Im currently creating a database for retrieve data from a questionnaire, in this database I have two tables, a “result” table where I store all the answers, and a “text” table where I store texts that will be displayed in relation to the responses obtained. For example : Part of my questionnaire is used to obtain a “self-confidence” score, depending on this score one of the 3 “self-confidence” texts will be displayed (low self-confidence, medium self-confidence, or hightself-confidence) . To do this I first created a formula field “calculation text self-confidence” which allows me, depending on the score obtained, to obtain a value 1, 2 or 3 (this value is used to determine which of the 3 texts I want to display). Hello everyone. Within my Airtable interface, I would like to create a form where users can add their input to a table that is already visible within the same interface, so normally, when someone submits a form, it's immediately shown in that already-visible table, but I'd like to have an approval process before. Therefore, I'm wondering if it's possible to establish an authorization process in which I, or any other contributors, can "approve" a submitted input before it is officially added to the base.Thanks in advance.

I have Integromat automatically generate invoices vai Google Sheets using data from AirTable. Although after the invoice is generated it is fairly ugly given there is no formatting on the Google Sheet. These invoices are dynamic so I cannot use a static template that I format in advance. Is there a way to have integromat/airtable format the dynamically created google sheet? Thank You, Friends.

Is there a way to add hyperlinks to comment threads or does anyone know the full capability list of the comment threads. Was looking for an article but could not find. We are using the comment thread for project management and so want to see all the use cases.

Hello beautiful community! Looking to connect with Canadian Airtable users to better understand how the new Bill 25 will affect how they use Airtable in the futur. We have until September 2023 to comply and i am at a loss. Airtable has been my main platform for processes in the city. The new Bill required all Canadian data to be hosted outside of USA and away from the Patriot Act’s long arms. I understand that Airtable uses Amazon servers to host our datas and inquired about being able to host data in the Amazon Canada servers too and was told that it was not in the plans. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Hi all,Just want to ask if anyone have encountered upgrading from Free trial to Pro plan and forgot to change collaborators permission level to read-only permission? Now those collaborators are billed and reflected on the latest invoice, is there a way to reverse the previously paid billed collaborators since they're not supposed to be billed and just forgot to downgrade their permission level. As of now those collaborators only have Read-only permissions but they've been already billed on the credit card. I already sent an email to airtable support but as of now there's now response yet.

Hi folks, I know you can prefill dates in forms using URL functions. In this case, I don't need it to happen in a form, but on new record creation. I can use a formula for "today" - but it's uneditable for the small number of instances where it needs to be overridden. It's helpful to have "default values" for number fields, but it seems weird there is no default for date fields. Surely I am missing something obvious?

Here is just one more issue with the disgusting unusable new home page that Airtable is forcing us to use. Before there was a section "Bases Shared With Me" - that was logical, if someone shareswith me but just 1 base not the whole workspace, this base could be placed in any of the Workspaces' sections, so a separate section for them was created - and that was greatNow there is only the list of the shared workspaces and a messy heap of all bases. Now imagine that there are users like me, who have ~10 shared workspaces with ~100 shared bases, while some of them are shared on the workspace level and some are shared on the base levelThere is no way to show the bases that are not in one of the workspace, so if you don't remember the exact name of a base, all you can do is patiently look thru all 100 bases, looking for the one you need.There is not much hope that this will be noticed but at least I give you a chance: please hear your c

I'd like to be able to drag and drop from one multiple select field to another.  Help?

I have a table called “Plans” that pulls in lookup values from my “Contracts” table, which is linked. I’ve been able to add the standard fields from Plans to a Page Creator page without an issue. However, when I try to add a lookup field from Plans, it doesn’t work. I can drag the field to the Page Creator, but the box never gets populated. Similarly, If I try placing a linked field on the page, it appears as a black box with its original field name from the Contracts base. See screen shot below. Any suggestions for getting the linked/lookup fields to work in Page Creator?

I have several buttons with URLs that launch webhooks from Make.Everything works great so far, except for that annoying browser tab that opens and I have to close each time.Is there a way to trigger webhooks using a button without it opening the “accepted” tab?Thanks

Hi I have successfully implemented the WebHooks to allow for data from my Email form on my website to import into my AirTable Base Station.However, once the user has submitted the form, they are taken away from my own website and are redirected to an AirTable url "https://hooks.airtable.com/workflows/v1/genericWebhook/"page that displays the following message "{"success":true}"How do I prevent the user from being redirected to the above AirTable URL and remain on my website please?Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello AirTable community - I am very new to AirTable and learning the ropes. I have attempted to get a clear answer on this within the regular knowledgebase but cannot find it.I have a Jira Cloud project, and I am exploring using AirTable with the goal to make it easier for my team to navigate work without needing to deal with Jira's UI. I suspect AirTable could be a better experience for them to check their own work, group work in different ways, and ultimately have the "spreadsheet-like" experience they tend to prefer.To accomplish my use case, I need my team to be able to update their tickets from AirTable. I need my team team to edit Assignee, Priority, Status, Release, and sometimes even Summary or Description of a ticket from AirTable or else they won't be able to "avoid Jira completely" like I am hoping I can let them do with this solution.Right now I get the following error whenever trying to edit a field: You don't have permission t

Is there a way to filter records that contain a word or text string without having to create a filter with the text for each field? I realize this can be done with a search, but I would like to have a view with the filter. Ideally with several words or text strings, with an “Any of” option.

Hi,I'm using the Airtable app on Mac. Whenever I try to input a new user in the User Field, the field prompts for a password autofill with my Apple fingerprint and blocks or hinders my input. I've submitted a support request to Airtable with no response and seen other people with similar problems with no solution. Has someone found a solution to this problem? Thanks

Hi all,I am getting very frustrated. for some reason, when I tried to log in to discussion forms it automatically sent me to a sign up page. I couldn't get it back so i figured I would fill it out and see where it went. Suddenly I have a new account and it won't let me log out. Normally I would just shrug this off except that I have an important work that depends on a response in a discussion post I posted on my original account. Can some please help me 1) sign out of my airtable discussion account2) sign back in under my original accountI am beyond aggravated. please someone explain this to me.

I have created a form view where users can input certain data points. These data points are then used in my Airtable base to calculate an output (based on a formula field). What I would like to do is to display this output (result of the calculation) to users, after they submit their input through the form. Can somebody recommend a way to do this? I have explored some of the apps and automations, but I cannot really find any way to achieve this.
