These are static tables I find myself using frequently when building bases for clients, so I keep a copy of them on their own in my account so I can easily copy-paste them into bases when needed. I’m creating this wiki to share them in case other people might want to use them, or contribute their own reusable pre-mades. To make use of these, open the base through the links below, then use the “Copy base” button (top right corner) to add a copy of it to your own workspace. Then, you can copy (⌘/ctrl + a → ⌘/ctrl + c) and paste the table desired into other bases as needed. US & CA States/Districts/Territories Includes Country, Capital City, and Postal Abbreviation.

Here’s what I want to do. Export our entire CRM database (a subset of the data) to Airtable In Airtable, I want to monitor the DB for specific birthdays (e.g. 30th, 55th) When a DB member is within 30 days of one of those (or other) specified birthdays, using Zapier, I want to create an activity in our CRM. (I already have built and tested a Zap that will do this, but it may need some fine tuning.)

Airtable has just released my latest app: My One Record. I wrote this app because I wanted a quick way to access linked records in a grid view without the distractions of other unrelated records. I have been personally using this app in my own bases every day ever since I wrote it, and it is such a mental timesaver when you need to jump between parent and child records. I wasn’t entirely surprised today to learn about the carnage over on the “Make” Facebook group, soon to be the former Integromat group. When Cleonis acquired Integromat I predicted there may be turbulence in its future. I tried to tell you. This is what big companies that get bigger through acquisition do best. There are some really angry customers because they apparently rototilled the framework, adjusted the terms and pricing, modified some long-understood concepts, and gave it a new name that even a Google PhD couldn’t find using the most advanced search queries imaginable.

I’m looking for someone to take over a small project which is a mix of airtable and stacker hq. The previous person I was working with did a great job, but had a death in the family and needed to step away. The airtable project is a small setup that helps us track email correspondence with a list of contacts. It’s similar to a CRM, but this is a majorly pared down version. Emails are received in my inbox, it’s automatically forwarded to another email address only used for airtable, we have a custom script already done that takes that email, checks it against the contact database and if it matches it logs it. I have all the documentation from our work and all the heavy lifting has been completed, we were just making minor tweaks to airtable and zapier, then integrating fully into Stacker HQ which is about 50% done. Once that is completed, I have several other project queued up that this work would lead to as soon as we complete this phase.

Hi there. We are trying to replace an old unix-based system with Airtable, and looking for someone to help us get started. While we probably have the technical skills to make it happen, to us it doesn’t make much sense to set things up, perhaps improperly, from the beginning. So, looking for someone to help us get our product and customer data imported properly, and develop a sales process including invoicing, and then eventually work with the same person to develop stuff down the road in regards to integrations, work orders for our shop, etc. Email works fine, but eventually want to have a phone conversation. I have a team offering appointments for customers to book using an Airtable form and Softr to display the available appointments. Members of the team offer appointments at the same time, meaning that at the moment, Monday at 1pm for example, is listed 3 times on the website. I’d like for one Monday at 1pm record to be listed, displaying the next one only when the first gets booked. The website pulls from a table of available appointments which filters out anything that occurs in the past and anything that gets booked. It would be great to here from anyone who thinks they may be able to come up with a solution to this!
