforts to improve its performance.
Project Overview:We’re Content Drip LLC, a video content company that helps realtors stay top of mind with personalized, done-for-you scripts and video coaching. We’re looking to build a streamlined client-facing platform where real estate professionals can log in, view pre-created content scripts, and select which ones they want to shoot with their coach. Our AI agent generates new scripts daily, and we need the platform to automatically add this content into the system as it’s created, ensuring the content library stays up-to-date.We envision Airtable (or a hybrid solution) as the backend, with a user-friendly client dashboard for seamless content browsing and selection.Project Goals:Client Portal: A clean, user-friendly portal where clients can:Log in securely.Browse categorized content scripts (e.g., video scripts, email copy).Select scripts to shoot with their coach.Favorite scripts or leave comments for customization.Content Library: Automate organization of new AI-generated scrip

Hi All! My name is Leah Ackerman and I work on the Education team here at Airtable. When I joined the team earlier this year I decided to move my book review tracking into Airtable as a way to help myself become more familiar with the product (you can see the public interfaces here and here). As a tribute to Spotify Wrapped, I decided to create my own version using my app, so thought it would be fun to share here as well 🙂 Maybe a bit of a deviation from the typical use case, but IMO still worth it. I've attached some screenshots, but you can see the whole thing here - it's just over two minutes long. Happy viewing!
Hi there! My organization (Humane Society of Central Texas) is seeking someone well-versed in Airtable to assist us in building a sustainable database for our Human-Animal Support Services program. This is essentially our community support program that helps pets & people within our community. There are a lot of different aspects within this program that we would be more than willing to explain for those not in the animal welfare industry. We have some initial ideas and dreams for what we would like this to look like, we just don't have the time or experience quite yet to bring it to life within AirTable. Let us know if this you'd be interested in exploring with us and we can chat through what we're looking for!

Ever run into an issue where you need to edit a record in a synced table, but the origin table is also a synced table?Well, here's a workaround solution. Let's start out with the specific use case I ran into...I was working with a table (Table A) in a large base (Main Base) that was receiving it's initial data from an Email sync. That data was being accessed by several Teams and each team had their own workflows in Team Bases. Each Team had specific data points they needed to edit in the Main Table, based on data in their Team Base. They needed a way to utilize their Team Base data to edit the Main Table.Original Solution:Each Team had a synced table (Table B) of the Table A in their Team Base. They had created a field (Field A) in Table A as well as a "duplicate" editable field (Field B) in the Table B. A new synced table (Table C) in the Main Base was created, synced from Table B. Finally an Automation would run to edit
Hey all,If you are not familiar with csvgetter.com it is a super powerful platform for performing operations like automatically exporting Airtable to Google Sheets. I have made a quick Youtube video to demo the Google Sheets example:https://youtu.be/mU2my6U3vZUCheck it out for an interesting watch!
I don't know if this is actually that revolutionary, but I struggled to find examples on the forum but couldn't find one, but I was able to come up with a thing that works. Sharing this, it'll either be "duh, we all know that", or maybe something that others haven't done yet, my bet is on the former.I have a form that people post URLs. I want others to be able to click on that link on other forms.I have a url field (task link) and a another formula field called ClickLinkFormula: (note, I hardcoded the label for this test)Then when I added it as a header field on the fillout form, it allows me a link that users can select:
csvgetter.com has added another powerful feature - embeddable Wordpress snippets! Dynamically (and rapidly) produce embeddable Wordpress snippets in a few clicks, custom code blocks powered by Airtable data, that slot into your Wordpress seamlessly. We demo it here!https://youtu.be/jH1qydLuYHU

I built directly in Airtable a way to let users schedule an automation run at a certain time with unlimited time options, e.g. "run a send an email automation on X day at Y time" where that datetime is infinitely dynamic (great for situations where the regular "scheduled an automation" doesn't work).Typically this use case is when you need some kind of "job queue" or "message queue" system that is handled in most traditional software development with cron jobs and message or event streaming queues like Sequin, Kafka, QStash, RabbitMQ, etc (or in the Airtable community, with Make.com automations). But I wanted to build this natively in Airtable with no dependencies on external tools to keep it really simple. Airtable's fastest "cron job" is 15 minute intervals so that doesn't work by itself. Being a set interval, it's also not relative to the scheduled time so theoretically it could create up to a 14 min 59 second delay. So below I'm sharing my first iteration quick test o
Hey all,we've just added a Mailchimp connector to https://syncgrip.com, our integration platform that connects Airtable with other apps. It will allow you to manage your Mailchimp audiences straight from Airtable via real-time, two-way data syncing. Here's a short demo taken from BuiltOnAir podcast last week, where we showcased Syncgrip. It takes <5 mins to get started and we're still in free Beta, so give it a try!

I need to pull some data from a computed field (actually a filtered lookup field) in Airtable to prefill a form in Jotform. It should be easy as Jotform have introduced the feature (bizarrely under the publish menu) but despite several ways of trying, it will not map to computed fields. My inteded workaround is to map it to a long text field which an automation would update with the value from the lookup field, triggered if the lookup field is not empty. On mapping the fields in the automation, Airtable greys out the lookup field {Instruments} reporting the same issue as occurred whilst trying to mp directly from Jotform, that the field cannot be used because it's computed.I've spent a whole week on this. I've tried converting to text, using a string, an array, and concatenating, but of course, they all need computed fields to hold and reference them. Anyone know a workaround? Post edit/after thought....Perhaps I can use a script with the same trigger but I'm not really a scr
Hi guys, Overwhelmed with all the invoices, payments and accounting entries you've got to do manually? Then this is for you! This 👉 new demo video 👈 is a sequel to a first video I had recorded on the topic of invoice management automations. This one will more specifically show you:the integration between Airtable and an accounting software (Pennylane)payment links sent through Stripe and automatic payment updatesSlack notifications when a teammate comments on an invoice This set of automations had my client save 5 to 7 hours a week (yay!). If you have improvements to suggest, I'm all ears. Take care. JBJ🌊Keep the Flow (👈 to see the first video on the subject and other demos)
