HelloSorry about the title. Actually, I don't really know how to ask it correctly.Basically, I want the circled value to be the sum of the above 'Max' values. In this case, I expect 500 + 100 = 600.Is there any alternative to achieve that since I cannot switch the function to SUM; otherwise, the MAX would be lost...I goal is to show that sum "600" somewhere. Thanks

I have created an airtable base to see what steps different organizations need to take. I have a list of all of the steps in one table. And a list of all organizations in another. I have a linked column connecting the two to show what steps each organization has taken. I am trying to make it so I can easily see the steps that an individual organization has NOT taken yet/ what they still need to do (They all have to do all of the steps). I don't necessarily care how it is done as long as I don't have to do it manually and can easily see what steps have not been taken by each organization.For example, I want Organization 2 to say that it still needs to do steps 15, 19, and 20 (the steps do not have to be done in order for the most part).Images and an example base are attached for a better understanding of what I am trying to get at. Using Zapier, I am trying to lookup the “full name” field of a linked record by using the record id of that linked record. The record ID is the relevant record is returned by Zapier - so I should be home and hosed, right? However, This post seems to suggest that I cannot serach by record id unless I first define a “record id” field in my linked table (using the formula RECORD_ID()). UPDATE This works RECORD_ID()="<TriggerValue>(Step 1: Record Id)<TriggerValue>"

I understand that this may not be the appropriate place to ask my question in the Airtable Community, but I've found some very intelligent users, so I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to proceed.I want to integrate a dynamically filtered table from Airtable based on user selections to questions in a Fillout form.The goal: any clients can select our employees from a dynamically filtered table that shows in a Fillout form based on their needs.The table contains several columns: Name (single line text), Job (multiple choices: computer skills, math skills, English skills, and teaching skills), Working Experience (single choice: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), Recommendation Letter (single choice: yes, no) and Availability (available/non-available) in Airtable.I was successfully able to integrate some questions that are integrated from Airtable, such as job, working experience, recommendation letter, and availability, because they are categorized, but I have no idea how

I know there are a number of Noloco users who use Airtable as the back end, and I'm hoping for some advice.I have a fairly complex app and due to some changes my clients IT team made the magic links and password reset emails not longer get to the users.  Noloco support is recommending I clone the app under a new name which should work as long as the new name is acceptable.Has anyone had experience with cloning apps (I've done it but not with a larger live app)?  Is there anything I should watch for or be aware of?Thanks.  

I can’t figure out how to center align a column. Surely I can do this?

I have a task table and some have linked records to a subtask table. Is there a way to get the subtasks to show up on a timeline view page that the source is the task table?If not, is there any other suggested way of managing subtasks that would allow this that isn't a long text with rich text checkboxes?Thanks! 

Hi there, I’ve added a new custom field to my primary view and put it the order I want it to be with my other fields. When I navigate to a secondary view that custom field is alllllll the way at the end of my view (not where it is in my primary view). Is there a way to customize the field so that it’s at the beginning of every view? Does that make sense?

I have tried all week, very unsuccessfully, to get my company's account upgraded from Team to Business.  I have submitted multiple sales contact forms and help desk tickets.  Nothing but crickets.  Is there any DIRECT line to a human sales person at Airtable that can assist, today, in getting our company switched over?  We were supposed to roll out AT to our entire research team today but because I could not get it hooked into Okta, we had to delay for...well who knows now.  

Hi All,I've been working on customizing a script for an air table base I'm building, and I've hit a wall with fixing the section about copying over dependency (linked record field) from the template tasks table into the active tasks table. Hi, How can I add multiple rows at once in a table. (This is a function that is super easy in google spreadsheet). AT only allows for one row at a time and I have to keep clicking on the Plus sign. Too much work. I wanna add 100 rows at once. Is that possible?

Hi, I have shared a Base with two users from a different organisation (our client) by an email Invite to the whole Base.They are using the same view links as we do, and they cannot see the view filtering options (icons are hidden). What can be the root cause of the problem?We have already tested the same invite with a test account and it works fine - same Editor permissions, no specific settings applied, but we can see all icons on the test account.Might this be linked to some restrictions on the client's side or a web browser with cookie restrictions?We are unable to identify the problem so far.

Hi Everyone,I want to resize a column in a automation email I use.My product code field is too large - and the description field is too small (causing the text to wrap).I am inserting a grid into the email (a list will not work - there might be multiple rows).Thanks in advance for your help!Greg 

Maybe this question has already been answered. However, I search for it and found nothing.I'm a new user. Is there a way to make kanban boards more colorful like adding background colors? It seems that kanban boards are mostly black text on a white background when using Airtable on the web. It would be easier on the eyes if the white background could be changed to another color of my choosing. I'd also like to change background colors for each category and each task if possible.Thanks.

Hi folks, Possibly being a little too ambitious here, but i'm trying to set up a Vega-lite extension to create a geographical heatmap displaying $total sales value per U.S county, using the Vega Editor example 'Choropleth of unemployment rate per County'.(Originally wanted to go with zip codes, but opted for counties to save creating a 40,000+ record table in my base just to run a single chart).I'm brand new to vega-lite and json in general, so wondering if anyone has managed to achieve this (or similar)?, or has any general tips in terms of using Vega's Geographical Map Displays in their Airtable Base?Thanks for reading 🙂

Is there a foolproof way to do this? I use CTRL-X and CTRL-V, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...and it may depend on whether the columns and views are arranged the same way between the source and target tables. 

After going to interfaces and choosing the grid option there is an option to hide and show certain fields.However, all the fields that you show can either be editable or non-editable. It would be a great and easy addition to choose individually which visible fields can be editable and which not. If this was possible, you could potentially build a fully functional portal instead of using additional tools like Softr, Miniextensions, etc. for it. 

Hi there, I think this question has been asked in other threads - but I didn’t find a straight answer to that. Is it possible to share an org chart app extension outside Airtable? I can’t find a way or workaround to do so - only downloading it as a pdf. It would be amazing to be able to have the same browsing experience (zoom in and out, collapse sections and so forth) but in a sharable link to be used somewhere else. PD: also adding a legend or some text would be nice too :slightly_smiling_face:

Can we PLEASE get a fix for this? I do a lot of data entry in Airtable, and it's very challenging to manage record changes with this setup. The Problem: If you're working in any grid view with a sort or filter applied, Airtable will often try to sort/filter the record currently being edited, before the entry is completed. If you add any text into a field, every character you add to the record will trigger the re-sort/re-filter, regardless of if you're still actively typing. Suggestion: It would be ideal if Airtable did not recognize a change to the record until the record is "de-selected" (when the user hits "enter", "tab", clicks away, etc.). It's very frustrating to have a cell I'm actively working on move within the view as I'm doing data entry. Additionally, this change will reduce processing load in Airtable, because it's not constantly trying to reorganize the data with every keystroke. Hi, I'm relatively new to Airtable - still enjoying learning how to build neat things with it!I've noticed that when I'm testing my Airtable forms, my browser doesn't pop up the usual menu of autofill options for things like my name, email, address, etc. as usual. Is Airtable blocking this somehow? Can I un-block that? It certainly makes testing slower but more importantly, autofill helps users accurately enter common information, saving them time and reducing typos and other common errors. Example screenshot attached - starting to type my name doesn't offer to fill out the rest like it does on just about every other form on the web 🙃I searched Google and this community before posting but found almost nothing mentioning this, but got a lot of unrelated things since "Autofill" is often discussed in relation to formulxs [sic] etc. Sorry if this has already been asked.Thanks!-Chris

Hello,I'm trying to build a form where my team can submit a PTO request.I set two date fields, one for date when they want to start their PTO and one for their return date.So I would like to set the return date field to be after the start date.Is there any way to disallow people from entering the same or earlier date as their return date than their start date? I don't really mind how it's done (ie. pop up message, greying out any dates on or prior to the start date on the calendar), but just a way so that people won't be able to proceed to submit their request unless they put a date after their start date as the return date.Any input would be appreciated. Hi,The Typeform extension in Airtable is repeatedly failing to connect (screenshots at the bottom of this post). I have written multiple emails to Airtable Support but the responses are vague and not very helpful so far.I want to create a Typeform that pulls data from certain fields in Airtable, and displays that data as options for certain selection-based questions in my form. This is a less popular use case than simply sending Typeform data to Airtable, which is the focus of most other threads in the Support portal, in this community, and other third-party forums.Can someone quickly help solve this / suggest the best way forward? I click Accept on this page: but keep landing on this page instead of seeing a successful connection.
