Here’s my code: IF(AND(Stage=“Closed Won”,(DATETIME_DIFF({Created Date / Time},{Opportunity Close Date},‘days’)-1)<=0),1,IF(AND(Stage=“Closed Won”,(DATETIME_DIFF({Created Date / Time},{Opportunity Close Date},‘days’)-1)>0),DATETIME_DIFF({Created Date / Time},{Opportunity Close Date},‘days’)*-1,"")) The output is a number but in a text format (I can’t sum, avg, etc) and it’s formatting to the left of the column. I put Value() around the whole thing and I’m getting errors in the records when doing that. Created date: Date the record was created Opportunity Close Date: Date the record was marked closed won I want to be able to sum and avg etc the column. Any help?

Hi, I’m looking for an app to build an Airtable Web App/Website, where the user can order directly from the application, with an add to cart button and thus a global cart. I’m currently using Softr and I’m new to it. There is the ability to add payment button but the user has to pay for each product separately. Maybe I should create an automattic table for the orders, so that I can calculate the global amount, instead of ordering each product, and thus create an paymetn button for the global amount. Is there a simpler way to do that ? I’m stucked

I am having a base with which user can add links to store them as resource directory. Now, the user has to manually add title and Link both on the form. So is there anyway that user just needs to enter the URL, and title can be retrieved and store directly in another field?

Hi, I am trying to build a text database that will allow me to work in modules, Often times the same text section appears over and over. My hope is to change only that section and it will update, wherever it’s being used. I am at the very beginning. Let’s say I have: MODULE 1 - Richt Text Field with a couple of lines and MODULE 2 - Richt Text Field with a couple of lines Somewhere else I want to combine M1 and M2 into one text. At the moment I am trying to do that with Record linking fields. I’m not sure if that’s the right approach. Firstly I can not control whether M1 should be first or M2. Secondly all Rich Text Formatting disappears in the process of merging the two with a formula. Do you have any ideas on how to best approach this? Thank you! Tobias

How to Share a single record from table with anyone (*without login needed), using a unique public URL?

Hey there! I have created a base for my Social Media Calendar in which I have a “master” table and then a separate table for Instagram, Facebook, etc. I duplicated the master table to create the others and selected to duplicate the records as well. On the master, I have a field where I select each of the platforms the post will go into. And then on each of the separate tables, I filtered that field to show only the posts that go in that platform. My issue is that, when I create a new record on the master, it’s not automatically filling them in on the separate tables. Is that not an option? I have it set up this way, so I can go on the separate tabs for each platform and indicate which time a post should be scheduled for since I post to Instagram at a different time than I post to Facebook, etc. I don’t want to have to create multiple lines, just to show the different post time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Jenna

I have imported raw data from an evaluation form using linear values. Is there a way to auto search/sort/group/filter the data with <=2 and have a field where it then lists the names of the columns that return that value of <=2? This is kinda what I’m wanting from the data: John Smith (Client) needs training in Microsoft Word (2) and Microsoft Excel (1) but doesn’t need training in Microsoft PowerPoint (4).

Hello All, I would like to create a conditional roll up from table 1 based on a column in table 2. For example, I would like to pull in the names of records into the rollup field in table 2 from table 1 only if their date listed in table 1 is after a date listed in table 2. Is this possible? In conditional roll up options I only can filter on criteria/columns from the original source table. Thanks, Sarah

I’m trying to create an Integromat scenario, and failing. I’m essentially trying to keep two bases in sync. The first base (the "Production BOM Test below) is our production base and contains the active BOMs (bill of materials) for our finished goods. The second base is a base that contains all of our BOMs and where all of the BOMs will be managed. You can see that the BOM in the archive base has added part E to FG A, and removed part D. What I want integromat to do is see that I have selected FG A needs to send an update to the production base, delete all the existing records in the BOM table of the production base for FG A, then create new records that match the information in the archive base. Hi, I imported a database from Google Sheet - which has a date column. Now when its imported - its being taken as long text. Further, when I’m trying to convert it into date - its incorrect converting day as month and month as day - and some cells are even coming as blank. Can someone help me understand how I can fix this? Hi guys, I have two tables. Table 1 is called Contacts (contains contact and deal information), Table 2 is called Questionnaire (contains a series of long text questions) and is linked to table 1. I want to set it up so that when a contact completes my questionnaire through the link I provide them, the data they have provided in the questionnaire form will be automatically attributed to their record in the Contacts table. I’m hoping that by doing this I will then be able to view the contact and from within the contact, open up their questionnaire responses. I have considered having them in the same table however the contacts table already holds a large amount of fields. Through my research of this issue I have found and followed a Airtable guide called “Use case: update records via a form”. From what I understand, this method uses a field in the Questionnaire form that is prefilled and labled “please do not change this portion of the form”.

The new interface is interesting, but it takes like four click to get to an interface. is there a way to customize a person’t first screen that they see?

Hello! Is there a way to have linked fields in a table display as a color identified by a field in another table? For example: I’m trying to set up a social media calendar. I’m color coding by platform in table 1. So Facebook, Twitter, Instagram are all different colors. In table 2, I have post topics I’m displaying all posts that are about a certain topic in the linked field. I’d like those linked posts to display as the colors set up in Table 1 for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Please let me know if this doesn’t make sense. Thank you!

Why won’t this work? I feel like I’m following instructions to no avail. Tried every possible combo with the duration field, same too long result that I can’t calculate. Field 12 is where I’m trying to get the result of for example Date 5:30 pm, with run time of 120 minutes, would then result in same date 7:30pm. The fields are as follows Date and Start Time, Run Time, Duration, 60, Duration as seconds. 1/23/2020 5:30pm 1:42 102 60 6120 I’ve calculated run time as seconds, used that - I love airtable but some simple functions are tough. Here’s the formula (or one of them) I thought would work. DATEADD({Date and Start Time}, {Run time}, ‘seconds’)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a rapid way to view and categorize images - something that can be done with keyboard inputs, ideally. I’m not talking about annotating parts of an image, but instead being able to select from a Single Select field, and to do so quickly. This is being used for image classification for building a training dataset. I am currently using an Interface and also customized cards (which at least allows for keyboard scrolling between records but is still clunky). Thanks for any tips!

Hi everyone, I have been working with AirTable for three month now and I have some intermediate knowledge about data bases. I was wondering if it is possible to generate a report that expose the changes log for the entire table after a manual sync of that. For instance, this report should say row 1 changed from XXX to YYY, or like the activity panel that shows in red what was eliminated and green what was added.
