Hi there! I noticed a problem on a multiselect field. The problem is on the Android version app. I click on a multiselect field and select some values from the available choices. My choices are normally noted as selected. When i go back or revisit this record, these values appear as selected but when i click on the field to add some values or change what i have selected, no value is selected. If i try to select again some values for this field, i get the following error message “Sorry, your request conflicted with another change” Have you noticed this problem? Thank you

Hello, I have a table where all records have the created time field. I would like to add a view with only one record, the latest record created. It needs to update every time a new record is created being always up-to-date. Is it possible? Thanks

Hello, I’m having a bit of trouble with the final piece of a project. In Table A I have a list of clients with their service rates for on-going deliveries. In Table B I have a set of fields used to capture specific components of the delivery and this acts as a database for all deliveries performed. I have set a linked record in Table B which links back to the client in Table A and have also set up a form for our drivers to capture the delivery within Table B. Now to keep things simple (as 90% of the time deliveries are the same each week but some do change), I made a calculated field in Table A which says is delivery today = “Yes” or “No” in Table A and created view which filters is delivery today = yes. This means our drivers know which clients to deliver to on a specific day. Now the problem is, I have the URL for the form from Table B in Table A showing to the driver and each time they perform a delivery they need to choose which client. New to Airtable! I’m using several different forms to add contacts to a CRM (each with a new name) - is there any way to use a formula or automate a column or something similar that will note which form the person filled out?

Hey there! We’re trying to make our team check and update their own info already recorded in a table. Everyone will get a unique user and password. Let’s suppose John signed in correctly… the form will check if his user and password does exist and will show some fields like his full name, address,… that are in the table. Now John can update his info if needed. Is there a way to populate the fields based on the table’s records? Thanks in advance.

Date field are single date entries only. Other than manual entry in a long text field or multiple select field (using the actual date), is there a way to enter more than one date in a date field? Also, how can I filter for a range of dates, for example 30/10/2021 to 01/04/2022 tia

Hello! I’m trying to find a way to link 1 table to multiple rows in another table within the same base. For example – The first table in the base lists all of our customers (one per row). Another table in the base includes all of the action items that should be done for each customer (they are all the same). Is there a way to link the action items table to each customer, and further, allow for items to be checked off as they are done for each individual customer, without impacting those of another customer? Within a base, I have 2 tables that I would like to merge into one, is this possible, or do I have to re-create the 65 records from the smaller table into the larger table that I want them to merge with? (Not sure if it makes a difference, but I am currently on the free plan) Thanks

Just discovered the possibility of sharing your bases on Universe. Is it possible to ask users for a payment before making a copy? Or is there another way to allow people to copy your base for a remuneration?

I can’t find how i can delete a single field thru the API. And i rather stay away of the PUT command and feed everything back from a request, minus the one field i want to delete. So… how can i empty a field or blank it with a patch command?

Hiya! I’m trying to calculate employee tenure with DATETIME_DIFF. I’m able to show it by years, months, or days. What I’d ideally like is to break it down to say: 3 years, 2 months. So I have a field for start date and end date (as screenshot suggests). I have the formula applying today() if they are still employed. Just can’t figure out how to get that month figure to be months into the current year. Thought I’d add my current formula. Hi all, I have a requirement for a form to allow a user to input (draw) via touch/pen. This doesn’t have to be a legally binding e-signature so I’m hoping to avoid complex 3rd party integrations. Is there a canvas widget/app that allows a field to capture touch drawing as an image/svg etc? Microsoft Power Apps has a built in “pen input” control - I’m hoping there’s something similar. OK, so I have an odd one for the community to ponder. I have a Page Designer app driven by a table that has a “Collaborator” field in it. I have a Page Designer ‘object’ [maybe not the right word] that displays the name of the Collaborator selected in that field for each record. When certain collaborators are selected the name displays correctly in Page Designer, but when other collaborators are selected their names do not show up in Page Designer. It appears that Workspace Collaborators DO show up in PD, but Base Collaborators do not. Is this expected behavior? Thanks in advance.

Hey guys - we upload attachments that may have a 1000 or so pages and we often need to do a simple CMD F to search for key words within the attachment. It seems you can only do this one page at a time, is there a way to solve this?

We work to educate young people about sustainability and empower them to take action in their communities to build a better world for us all. All of our programs are 100% free to students, so we are on a tight budget! Since pandemic lockdowns began, we’ve served over 26,000 students in over 160 countries and we’re growing every day. Airtable has been on my radar for awhile, but even though it seems to be made for people like me (not a programmer), I’ve struggled with setting it up for my organization. Hi, I am using the time tracker app by airtable, at first it was fine, but now it seems to randomly stop and shows that it stopped because the underlying record was deleted. I am the only user, and when I close the error the record is still there, can anyone help with this? thanks in advance for your effort

Hi All, Relatively new to airtable but learning fast. I have a map app that shows my different types of accounts color coded by type. What i was hoping to do is code a button for each record to go to that specific location on the map app, rather than having to manually search the entire map (US only). is this possible? I’d assume so via possibly scripting or a custom app, but i dont have a lot of experience in this. Any suggestions or even alternative ideas welcome! Thanks!
