Let’s say you have a large set of data in Airtable that you want to display in list format on a WordPress website. Tables have rows and columns to organize your data and make your collection easy to read. In this article, I showcase an example of pulling data out of Airtable using the API and displaying it with a JavaScript library to make it look good and super fast. Hi Airtable community! I’m looking to hire someone that specializes in Airtable formulas. I have looked and messaged some consultants here to no avail → Find the right Airtable Consultant To be more specific, I would like some advice on potential formulas, strengthening and adding on to specific formulas that are currently working. Also someone who has skills in advanced linking and synced views/tables would also be of great help. I reside in Canada so a consultant who lives in North America would be preferable. Thanks a lot! We sell internet data plans, customers often need technical support. We need a way to handle support tickets, preferably within Airtable so we can see all of the relevant details for each customers. Ideally, customers would start with a form on the site that they use, that will find them and add a ticket to Airtable. We would like to be able to see all relevant customer detail. We want to be able to tag the ticket with issues, make comments, we want to be able to mark as closed and so on, any takers or suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Hi there. I am looking to hire someone who can help me with my project. Ideally I want someone that will sit with me and talk me through the processes so I can learn at the same time. I already have some automations working with me Webflow site using zapier so i’m not a complete novice, I’m just quite time poor at the moment and need to get this project live quickly. The main objective is to get data moving to and from Webflow and automate an much as I can using airtable. You can check the website here - https://www.virtualrallychampionship.com/ This is a passion project so I don’t have a huge budget. I imagine we could get everything done in half a day so I can find budget for half a day of a professional’s time. Thanks,Steve
Movie Analytics [23k+ Movies] - Airtable Universe Hello Community, I have been working with Airtable Designer for a while. With elements and rearrangeable surface area possibilities are endless to drive the use-case. I made some effort into extracting popular movies. With Zapier, Script Block, Triggers and Automation - here is my small attempt to giveback. Checkout the interface and try putting various constraints. You can do many things such as: Avg movie length of hindi movies in 90’s Marvel Vs DC Comparison Avg profit in % made by movie Which categories are more successful (Action vs Drama) Does spending more money increase the rating Correlation between revenue and rating Revenue, Profit, Budget comparisons by different parameters and much more!! Updated Date field, more graphs and comparison view (compare your filter side by side) - are some of the new feature coming soon. Feel free to bookmark and check this out. Add the “User CSS” chrome extension (free) and then paste in the following: /* add extra margin to top*/ /* so filter popup does not hide first record*/ #viewContainer { margin-top:120px; } /* hide annoying view popups*/ div[id$=“tooltip”].dark{ display:none; } /* restrict height of long text fields in form view*/ /* and add scroll bar */ .contentEditableTextbox{ max-height:200px; overflow-y:auto; }
Hi Everybody! I’ve started a new series of YouTube tutorials and thought that some of you might find this one interesting. Automations have opened up so many cool possibilities in Airtable!
Hello!Default formula fields too small? Hate using your mouse?Good news! Here’s a Tampermonkey script thatMakes the formula input field larger by default (Customizable) Allows you to set a hotkeys to: Save the field (e.g. Hitting Left Control + Right Shift will save the field) instead of clicking the Save button manually Add a new field DetailsWe can customize the height and width of the input field by modifying the following lines:let formulaFieldHeight = "350px"let formulaFieldWidth = "350px"And we can customize hotkeys to automatically hit the Save button by modifying these lines. (I used this site to get the keycodes such as ControlLeft, OSLeft etc)let key1 = "ControlLeft"let key2 = "ShiftRight"let addFieldKey1 = "OSLeft"let addFieldKey2 = "Quote"InstallationTo install it you’ll need to install Tampermonkey/GreaseMonkey/etc into your browser and just paste in the code belowNotesI think I’ve ironed out all the kinks, but one never really knows. If you encounter any bugs please feel

TLDR 4 week accountability meetups to build automated CRM for myself Do hands-on assignment before each meetup During meetup on Zoom we discuss on our hands-on experiences and answer other’s questions $50 to join - which includes an expert Q&A to answer all our questions Hi everyone! I’m building automated CRM with Airtable. But I’m not that confident to push myself to finish it, so I’d like to organize a weekly accountability group with other B2B company sales persons or marketers where Do hands-on practices in the articles Meet on Zoom weekly for an hour Discuss on the obstacles and ask and answer questions to each other Every week participants need to do hands-on practices on one’s own. Then, during the meetup, we can share and discuss on our experiences and ask & answer to each other. I’ll collect $50 for each person who joins, and use part of that money to recruit an expert who can answer our questions if we have unanswered ones after meeting. Any one who wants to jo
You have all your data in Airtable and now you need to summarize and calculate all the information.Reporting on business information is a vital part of company operations. “How do I create a report in Airtable?” is one of the common questions we see from Airtable users.First, the answer is, “Yes, you can create reports!” You can create summary reports from your Airtable data, whether you need to summarize income, projects, sales, or information such as employee vacation hours or inventory totals.In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create summary reports in Airtable, how to automate record links to a report, and how to create a dashboard to showcase the information for others.See the full tutorial here:How to Create a Summary Report in Airtable If you need automated documents for your reports, check out On2Air Docs, an app to automatically generate documents with your Airtable data. To allow others to view or edit documents or any other data in Airtable, use On2Air Forms, an
I have been building out a database in Airtable to track the 199 countries of the world in regards to these kind of data points: strength of passport (visa free countries you can visit, whether you can go visa free to USA, Schengen countries and other top destinations, etc) plus a good number of other metrics. In each country record, I have started entering how each passport is treated in every other country. I’d like to scrape this data from wikipedia entries such as this: *Visa requirements for Slovak citizens - Wikipedia) and have it merged into my airtable. The end result is being able to pick any country and see the options for travel in some kind of simplified table or map. The other data consideration is how visa waivers work i.e. you get X number of days to start and can extend for another Y days for a total of Z days per year. I’d like to get all this data built out so that I can use it for different kinds of tools (picking a country by rankings for a quiz, designing travel or
3/17/2020 Edit: updated the the ‘Create’ case to return the recordId's of the created records, rather than just a count of created records. Thanks @kuovonne for the idea. The updateRecordsAsync(), createRecordsAsync(), and deleteRecordsAsync() functions that Airtable provides in the Scripting Block only allow the action to perform on 50 records at a time at most. While Airtable does provide a helpful example of how to run a loop that batches a set of records greater than 50 for processing in the “Find & Replace” example of the Scripting Block documentation… // Only up to 50 updates are allowed at one time, so do it in batches while (updates.length > 0) { await table.updateRecordsAsync(updates.slice(0, 50)); updates = updates.slice(50); } I thought it might be nice to have a single function to drop into any script that would handle this for me, regardless of the action I want to take on the records. (Admittedly, it would be nice if this was in the Scripting Block’s SDK b
If you are looking to pull insights from your Airtable data, try connecting your Airtable base to Metabase to easily build interactive graphs and dashboards. Metabase is an open source BI tool where you can easily summarize and visualize your data. You can connect Airtable to Metabase using a tool I helped build, Sync Inc. We’ve been blown away by the kinds of dashboards people are building - so we wrote up a tutorial that walks through how to do it: docs.syncinc.so Metabase | Sync Inc Sync Inc replicates Airtable to a Postgres database, giving you the best of both worlds. Also - shout out to @Paul_Coates who showed us how you can then embed dashboards like these back in Airtable using the Embed app. Then your team will have all the information they need without ever leaving Airtable. Hope you find this useful :slightly_smiling_face:

We are a social impact driven consortium of international development consultants, and we are looking for the help of an advanced Airtable user, ideally one who is an independent consultant or aligned to our mission. As a consortium we are operated by members for members. We have an established base that we use for about 50% of what we want to use it for, starting with membership management, through sales/opportunity pipeline tracking, project management and sub-contract management. To facilitate peer updating we currently utilise Stacker to enable members to see and edit some of our Airtable data. The base works fine, but as we have grown it needs to be optimised to improve linkages between tables and probably eventually restructured to enable it to serve us better. We want to build a relationship with an independent consultant by starting small and expanding our ambitions with Airtable as our internal data management teams capacity to work with AT grows. We have two small and discret
