I’ve used Airtable to run a couple RPG games and it’s really great. Being able to have a view for my players to look at where I can post images of NPCs or notes is terrific. Here’s how I created the base (this is a Forbidden lands game). And here’s what players can see. It’s challenging to create hidden views that actually show the information I want to share. Hopefully someday there is another step for linked records that allow for a cleaner format.

I manage a growing Nursing Agency based in Sydney. We recruit temp nurses on our books and supply to our client on as need basis. Every client have their own requirements and procedures to get a nurse approved to work with them (Onboarding Process). We have a fantastic client allocation software but we struggle with Onboarding and clearance of nurses with Hospital Clients. Current Setup: Recruiter interviews and scans their docs on onedrive. Also there is a compliance checklist in pdf (8 pages) - the recruiter will fill out 1st page on this checklist. Docs scanned in ondrive then taken over by compliance team. Compliance team continues to complete the checklist in pdf. Then compliance team adds nurses on to a different tracking excel sheet (the excel is basically a workflow - step by step process) to get the nurses cleared at different clients. Trying to get airtable set up to meet my needs for a variety of case types. I see that there is a lot of potential here and I have been able to get a lot sorted out with the legal templates airtable provides, however there are still some things that I am just not quite savvy enough to put together. Mainly I am struggling on how to set up my time keeping/billing components in such a way that will generate invoices that I can submit to my clients or to the courts for court appointed work. This will probably not be a big job for someone who is more database geared than I.

Hi, Users are overwhelmed by passwords, and companies like slack have implemented passwordless login which I personally think is great. We have a shopify store with pricing tiers and currently use Stitch Labs to integrate with our store and manage our inventory. However, there are several issues with Stitch labs and we are looking for a new inventory management system / ERP. We already use Airtable to track our PO’s and delivery dates, quality control / receipts and mailing list but would love to have someone integrate these with both our shopify store and our Quickbooks account so we can issue PO’s from there instead of using an ERP. Thought it would be a great time to post another update on Destiny Search Project and our use of Airtable. For those that do not know we posted this original post when we first started using Airtable in 2016. Well, we have continued working on updating the system continually. We are now in Alpha Testing of our newest version (4.5 now!) With the addition of some of the beta features, and now including Blocks, we have really made some big changes. The biggest change is that we have now used embedded forms on our website to create a very easy to use interface for volunteers. We went with forms as when we have active searches we have many “staff” that come and go with very few permanent team members. We didn’t want to have to manage adding, removing, and training volunteers daily (sometimes hourly) so used forms to develop an easy to learn the system.
