Hi community, I have managed to create a synced table from a Salesforce “Revenue report” that I am going to combine with data from other sources. Part of that report is the revenue number that is listed in USD, but when I look at the synced data in Airtable, it shows up in the local currency, in my case NOK. Somewhere in the sync, the data is converted through a factor or source that I have no control over to the local currency. It is also missing three digits… For example; a 10 000,00 USD deal shows up as NOK 85.00, which should be NOK 85 000,00 (but according to Nordea (A Norwegian bank) it should be NOK 83 690). As we are usually talking about our deals in USD anyway, I was wondering if there is a possibility to disable this conversion from happening?

I have always been able to expand records and print them by using Ctrl P. For the last few days, when I go to this screen, it will only give option to print the first page. The other pages do not show in the print dialog.

Not looking to move to another workspace within the same account. Had been doing collaborative work under one account but due to agreement ending need to separate existing bases under two separate Airtable accounts.

Whether I use print record or command p – and whether I use Chrome or Safari – and whether it’s to PDF, export to PDF or print to my physical printer, my expanded record print operation is only printing ONE page of the record fields. Back in June, I have an older version of my app that contains an uploaded PDF of a record, and all of the data is present and that file has all of the fields in it. Something, apparently, has changed, but I can’t figure it out. Thanks.

Hi My ex-VA moved some key data of mine from Excel to Airtable. I have access to the airtable table, and I need to continue to work on it. The VA left me because she caught COVID and I now cannot contact her. The table does not permit copying. How can I move the data either to my Airtable account or to an external tool? I am trying to count the number of values entered in each cell of a column, just so that I can perform certain automation. like for example, if the column name is 'Colleagues" and the first row in this column contains three names of colleagues. Then how can I automatically detect that there are 3 names/values entered in this cell?

I checked the community and the Billing FAQs and couldn’t find an answer. It’s about Referrals and credits. I’m about to upgrade to PLUS now. According to what I understood, I get a discount equivalent to the credit I have gathered up to the moment I upgrade, right? I’ve I keep getting referrals to sign up after I upgrade, do I still get credits (discounts)? How does it work if I pay annually? or do I have to get a monthly plan to get those credits discounted? Hi everyone! I have been using Airtable together with one collaborator for a while and reached record limit on one of my bases. Unfortunately, I think the service has a rather steep cost rise for users like me that have few basic bases with one collaborator only but who surpass a thousand records x base. I am currently paying for premium services but none of them is $20 x month with the prospect of having to upgrade to $40 sometime soon. I was thinking of excluding my collaborator from the base workplace (making him not billable) and hence cutting my costs to half. Before doing that, I need to be extra SURE that my base data will remain as it is, and if I eliminate him I won’t lose any records and changes HE had previously made to my base. Can anyone please advise me on how to proceed? Thanks so much.

Hello, I am using the CONCATENATE formula to concatenate texts coming from different cells plus custom text. Is there a way of starting a new line after the additional text? Hi, I recently copied in some records that put me over the free plan limit. The warning badge tells me there is a grace period before I can no longer add any more records and will need to upgrade. I’ve searched the help docs/FAQs and this forum but I can’t find the length of that grace period anywhere. Could someone tell me how long that grace period is? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a table with some data (ID number, start time, end time etc.) imported from another app and I would like to have them updated when the original data from the source change. I’ve tried Integromat Upsert record module but without success. Is there a way how to identify the record by the value in column “ID number” that is imported from the original data source and update/rewrite values in columns “start time, end time etc.”

I am trying to plan various combinations of trips, people, and room assignments. For the sake of simplicity, let’s say there are: 25 trips this year 10 two-person rooms available for each trip. 300 people who may go on these trips. Many will go on more than one trip.
