I’ve been using Airtable for about 8 months now, I quite like it. I’ve watched a bunch of the webinars, but I’m far, far from being an expert. I’m hoping to chat with someone one on one to help me brainstorm and implement a database / work process for a small assessment database.

We have a relational database built in Access that I would like to make available online. I have used Airtable in the past and would like to investigate if we could use it for this project. It seems to me that it should be possible. I also have another project to handle the workflow of nominating members for a Club and the submission of documents from different people relating to that one nomination.

Non-profit seeks Web developer with experience in Airtable API’s to help improve the look of two pages on our website that use Airtable databases to populate. Currently the site is hosted on Wordpress and ideally we would not change that, but if we need to switch in order to improve the functionality and design, I’m open to hearing about it. I’m creating a base for many manufacturers and their products and would like to have a consultant guide me along the way. Would like to see some user interfaces that I can model. My first thought is that I’d like buttons that take one to a category. Once in that category, a user should be able to filer on critera. They should then be able to filter across other categories and keep on filtering. Once done they can go to a kanban view. I am looking to get advice to proceed the right way from the start. The users will need to pay to have to this base, so I’ll need them to have a UN and PW. But I’m not sure how these passwords are managed. Do I need to manually assign them a PW? Do I just need to authorized their email address and they then go to a page and create their own password? What is the best way to manage user access with passwords? We’re looking for a developer to improve our existing sales/royalty reporting airtable and build out a robust inventory management system. We’re small publishing company with 2 different imprints. We deal with physical products, B2B, B2C, many different sales channels, and several inventory locations. We also run our own warehousing and logistics so tying everything together with inventory management infrastructure is key. We’ve built a Project Management & Project Tracker Airtable database and maxed out our knowledge from the webinars and tutorials. Looking for expertise to review our work, find and implement efficiencies through scripting as we’ve maxed out our bases’ automation threshold. High level scope of work: 1 central intake base that acts as the ‘source of truth’ for collaboration projects/defined work packages External clients fill out the form to create records and trigger section leads for review Divides up work tasks and distributes amongst 6 different work area/sectional bases Bases and records need to talk back and forth to each other - eliminate manual PMing of records We have the defined workflow processes and triggers mapped. I am a busy guy. We probably all are. If I share a dedicated workspace with just one table in it that is silo’d off from my real AT workspace, no one can see my other AT stuff, right? AT has PGP? I am asking here If there is a link in that table to a dedicated google sheet, no creator in the AT table can see the rest of my google sheets [or account], right? Cause I had to give permission for the google account. Of course I don’t think so, but it was bothering me. I tried to check by approaching it with a private window as a public view. Last question: is there anyway a creator in an AT base could install any malware into my Airtable? Like a bot that sends the data after the job is done I like Airtable. I really need a tutor. But I have an application to do now. I would like to improve a Google Form by syncing it to a new Airtable CRM. The sync would either happen w integromat or, I could move the form to Airta

I am using airtable to store research data and am needing help getting my records to talk with each other. I’m sure the solution is relatively simple, as some of them are already set up correctly, but I can’t seem to replicate the settings properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I’m part of a health system that is helping lead COVID-19 vaccinations for the state of Illinois. We use Airtable as a waitlist/notification system when vaccinations are available. We can text and email with the system but would like to add the ability to send a simple robocall using Twilio, also. We have the Twilio licensing in place and can handle the Twilio setup and scripting. We need assistance creating the app within Airtable. The app would be almost identical to the existing Send SMS and SendGrid apps with similar inputs. Thanks, Jeff Carroll

We are shifting from Salesforce to a much simpler and easier system on Airtable. We have 75 member companies in our small association. I want to have a way to add a member company (with a key contact) Then, let that person add up to 100 or so more contacts - with a password or unique url. And, let the key contact look at their list of contacts - at any time - and add or delete names. Can someone point me to resources to help?

I work for a non-profit and have begun using Air Table … could really use another support source other than AirTable. I can’t seem to get much attention there. Looking for someone who is willing to help fellow user out … we do not have a budget for consultant fees at this time. Perhaps in the future. I have old school database creation experience - been a challenge with how Airtable works. Looking for help with creating customizable multipage PDF reports from our Airtable data! Currently we’re using Google Docs to create a report, each with it’s own master header, with a varying amount (2-50) of cues (records), each cue needing it’s own group header and each having it’s own set of specific data (10-20 columns). Usually they run anywhere from 2-10 pages long. Our recipients need it in this format. We’d love to have it be aesthetically easy to read, with customizable color coding. Printing as PDF directly from Airtable isn’t working due to formatting, grid spacing, longer descriptions getting cut off, and inadequate headers. Page Designer isn’t working due to only having 1 record per page (even 2 doesn’t work if I “halve” the printing dimensions) - for context, sometimes 1 project (report) has 8-20 episodes, and each episode has 1-30 cues, and each cue can have 2-8 songs… that is a ton of range, so a set dimension for each record just causes excessive blan

I need either resources I can go to to see/learn about best practices for cleaning, automating, and building out workflows or a person who I can go to for workflows. Hi Everyone! I work for a non-profit organization that lets volunteers read stories from kid authors and submit personalized notes of encouragement to them. We use Airtable for both the user interface (the stories are embedded in a gallery view and volunteers submit their notes through a form) and the back end. Right now, the work of assigning stories to individual volunteers for each event is done by hand, but we know it’s possible to create a Javascript block that can make this a breeze! We’re looking for someone that can build a script to: Let the user select an event they’d like to assign stories to Find the attendee list for that event Automatically assign x amount of stories to each volunteer, allowing for user input on certain parameters (i.e. how many stories should each volunteer get, would you like to pack stories from authors in a certain grade/school, etc) Please let me know if you’re able to help!

Hi, We’re looking to write our own program that integrates with both AirTable API and Drip’s API as well as Twilio API. We want to accomplish two things: We are looking for ways of managing our SMS triggers queue on Twilio as well as updating a log file for each action. We want to have this process done without Zaps, thus bypassing the need for tasks on Zapier. We want to be able to update a table with our leads list and all their profile information coming from DRIP automatically every time a new lead comes in. We are also looking to have our KPI dashboards in AirTable to be automatically updating. We want to be able to paste data in AirTable with automations that will be able to sort this data on a dashboard that will be convenient to read (simplified data sheet). Please advise. Thank you.
