I am looking for a person or persons that has already developed something similar to either or both of the systems I describe; as such would hope to quickly adapted/adopted and implement in the next few weeks. System 1 - marketing project management System 2 - event participation management System 1 We have an in-house marketing department and are managing over 200 “projects” with multiple action items in various stagings of completion on any given day. Some of these are associated with our annual brand campaign but many are not. I created an excel workbook that outlines project scenarios. CAMPAIGNS would be created by the marketing manager only and then PROJECTS would be tethered to a campaign and could be created by anyone with login access. Develop a simple Web app with which would add a new inventory item. It would then save the item to Airtable, as well as to Shopify. Eliminate the dependency on Zapier, and it gives you more control over the entry of new items. For example, specify what fields are required and enforce any additional business rules that you might have in mind. Additionally, the Web app could be extended to support updating inventory items as well. So if you were to change an item in some way, you’d do it through the Web app, and those changes would be applied to the corresponding records in both Airtable and Shopify. The Web app will also be designed to support Shopify’s “meta” fields, so we would be able to implement the “dimensions” field - and any other fields that Shopify doesn’t support “out of the box," as well. basically “sync” data between airtable and shopify. shopify site is already developed with metafields in place. this syncing pertains to inventory records only and the fields a

Hey all, Looking for an Airtable and Zapier automation expert to discuss feasibility and implement the following for a manufacturing environment building large electrical and controls skids. We have a few disparate excel sheets built out and goals in mind, but feel the need to move to a database system to truly get what we’re after: Tracking the reception of Purchase Orders and generating automatic emails and automatic table updates as material quantities are changed by the client and our team (if feasible, from changes in a sharepoint Excel or some such) Track the deadline start and end dates on a project based on manloading, bottlenecks created by delivery of materials from (4) different vendors. Hi there, I am new to Airtable and trying to work out ways it can help my business. The first area I am tackling is how I process my invoices. Can anyone tell me if I can share a base with another Airtable user who populates my base with data and pdfs supplied. It would be basic data entry but rather than get someone in my office to do this, I thought that using airtable woud mean it can be done remotely. Hi there, I need some help from a developer to use the Airtable API to upload a spreadsheet of entries but to simultaneously attach a corresponding JPEG file for each record. I work in picture post production, and the purpose of this is to provide shot information for every shot in an edit. The text data is easy to export, but I need to add a thumbnail of each shot / event as a visual reference. At the moment this is incredibly manual, when there can be hundreds of images to drag and drop onto each record. The jpeg could be named the same as one of the columns of data (e.g. 001.jpeg). Hi there, I think I’ve got as far as I can in trying to automate many processes within our company. We have many processes I believe Airtable can help with especially the relationship between ingredients, allergens, companies we cater for, employees in those companies and their allergens, etc, etc. We may also need to build some fairly complex forms to build menus from recipes whilst referencing data from other tables. I appreciate this sounds like nonsense, hence why we’re looking for someone London-based to come and chat through everything, test and iterate.

I have a database of people with a profile that I want to put online (they’re fine with me publishing their profile). I want to have one column say if they’re available for work next month. I just want them to be able to say they’re available somewhere and update it to their profile and list the ones that have put their availability on top of the list. So they would have to give their availability every month. I this possible? If yes, someone who’s able to help me out (paid)? What I’ve built is working; however I’m sure there are more elegant solutions out there for what we need. My team: We are a small marketing department supporting five offices in the Northeast to design employee benefits communications (i.e. benefits guides, open enrollment announcements, websites, etc.). Our needs: We track client information (account team, designers, renewal dates, open enrollment dates, main client contact, invoicing instructions, etc.); deliverables (type of deliverable, number of versions, status, priority, due dates, printing/mailing/translation needs, and notes for each project); and billing. Hi - we are currently using a very simplistic workspace to manage tasks between client programs. I would like to utilize features from a couple templates to do a better job managing cleints/campaigns/resource workload. In particular, we are not seeing ‘completed’ work having an ability to trigger other tasks. I am trying to complete this set-up in the next week prior to a company meeting on the 19th.

Hi - My company is making the transition to Airtable and we need help getting up and running. We need to be ready to go by Labor Day and we are just getting everyone licensed today. We want to use AirTable for project management across 5-6 different departments, with custom calendars to show what events are coming up and what each team is doing for each event. We want to create workflows that show the process for key repeatable tasks and can be applied to new projects as they come up. We also want to monitor staff resources so managers and staff members alike can see who is assigned to what projects and when their deadlines are. We also want to get help created blocks/views to make it easy for everyone to navigate through all of this data. We have some preliminary tables set up that we hope to use as a starting point for this build - but we know it needs to be optimized. Given the timeframe, we want to enlist external expert help to get this done. We are lo
