Hello! Here is the situation: I have a free plan and have created an Airtable base that I plan to embed on a website that is public facing. I noticed, when I look at the embedded view preview, that if you hover over the views on the left hand side (e.g. gallery view or grid view) you can see my name and email. Is there a way to anonymize this so that users of the Airtable can not see my email address? Thanks for your help!

Two record entries created via form submission (the most recent records out 41 total) are showing up entirely blank in my table view. The revision history for both the “blank” records actually shows complete responses were submitted/collected for all of the form fields–AND the history does not show any other activity after the submission (ie no indication that the record content had been deleted or edited in any way). But yet, the record itself is totally blank… So, what gives? Why are these entire records being magically cleared of content that the revision history shows had been submitted? Obviously (fortunately) I can create a new record with the form submission data recovered from the records’ revision history–but I am confused about why this is happening in the first place and worried about situations where I might not notice the issue before just deleting what looks like a spurious ‘blank’ entry. On amazon and many other sites, you can pick features X + Y + Z on the sidebar, and filter all items that contain X + Y + Z Where could we find the steps of how to do this in airtable? Is there a link with the steps? Say that all the cells within column A contain all the items. And column B:F has all of the features/variables/parameters/datapoints/etc How to filter/show all the items that has X + Y + Z? If we selected/filtered by feature X + feature Y + feature Z, how do we show that in the airtable sheet? In google sheets, you can filter and show the results on the same sheet, but the UI isn’t very good for the filter features. The biggest problem is I think that the filters are temporarily, and so are lost once you close the sheet. Want the filters to be saved and remembered when you reopen the sheet. I have 2 tables: Organisations - which contains fields related to organisations we have funded to run projects - each record includes the organisation’s postcode Projects - which contains fields related to projects run by these organisations. The 2 tables are linked -a project links to one org and an org can link to multiple projects. I want to export the project table to csv to create a map of the projects but I need the postcode to be exported too and it’s in the other table. Can I do this? I currently only get the organisation’s name in the csv file as it’s the primary field of the org table. Thanks!

Hello there, My current setup: In one table [ALL PRODUCTS], I have two pairs of Lookup fields, providing all the options. [Products] = [Bananas, Apples, Grapes, Strawberries] [Markets] = [US, FR, DE] In another table [DELIVERED-PRODUCTS] I have multiple pairs of Lookup fields [Products] and [Markets], describing the products per market, a subset of the values in the previous table. [Products1] = [Bananas, Apples, Grapes] [Market1] = [US] [Products2] = [Bananas, Grapes, Strawberries] [Market2] = [FR] [Products3] = [Grapes] [Market3] = [DE] Ultimately, I would like to know what combinations are possible but not delivered per market, see point 5. I created a automation “When record is created” and added an action to create another record in another table - the new record in the other table should get field values from the created record in step-1. The automation does not take those values from the record - they are empty. It seems that the record of step-1 is not created yet (like a DB commit). Other field values that are set with fixed values are taken into the new record, but every field that should be taken from step-1 are empty :frowning: Any suggestion what is wrong here?

Hi everyone, Right now I have following options to share: Using “Share” button: This only allows to share entire Workspace or entire Base. Using “Share View”: This option creates a view where I can’t provide the ability to accept comments. But what I want is to share a view with the ability to get comments on the records I shared. How can I achieve this? Looking forward for some guidance.

I looked at the tariff options and realized that I needed a Pro tariff. The Pro tariff costs $600 for me, but I paid $300 half an hour ago and I want to pay another $300 to switch to Pro. How do I pay $300 to the Pro tariff, not $600?

I’d like to use Airtable to create a weekly view that shows hours of the day so I can assign different tasks for an employee during their work day. Sort of like a daily planner, with blocks of the day assigned to different tasks… any way to do that?

I have two tabs. In one tab there is a list of peoples names, contributions, and the date of the contribution they have made In the second tab are the list of contacts(the peoples names from above) with the sum of the contributions they have made in tab 1 I want to be able to run a filter (or something simple) where on the second tab. I can put in a date range and based on that date range it will show the sum of the contributions only within that range (right now it goes from the beginning of time to the present) I want to be able to change the date range easily and often. How can I accomplish this.

I am trying to create a booking tool for oral examination. I managed to create a form where the student can select a hour of his/her choice (in a list) and when submitted, that time slot is no longer available for other students. So far so good. But I noticed that students can add+ multiple slots; I would like this to be limited to 1. How can I fix this? Additionally is there a way that students can only submit the form once?

Our organization has several different bases for the different functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, product etc). Each of these bases has linked tables for projects and tasks. I am looking to create a master base with tables that merge all of the tasks, and all of the projects from the other bases. I can see how to sync tables separately from other bases but I’d like to be able to merge them into a single table. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey everyone - sorry if this has been answered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I just started using the Gantt table, been an Airtable user for few months now and love it more and more each day. The Gantt table is really messing with my head, though. I’d love to use it but the way it displays dates is super confusing. To my brain, the date range looks like it falls on a day after what I’ve actually set. For example - if I have a milestone set for October 20th, It’s diamond is showing on October 21st. Is there a way to change this? It is super frustrating and hard to look at, and is holding me back from using the Gantt (where it could be super useful). Thanks for the help!

I am attempting to create a Form to standardize intake parameters for a receiving team. I would like to know which user is responsible for submitting each record. Currently i am unable to find a way utilizing the Form view to have the user ID auto populated when that user accesses the form. Is this something that is possible. The only work around we have found for this is to create unique prefill URLs for each user, which is not ideal and still allows the user to manually modify that info.

I’m trying to create a form to collect information after a sports event. I need the following fields included ‘Competitor Number’, ‘Penalty’, ‘Penalty Location’. I created a second table with the fields but when I brought them into the form they are ‘Read-only and won’t be displayed on the form.’ Does anyone know how to get the fields to be displayed on the form so the event officials can complete this section with multiple responses, ie more than 1 competitor penalised?
