I am a small (1 person) travel consultant that designs complicated road trips for people. I would like to set up and use Airtable as my CRM, trip tracking, and building spreadsheets. Is there anyone who can help me get it all set up? Please let me know.

Hi folks, I’ve been working on getting all of the transactions from various accounts (different credit cards, debit, investments) into one base for YEARS. Up until now, it’s been a series of monthly CSV imports (using CSV import block) which was a huge pain. Frankly, most months I’d give up and not do it. That is until I discovered TillerMoney and Parabola. Tillermoney imports all of my transactions into a spreadsheet and Parabola lets me setup a nightly runs to sync transactions between the Tillermoney sheet and my airtable base. From there, I can easily map each transaction to a category using a linked record on the vendor (working on standardizing vendor names with a script!) Hi, We use Airtable extensively at our office (at MIT) - we’re about to take a program that is run off Airtable from MVP to large-scale operations and need someone with a bit more experience in creating integrated and scalable Airtable bases. Per a helpful recommendation from @Justin_Barrett, I’m interested to find help with the following problem. I have a base of companies and another base of investors, linking the two so one can see the investments of an investor and the investors in a company. I’d like to be able to upload a new csv that has another list of companies and their investors. Inevitably, these new lists might include some new investors in a particular company, but also not be exhaustive, so I’d like to be able to just add the new investors to the company, not overwrite the previous list. Eg. If Company in my database currently has investment from Investor A and Investor B, and I import a list that says the company has investment from Investor A and Investor C, I’d like the result to show that the company has investment from Investor A, Investor B, and Investor C. I represent the University of Colorado Denver - where I work - and the Digital Pedagogy Lab (DPL), where I am leading a workshop on Maker Education in late July. I am not spam or scam - this is a sincere introduction and invitation. We are hosting a virtual Maker Faire in the last week of July, and I was hoping Airtable – or an Airtable developer - might give just a bit of time and expertise – to essentially offer a ‘how it’s made’ style demonstration of what’s possible. Possibly even an Airtable for Educators type of demonstration. That’s the idea. The DPL event itself has about 500 participants registered this year, from universities around the country. Within DPL, we’re aiming for a mini-Maker Faire for a couple of hours during the week. All video virtual – folks tuning-in and browsing from home. Hey Guys, I’m have a small home inspection business and need some help automating my scheduling (JotForm) to Airtable/Google Cal and would idealy have a 2-way sync between Airtable and Google Contacts and then sync that to Constant Contact… with JotForm (or other form) would like to integrate Google Map API for auto address fill (I already have that acct). Just need help with the details and finalization. Thank in advance. Also, while I’m using Zapier at the moment, it seems like Integromat can do more, but requires a little more knowledge than what I possess.

I am a real estate developer that needs an internal tool to keep track of multiple projects and require more functionality from the Map Block. I’ve listed out the main requirements, which I am certain can be achieved through the google api but not sure if they can be achieved in tandem with Airtable. I like the ability to view my table data side by side with map block and just need to extend the funtionality of the map block as below. Key customisations Search bar in the map block See street names and places on the map block satellite view Add markers directly into the map block and save to airtable database Add polygons directly in the map block and save to database Add measurement tool directly in the map block Easily filter what markers are seen (via a graphical widget) If this cannot be achieved using google maps, I would also be be open to using the mapbox api. We run a small project management company that runs book printing and production projects for authors and publishers. We would like to use Airtable. We have a Miro Wireframe Diagram (which is available for Airtable Pro accounts) already created and an extensive Excel Spreadsheet mapping of our known database fields, their functions of each field and their potential values, as well as what other parts of the database need to be related to at that point. Need an experienced Airtable Implementer who has implemented MIRO before to get this up and running. We are a team of 3, a small company, but we have already tried sharepoint and a few other Project Management tools and failed to get what we needed. Having a Last Modified field sounds quite unimportant - but when combined with tools like Integromat it becomes very powerful - and this on top of the new Airtable / Integromat ‘app’ which makes Integromat so much more useful to us! Hello! I’ve been delivering items from my farmers’ market to neighbors for the last 2 months and now I’m looking to scale our operations locally. I’m looking to hire someone to help me build a form that customers can use to place orders, and that I can use on the backend to sort aggregate orders based on vendor. Ideally, customers would use this form to order the items they want, make payment, and input delivery address and phone number for text notifications. I’d love it if these forms would feed into an order summary on my end where I can sort aggregate orders based on individual orders and vendor (because customers can order items from multiple vendors). I’d also like to be able to collect email addresses and refresh the ordering window each week. Hoping this is all possible with Airtable! I have a fairly developed Airtable Base that we’ve been using for about 4 years, but I need to add some more complicated formulas for calculating commissions based on type of venue, artist, and agent. I also would like some help with java in the script block so that we can duplicate auto populate a new Mission with preset tasks. Our platform is run in Shopify and we use AirTable as an inventory management system in which we prepare products that we take in for listing, track orders to be shipped, payments and as a base for our accounting. here is a solution for efficiently backing-up your Airtable base using Integromat this solution uses only 5 operations per 100 records and can therefor manage many records and backup runs even with the frre plan of Integromat. An extension of Example: Netflix-style UI with a script, here we use OMDB API in the Scripting Block, to grab the Runtime/Duration of a given film from a given Airtable: Could of course be used with any API service, with a bit of adapting. Todo: add a max_count so that it doesn’t hit the API’s rate limits e.g. simply change line 20 to for (let record of result.records.slice(0,1000)) { add error handling (currently, if film is not found, the script simply skips to the next row).
