Hi there, Airtable community! I work at an organization called Dream Corps that’s dedicated to reforming our criminal justice system building an equitable, green economy in the US. As part of our plan for 2021, we are looking to integrate Airtable with our primary CRM, ActionKit, to increase our grassroots organizing capacity and empower our volunteers with some awesome relational tools for their advocacy across the country. At a previous job of mine, we had our ActionKit base and Airtable synced with great success and satisfaction, but I haven’t been able to reach the staff member who stewarded this process along after numerous attempts. Our organization is deeply committed to making this sync happen, but despite our abundance of technical know-how, an integration of this nature is beyond our comprehension and current capacity level. Is anyone here adept in such a sync, or can someone point me in the direction of consultants/contractors who would be able to move this project forward?

I already set up API to fetch, but need Airtable to automatically fetch every 5 to 15 minutes. Need to link entries from one table into another table, recognized by field. Need aggregate calculations on another table, with bar and pie graph charts. Need advice on how to properly build the table, so that I can sell subscriptions to other users of my identical table.

I’m part of a newly started film distribution company operating in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. I need to establish a platform to share film information (Meta data), distribution plans, marketing plans, and communication - internal (staff, management and filmproducers and external (partners, institutions etc) I believe that the datebase will be the unique film meta data on which the processes, will originates from. There will be some 15-20 film titles / year and probably 75-100 when the database reach its peak. I’ve been using Airtable for about 8 months now, I quite like it. I’ve watched a bunch of the webinars, but I’m far, far from being an expert. I’m hoping to chat with someone one on one to help me brainstorm and implement a database / work process for a small assessment database.

We have a relational database built in Access that I would like to make available online. I have used Airtable in the past and would like to investigate if we could use it for this project. It seems to me that it should be possible. I also have another project to handle the workflow of nominating members for a Club and the submission of documents from different people relating to that one nomination.

Non-profit seeks Web developer with experience in Airtable API’s to help improve the look of two pages on our website that use Airtable databases to populate. I’m creating a base for many manufacturers and their products and would like to have a consultant guide me along the way. Would like to see some user interfaces that I can model. My first thought is that I’d like buttons that take one to a category. Once in that category, a user should be able to filer on critera. They should then be able to filter across other categories and keep on filtering. Once done they can go to a kanban view. I am looking to get advice to proceed the right way from the start. The users will need to pay to have to this base, so I’ll need them to have a UN and PW. But I’m not sure how these passwords are managed. Do I need to manually assign them a PW? Do I just need to authorized their email address and they then go to a page and create their own password? What is the best way to manage user access with passwords? I will create a form for each manufacturer to fill out and would like their data to automatically get populated in airtable. I see the

We deal with physical products, B2B, B2C, many different sales channels, and several inventory locations. We also run our own warehousing and logistics so tying everything together with inventory management infrastructure is key. We’ve built a Project Management & Project Tracker Airtable database and maxed out our knowledge from the webinars and tutorials. Looking for expertise to review our work, find and implement efficiencies through scripting as we’ve maxed out our bases’ automation threshold. High level scope of work: 1 central intake base that acts as the ‘source of truth’ for collaboration projects/defined work packages External clients fill out the form to create records and trigger section leads for review Divides up work tasks and distributes amongst 6 different work area/sectional bases Bases and records need to talk back and forth to each other - eliminate manual PMing of records We have the defined workflow processes and triggers mapped. I am a busy guy. We probably all are. If I share a dedicated workspace with just one table in it that is silo’d off from my real AT workspace, no one can see my other AT stuff, right? AT has PGP? I am asking here If there is a link in that table to a dedicated google sheet, no creator in the AT table can see the rest of my google sheets [or account], right? Cause I had to give permission for the google account. Of course I don’t think so, but it was bothering me. I tried to check by approaching it with a private window as a public view. Last question: is there anyway a creator in an AT base could install any malware into my Airtable? Like a bot that sends the data after the job is done I like Airtable. I really need a tutor. But I have an application to do now. I would like to improve a Google Form by syncing it to a new Airtable CRM. The sync would either happen w integromat or, I could move the form to Airtable. Hi, I’m part of a health system that is helping lead COVID-19 vaccinations for the state of Illinois. We use Airtable as a waitlist/notification system when vaccinations are available. We can text and email with the system but would like to add the ability to send a simple robocall using Twilio, also. We have the Twilio licensing in place and can handle the Twilio setup and scripting. We need assistance creating the app within Airtable. The app would be almost identical to the existing Send SMS and SendGrid apps with similar inputs. Thanks, Jeff Carroll

We are shifting from Salesforce to a much simpler and easier system on Airtable. We have 75 member companies in our small association. I want to have a way to add a member company (with a key contact) Then, let that person add up to 100 or so more contacts - with a password or unique url. And, let the key contact look at their list of contacts - at any time - and add or delete names. Can someone point me to resources to help?

I work for a non-profit and have begun using Air Table … could really use another support source other than AirTable. I can’t seem to get much attention there. Looking for someone who is willing to help fellow user out … we do not have a budget for consultant fees at this time. Perhaps in the future. I have old school database creation experience - been a challenge with how Airtable works. What I have created is not really all that complex but I know there are some quirks that need to be tweaked to get the consistent functionality. Thanks Darlene
